Name: The Itichi clan
Description: The Itichi clan is a secret, and powerful clan that very few people know about. The clan is known for its powerful ninja, Riyukous kekke genkai, and they'er amazing ability to master genjutsu. Everyone in the Itichi clan has dark red hair, and dark red eyes. Also every Itichi has a birthmark of a cresent moon on the back of their right hands. Members of the Itichi clan has the ability to heal small cuts, and wounds almost instantly, and usualy has large amounts of uncontroled chakra. The Itichi clan is said to be the descendents of the fallen angel from heaven, Anthos. The Itichi clan is very small, but has the power to completely over run villages. The Itichi clan is very secretive. If anyone was to leave the village where the Itichi clan resides, they would be hunted down, and killed. Also if anybody whom wasn't of the Itichi clan had knowledge of their existants, they too would be killed. Many believed the Itichi clan died off centuries ago. Some even believe they don't exist, but few members of the clan survived through the years. Today only a few Itichis remain.
Description: The Riyukous eye is the Itichi clan's bloodline. It is a powerful trait, and proof of a true Itichi. Once the Riyukous is activated the user's eyes turns completely white. The pupil becomes slightly smaller, and depending on the level the pupil is surrounded by either 1, 2, or 3 triangular tomoe, simular to that of the sharingan. Some say the Riyukous is a different version of the sharingan. Simularitys can be made, but the connection between the Uchihas, and Itichis aren't even possable. Each level of the Riyukous gives a different ability, and power. After activating the second stage of the riyukous the user begins to lose chakra, and energy faster than normal. The Riyukous causes an extremely large amount of strain on the eyes. After a certain peroid of time the Riyukous drains the user of all his chakra, and strengh, thus rendering his body useless for a certain amount of time. The user has the choice of which stage of the Riyukous he/she wants to use.
Stage One: The user has 1 tomoe in each eye. When this stage of the Riyukous is activated the user cannot be fooled, and can see through D and C rank genjutsu. The user can also see in shrouded areas. (Mist, Dark, etc.)
Stage Two: In this stage the user's eye has 2 tomoe in it. It also carries the abilitys from the previous stage along with its own abilitys. When this stage is activated any genjutsu used becomes more believable. The user also gains an ability called the dead interpritation ability. Whenever something is in motion the Riyukous can assist in telling how fast it is moving, where it will move to, and when, and where it will stop, skills normal ninjas should have.
Stage Three: This level of the Riyukous has only been reached by few Itichi clan members. Usualy elite ninja. The user's eyes now has 3 tomoe in it. It carries the previous abilitys from the first, and second stage. The user's chakra increases slightly and can see through most genjutsu. The user also gains an extremely powerful jutsu, that allows the user to summon the spirit of Anthos. The user uses every ounce of chakra in his/her body. Then the user's body becomes ingulfed with crimson flames. The flames begins to take the shape of a phoenix. The user then sends a powerful punch to the target, ingulfing it as well into flames. If the user hits the ground he will cause a massive explosion. After this the Riyukous deactivates itself, and the user losses conciousness. This ninjutsu is called "Phoenix of the Burning Soul". The user also gains a powerful genjutsu technique called the "Demonic Eye Trick". The user can make its target believe he is in a world controlled by the user. In this illusionary world the user can make his/her opponent feel as if they were in there for hours, but in the real world seconds could go by.

I've been told by the Head of the RPG and Forum Moderation that I have permission to review this bloodline and so does others since some of it seems overly too powerful.
But the stage one ability to see through ANY genjutsu is way too powerful. And then the ability to be able to copy jutsu you see is nothing but really a Uchiha clan rip-off, no offense. And so does the stage two ability where you can instantly tell how fast something is moving, where something will move to, and when, and where something will stop. Im not sure if the mods are really looking for you to remove the Uchiha based abilities though but I think so or at least somehow tone it down.

Agreed. This has to be toned down significantly.

The ability to copy should be reserved for latter stages and with a limit.
