Iwagakure and Kumogakure were the other two of the Five Great Shinobi Villages. Otogakure can't really be all that great since the country is tiny. Controling separate Shinobi Academys is too much trouble, and not really that needed.
Oh, and I got a good idea about getting more active members Lava, or rather not loosing them, which I guess is about as big of a problem: you should check that your staff doesn't start... how should I put it... abusing their position just because they didn't like the other person's opinion on a random topic. that really kills the fun. the last thing anyone would want to deal with is a moderator being a... bad person _________________
