Bloodline: Sharingan Eye Level Three [Rank: A; Type: Bloodline/Doujutsu] - This is the final normal form of the Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used later. This form can also initiate the Mangekyou "Kaleidoscope" form.

An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

Main/Favored Weapon:

Twin Kodachis: A pair of Kodachis that Katsuga came across while searching through his late parent's stuff. He also found a Scroll that tells how the two Kodachis were made.

Ankoku - (Darkness; bottom) A Kodachi that Katsuga found in a long, slender box that was his parents'. Reading the Scoll, that he found inside the box as well, it says that this Kodachi was made from the bones of a Shadow Dragon. Just recently, he discovered that this Kodachi has the ability to transform an area of ten square feet into total darkness for five seconds when drawn, and at his Will and some Chakra. He also found out that he's not affected by it.

Ranpu - (Light; top) Another Kodachi that Katsuga found in the same box as the other one. Reading the Scroll more, it says that this Kodachi was made from the bones of a Light Dragon. Just recently, he discovered that this Kodachi has the ability to transform an area of ten square feet into a blinding light for five seconds when drawn, and at his Will and some Chakra. He also found out that he's not affected by it.

Note: Effectiveness is as follows:

As long as the opponent remains within the area of Darkness, they will not be able to see anything around them, but all of the other senses still remain.

Personality:

(Formerly) Katsuga loves being around others, and enjoys teaching others new Jutsus, especially newly-appointed Genin, and especially enjoys learning new Jutsus himself. He's usually seen with a smile on his face, but, mess with his Village, with his family, or with his friends, and a side of him, one that he doesn't like showing, will come out. He hides a lot of things from people, mostly that he's an Uchiha with the Sharingan Eye Level Three, and only shows it to either those he trusts, or ones that he's fighting to the death, and feels that he must use it.

(Currently) After returning to Kirigakure no Sato, he's changed quite a bit. He still retains the attitude of his "former" self, but also retains his attitude from when he left Kiri last time, on that he'll snap at those, and won't mean to at times. He still trusts those who are closest to him, but not too much of those that he just meets, like he did before.

(Basic) Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu; up to five clones] - The Bunshin technique creates a substanceless copy of the ninja. The copy serves can serve as a distraction or as means to confuse their opponent. As soon the the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with the opponent, they will disappear in a puff of smoke.

(Basic) Kawarimi No Jutsu (Change of the Body Stance Technique) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu] - When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

(Basic) Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Untying Skill) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu] - This Jutsu gives you the ability to easily free yourself from a rope or any other object made from something similar to a rope.

D-Rank:

(Basic) Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjusu] - The basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it.

Kage Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjutsu] - Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Fuuma Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.

Kasumi Jusha no Jutsu (Mist Servant Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Genjutsu] - The user creates hundreds of clones that phase in and out of the ground as if they were made of blackish oil-like liquid. The user can then hide the projectiles they throw within the illusory ones that the clones throw at their opponents.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjutsu] - Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Ninjutsu] - Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Water Ring Style [Rank: D/C; Type: Ninjutsu] - This is the base Jutsu for the Ocean Tide Style. Either using pre-existing water or absorbing water from the air (C rank for absorption), a ring is formed around the claws near the knuckles. Once the water is used it will replace itself almost immediately. The water is unable to do anything but if released when striking could splash into an opponent's eye.

C-Rank:

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Â Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu techinque utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

(Basic) Kai (Release) [Rank: C (Advanced Skill); Type: Ninjutsu] - Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

(Basic) Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing) [Rank: C (Advanced Genin Skill); Type: Ninjutsu] - Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra, and it also teaches them how to run up trees and walk up walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are said to be the hardest location to learn how to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will be able to have any jutsu available to him (theoretically) because she can focus chakra as needed. Next the chakra released must be properly controlled.

Magen • Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion • Sly Fellow Mind Skill) [Rank: C; Type: Genjutsu) - A Genjutsu skill that causes the victim to walk aimlessly in circles while convincing them that they are still traveling in the correct direction. This is a great jutsu for confusing and weakening your opponent right before attacking them.

Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion • Hell Viewing Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Genjutsu] - A Genjutsu attack where the target would suddenly experience or see the thing they fear the most right in front of them. This Genjutsu is highly effective on the lower level Shinobi such as Gennin, Academy Students, and even some Chuunin who are exceptionally weak against Genjutsu.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target. Can also be used without wires.

(Basic) Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking) [Rank: C (Advanced Genin Skill); Type: Ninjutsu] - A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

B-Rank:

Doton: Doryuu Heki (Earth Release: Earth Slide Wall) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu] - A Doton (earth element) Ninjutsu technique where the ninja "vomits" a wave of mud, which shoots out of their mouth and assumes the form of a solid wall in front of them. It is sturdy enough to dam a river of water, or stop the Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Dragon Missile Technique].

Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu] - A Doton (earth element) ninjutsu normally used to catch the target by surprise. After performing a series of hand seals and raising his chakra, the user burrows underground using his Chakra. After the ninja feels he is below his opponent, he raises his hand and grabs his opponent's feet, then buries them underground, leaving only the target's head above the surface. This leaves the head open for attack.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu; Kinjutsu] - This ninjutsu technique creates multiple copies of the user. The difference it has with any other clone technique is that it creates solid copies who possess the full physical and jutsu ability of the user and they are undistinguishable from the real person by any means, since they even have the chakra circulatory system. These clones are also fully autonomous, meaning they can move however far away from the shinobi they want and not dispel. Unfortunately, they still disappear after taking a hit. This technique, while powerful, poses a risk to the user, since it splits their remaining chakra evenly between all clones and themselves. Another notable thing about this technique is that the user gains whatever knowledge their shadow clones have collected when they dispel.

Suiton: Suigadan (Water Release: Water Fang Projectile) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu] -
Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.
Requirements: A Large Supply Of Water.

Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Projectile Technique) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu] - Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.

A-Rank:

Doton: Yomi Numa (Earth Release: Underworld Swamp) [Rank: A; Type: Ninjutsu] - A Doton (earth element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja transmutes an area of land into a swamp. This swamp instantly appears within the area of the technique, swallowing anyone or anything caught it in, making movement almost impossible. The concentration of the ninja's chakra determines the area and depth of the swamp.

Jubaku Satsu (Tree Binding Death) [Rank: A; Type: Genjutsu] - Jubaku Satsu is a Genjutsu technique. After forming the needed hand seals, Katsuga will disappear and approach his target. Once near his target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, Katsuga will appear from the tree itself and stab his target.

Magen • Kasegui no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion • Shackling Stakes) [Rank: A; Type: Genjutsu] - A rather simple illusion, it will make the target believe that they were pierced by several large stakes, which nailed them to the ground. While it is quite painful, it does not bind the target completely, meaning they may still be capable of movement, though they can't change their location until the genjutsu is released or dispelled.
Requirements: None.

Katon • Karyuu Endan (Flame Release • Fire Dragon Flame Projectile Technique) [Rank: A; Type: Ninjutsu] - A Katon (fire element) Ninjutsu technique where the ninja inhales deeply, drawing in a full chest of air. They then exhale, producing a very wide stream of flames that approach their target as a huge wall. This technique, however, uses an extremely large amount of the user's Chakra and cannot be used frequently.

Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu (Water Release • Grand Waterfall Technique) [Rank: A; Type: Ninjutsu] - This techniques creates a large water vortex that moves forward at a high speed. The water makes a strong impact and washes away the opponent and many objects that might get in the way. If you are drawn into this vortex, the force of the flow and rotation will make it almost impossible to escape. While this technique can easily drown an opponent, it is not very useful because it can only be used either in a place where there is a lot of water or by spending more Chakra than it's really worth.
Requirements: A large supply of water or double amount of Chakra used.

Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Encampment Wall) [Rank: A/S; Type: Ninjutsu] - Suiton • Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack. Experienced ninjas can also use this Jutsu from an already-available water source.
Requirement(s): A Large Supply Of Chakra and/or large water supply.

S-Rank:

Baku Suishoha (Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave) [Rank: S; Type: Ninjutsu] - Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Katsuga will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.
Requirements: Must have a lot of Chakra.

Katon: Shirouka no Jutsu (Fire Release: White Flame Jutsu) [Rank: S; Type: Ninjutsu] - This is considered as the most powerful Katon (Fire) Jutsu, next to the Amaterasu (Goddess of the Sun). This Jutsu requires the user to already know the "Karyuu Endan". It is called the "White Flame Jutsu" because the flames that come out of the user are literally white-hot, and it can melt even the strongest of metals, except for "Special items", but it requires a lot of Chakra usage to the point that even a Kage could only use it a few times before they're spent of their Chakra pool.
Requirements: Ninjutsu as main Style, Katon Element, must know "Karyuu Endan no Jutsu (Fire Dragon Missle Technique)", a lot of Chakra.

Katon • Zukokku (Fire Release • Head Mincing Pain) [Rank: S; Type: Ninjutsu] - This is a devastating fire element technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will expel a huge mass of fire from their mouth in a wide arc. This fire spreads along the ground like napalm and is hard to put out. Once the jutsu reaches the maximum distance, which is about sixty feet, the fiery mass combusts again, causing a large explosion. Only someone with a strong affinity for fire element can execute this technique.
Requirements: Katon as first Element.

Kokuangyou no Jutsu (Journey into Black Darkness Technique) [Rank: S; Type: Genjutsu] - This strong Genjutsu completely negates the target's sight, making them unable to see anything but themselves and their clones, the rest is covered in complete darkness. The user is able to act freely while this Genjutsu is in effect, making it one of the most powerful illusionary techniques in existence. This Genjutsu can be dispelled if the user's Chakra flow is disrupted somehow.
Requirements: Genjutsu Specialist

Bloodline Jutsus:

Ayatsuito no Jutsu (String Reeling Technique) [Rank: D; Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Bloodline] - Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.

Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi (Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline] - Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha clan. Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.

Sharingan Eye Level Three [Rank: A; Type: Bloodline] - (See "Bloodline" part of profile.)

Magen • Kyouten Chiten (Demonic Illusion • Mirror Heaven and Earth Change) [Rank: S; Type: Bloodline/Doujutsu/Genjutsu] - A very strong Genjutsu technique that can only be performed by a true master of the art, it completely reverses a Genjutsu that the user fell victim to onto the enemy who used it. However, because it doesn't require Handsigns, it takes a lot of Chakra to use.
Requirements: Genjutsu Specialist, full-blooded Uchiha, Sharingan Level Three, no implants, Genjutsu casted on, eye contact to caster, high Chakra Pool.

Jutsus Want to be Taught:

Muon Satsujin Jutsu - Silent Homicide Technique

Background:

Uchiha Katsuga didn't live a good childhood like most other Shinobi who have come from Konohagakure no Sato, the Village Hidden in the Leaves. His mother and father, both names unknown to him even today, both ran away from the Leaf Village to Kirigakure no Sato, the Village Hidden in the Mist, for unknown reasons to him when Katsuga was still only a small child, around the age of five. After getting to the Mist Village, the guards that were partrollling the main gate told them to either return to the Leaf Village or die right there at the gate. But just before they were about to leave, the Mizukage, at the time, came up to them personally, took them in, and asked them to explain why they decided to come to his Village. After explaining why they left from the Leaf Village, the Mizukage told them that they could stay for as long as they wanted to, and he had already had a Mission for them, and that his fellow Mist Shinobies, who work at the local Hospital, would take care of Katsuga while they were gone.

But, while on their Mission, which was an S-Ranked Mission, they were killed by other Shinobies, whose Village was unknown, even to the Mizukage. When the Mizukage, and a couple of his Mist Jounins, got back to the Village, they gave Katsuga the bad news about his parents getting killed in action, but there was just something about what, and how, he was telling him that made it sounds like there was something or someone else involved in the ordeal, but he didn't, and couldn't, question the Mizukage. When he went to the Shinobi Academy at the age of fourteen, Katsuga, feeling the hatred inside of him, it pushed him enough to train as much as possible, without killing himself, graduating at the top of his class easilly. After graduating the Academy, and becoming a Genin in the process, Katsuga began to train even more now, wanting to rise through the Shinobi Ranks as fast as possible, and now, a year later, he plans to find out exactly what happened to his parents for them to meet their demise, reguardless of what he comes across while doing so....

After becoming a Chuunin, Katsuga tries to focus more on his job title and the responsibilities that come with it. He's learned a lot more over time, but still nothing on the ones that murdered his parents. This has not left his mind since he learned about it. Through much training, Katsuga returned to his home Village of Konohagakure no Sato to participate in the Jounin Exams. Though he didn't understand it at first, he and another Shinobi had to work together to pass the Exam, which showed him that he'll need to learn to work with others even when he doesn't want to. He and the other Shinobi passed the Jounin Exams, and now that he's a Jounin, Katsuga's going to train a lot more, hoping to either be the next Mizukage, but if he doesn't get that, he'll still be training to try and become a Sannin of Kirigakure no Sato.

While walking through Kirigakure, after he trained to get a couple new Jutsus in his arsenal, as well as upgrading his Sharingan Eye up to the Level Three form, he meets up with Ozanaru Syra, a Kunoichi who's technically a Missing-Nin back from during their Genin days, but he's told no one of it, and they both agreed to fight each other to their fullest extent for the title of the next Mizukage. They both fought very long and hard, until Katsuga trapped her in one of his Genjutsu, "Tree Binding Death", and thought he had won it there, until he saw that Syra had changed in just that short amount of time. Though he knew that she was changing somehow by the use of her new Jutsus, which he was completely unfamiliar with, but this time she was completely different, mostly by her eyes changing from their usual color to Electric blue, and her voice changing a lot more. She grabbed him by his throat, after literally leaping from the "tree" and stabbing herself with his Kodachi that he had at her throat at the time, in attempt to kill him right then and there, though they both agreed that they weren't going to kill each other during that match, but she dropped him, and walked over to the "tree", which it dispelled once she touched it, and was going to destroy the entire area, but something stopped her.

Looking back at him, Katsuga could tell that she was back to normal, and her voice sounded like it came from Heaven itself, then she turned away and left - to where? He doesn't know at this point. But, she's acknowledged him as the new Mizukage of Kirigakure no Sato, and he's returned to give the proper ceremony, but it's momentarilly delayed as he meets up with Tamotsu, Konohagakure no Sato's new Hokage, and a Chuunin named Ozanaru Keitaro, whom Katsuga's accepted as being his student.

After the bout with Ukyo and the Oto Shinobi, Katsuga disappeared from sight, as though he never really existed at all, and is living his life under guise as a typical fisherman from the area, though he's not living it very happily like one would think, as he feels that he has a "dark side" inside of him, so he's cut himself off from pretty much everyone, even his own Village, as he knows that he won't be accepted back into it, and will be shunned for life, for what he did, and just left those he cared about without saying a word, for he knows that he'll only hurt those around him if they knew...

Katsuga has returned to Kirigakure no Sato, and claimed as the "new" Mizukage, though he's just getting his position back, after the death of the former Mizukage. Though he help in the death of him, he didn't actually commit to the final blow to him, though he gave him a proper burial, making sure no one was around him, other than his Shadow Clone, gave him a prayer, and regained the Mizukage Title. Because of what the former Mizukage had done, Katsuga knows that he has his work cut out for him now, but he vows to make the Village lawful, prosperous, and where anyone can live without fear of being prosecuted because of who you are, or what Bloodline/Clan you come from, and will use his own life for that to happen if need be.

Sample:

IC: Katsuga's been given orders by the Mizukage that a Bandit has stolen some money from the Village vault, and to track him down, kill him, and bring the money and him back to him alive. He leaves the Village through the main gate, being said that the Bandit was last seen leaving the Village heading East towards the Sound Village. Activating his Sharingan Eye Level One, Katsuga sees the Bandit's footprints, then rushes off towards that direction, using the trees around him to get to him/her faster. Within a matter of minutes, Katsuga sees a person carrying a pouch with the Hidden Mist symbol on it, knows it's the Bandit. Landing down in front of him/her, Katsuga speaks:

Who are you, and why did you rob the Mist Village? Tell me, and I may spare you....

Not allowing the Weapons. Speak to Lava about that. Finally, I understand that your character is originally from Konoha, I know this. But Ethnicity is where you are from or live. On this Forum atleast. Since you live in Kirigakure then your Ethnicity should be Mizu no Kuni.....Watch him not pay attention to a single word I said....

Note: Sorry that I haven't been around, I take the weekends off from here, and the library was closed on Mon., and I take Tues. and Wed. off to stay with my grandmother.

Megume-chan's already accepted my weapons, I asked her about it when I became a Genin, and she said that something like that would be for a Chuunin, so since I am, it's alright, right? If you say that I shouldn't have it, I'll take it off, but it's already been accepted, just letting you know.

We already discussed weapons in a previous topic. I even talked about it with Lava a little on MSN. Any weapon allowing some sort of power is not allowed. When Megume accepted the weapons it was before we discussed this. Unfortunatly due to the site undergoing several changes they won't be allowed anymore.

However, you must understand, Ethnicity is more like, me ofr instince, I take up my father side more then my mother, so I am African American or black as some would say. Understand?
