History and sample post are not complete. Also wanted to know if more well though out and typed profiles could start out at a higher level than Academy Students?
Appearence: Setsuna has always had a medium build that had a decent amount of toned areas. Setsuna's body is somewhat muscular but doesnt have so much mass that makes him inflexible or slow. He likes to keep his body fit to that of an acrobat in certain ways and fashions. But he is by no means skinny and by no means shoudl be considered weak just by first glance. He walks with tanned skin and under his shinobi outfit he hides toned abs and a decent amoutn of muscle mass.
His shinobi outfit seems simple on the outside with a basic black jump shut that is cut at the knee area and around the elbow area. But under it has a flexible, body-fit armor made for Setsuna himself that lessens damage from punches and weapons but not by a considerable amount. He also has a bandage raped around his knee area for further protection.

Strengths: Setsuna's body has always had a sleek yet athletic shape that has aided him in his training for years. His body has never been built for power but has always had an edge in speed and flexibility. He tends to conjoin his attack with his speed to increase his power. Setsuna has also always had a nack for training and learning at faster rates than most. He also has a ruthlessness that most would consider satanic. He also has decent chakra control.

Weaknesses: Setsuna's body never had a build made for over powering his opponents. He has also had a problem with any tough genjutsu outside of the basics. Setsuna also has had a certain weakness for females that just had something special to them. Even though Setsuna has a decent amount of stamina repeated hits really ware a toll on him more then the usual shinobi.

Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Background: Who knew hell had rain? Setsuna sure didnt know but when he cae into his world he soon found out. Born into a family, a village, a world of so much corruption and destruction that it infected his very being. Turning him into what he is today. But through some miracle Setsuna made it through it all.
Setsuna's birth was as normal as any other shinobi's. Born into a a small clan that had unique traits about it that most dont know about. One being part of a small branch inside the side branch. Setsuna's father was a man who didnt like to accept failure. He expected the best of his son.

It looks really good so far. Put that you want to learn Benshin no Jutsu and Kawarimi no Jutsu as well, since you can't graduate the academy without them. Thanks for the complements and clearing up my question. And as for Oto, I wouldve join but I read a few stickies that gave me a brain fart on village joining. Also I kinda wanna see if the Seven Swordsman of the Mist come into play here, really wanna make a character for that. You DO still have to add the jutsus you want to learn. And it would be interesting for the seven swordsmen to come into play, or something similar.
