Eric got out of his meditative stance and hopped down from his tree. Ironiclly enough, he was right above Lita as he landed on a big branch still well above her head and Rio's eyesight. He broke a small branch and threw it at her. He intended for it to miss so she would look up. When she did, she'd probably blab to Rio, and he would fall into his trap.

(OOC: Since this thread was made before the Academy Student rank ups, am I still an Academy Student, or can I please rp that I was a genin?)

Lita jumped from tree to tree looking for the the battle. Something flew past her ear, and her ears pricked up. She looked behind and above, her and below, anywhere where that unidentify flying object was. "Rio? Ryu? Is that you? Well if it is, it's really creepy cut it out," Lita pleaded as she jumped from branch to branch again. She wasn't scared or anything she was just taking a precaution.

Suddenly a kunai was thrown at Eric above his head. Intill there was a sizziling noise that sounded like an explosive tag. When explosive tag was revealed 3/4 quarters done it exploded. So did about two or three other trees near the area. Waiting this long to use one jutsu is very annoying.. He thought still hiding in a way he can't be seen.

ooc: yea lita you can rp as genin you did 6 months of training you would probably be genin. im rping with my new strenghts weaknesses and cloths as well.

Eric quickly replaced himself with another nearby log. So when the explosions went off, he was safe, and a black, scorched log flew into the air and landed hard on the ground. "All right, enough of this hit-and-run bullshit. Rio, let's fight. Just fists, no chakra, no bloodlines. Now come out and face me. No cheap behind shots either." he shouted.

Lita was still in the safe place, Rio-sensei put her, "Man, I really hope my Water clone is doing ok," Lita said aloud. "Rio-sensei, told me to stay here, so I am, I will have my water clone tell me the story," Lita planned out.

The water clone, Lita, was watching the battle unfold, as it became a hand-to-hand combat battle. She sat cross-legged on a tree trunk, as she awaited someone to make the first move.

Rio jumpped out of the ground in front of Eric and said Fine... He got into his defencive stance now releasing the Byakugan. Also what have you been doing these past 6 months I have been wondering that throught this whole fight

Eric grinned. "You tell me. Honestly, I thought you would have made me go further than this. This is only 1/4 of my power. Still, let's make this a clean fight for our cloned spectator." he said, pointing to the Lita clone who smelled of water nearby. "You didn't even make me have to take off the blindfold. Still, hopefully this will be a bit better." he said, getting into his own personal taijutsu style called Kageken.
