1. Ethnicity is Mizu No Kuni, minor edit.
2. Ijutsu (medical) is now a fighting style. Without it, you can't have those medical jutsu.
3. A lot of jutsu have been changed / removed. Might want to check over your lists again, especially for the basics.
4. Yeah, you need a Fighting Style to use Houshou.
5. Erm, if it's in bloodline jutsu it doesn't need to be in normal jutsu.
6. Kichoyuse changed too.

Syra-sama forgot to specify this: Hyuugas don't get Elements, PERIOD. So, for those that requrie an Element, you're allowed to change them out for a Non-Elemental Jutsu.

Ah, yes, I forgot about that.

Essentially you can switch out any jutsu you don't qualify for. Also, you'll need Ijutsu as a minor to get C rank ijutsu and you'll need it as a major for A rank.

Canadian yes its fine that your a medical nin but since the changes it doesnt require your history as one for fighting style is now called ijutsu but if you have it as a major like syra said you can have A-ranked medical jutsu ok.

Also Take out the elements and re look over your jutsu to be safe since alot has changed

Ok I fixed the element and jutsu had to make some major changes on jutsu
but I don't completely understand the way Ijutsu works now. Where do I fill it in? You said I needed it as my specialty if I wanted to use A-Ranked Ijutsu, I obviously want Jyuuken to be my speciality (if it counts as a style) but I'm not quite sure where to fill that in. I can't find a link to where the whole new med-nin system is explained, can someone help me out?

lol we said Major. Jyuuken is not a fighting style anymore it is just a hyuuga excluse catalyst for there abilities. Ijutsu is a fighting style like taijutsu ninjutsu and genjutsu there is a topic in the libary about it.
