Kinjutsu is a label applied by the villages to restrict the learning of dangerous jutsus. Having created these jutsus independantly of the village, and not sharing them with anyone, there is nobody to classify them as Kinjutsu. Also, it takes a hell of a lot longer to gain 5 points than it does to RP 5 days or so learning something. It'll be a cold day in hell when I manage 2.5 points in one post. Tell me something, what's easier? Writing fifteen paragraphs of training, or writing enough detail and length to get 5 points? I typically would ask for three paragraphs of decent detail for a regular jutsu. Kinjutsu are still harder. And it was me who ranked his training. It was well written, smooth flowing story, good amount of both action and thought, lengthened so days are full, and wonderful descriptions that provided with powerful imagery.
