Ah, sorry, heh. Well, as long as they have a valid background about why they're in that Village when they're not suppose to be, I don't see a problem with it. If anything, just say that Oto, Suna, and Konoha are overfilled, no?

Kinda figured on that one. I see what you're saying, but you have to remember that most of the Clans and Bloodlines originate over in Konoha, am I not right?

Mine is still open, and from Kirigakure. Maybe we should just base some more clans there. That would solve a lot of problems.

I've got a clan that you can join from any village. Kiri is a good one to join from, since it has a legacy of good swordsmen.
