Description: This is a one-of-a-kind ninjutsu technique where the ninja takes simple, black deck cards and embeds information on them with chakra. The information could be about anything from shinobi countries to shinobi themselves. Once the information is embedded in the card, it turns blank, only to become visible again when the ninja reveals it with their chakra.

Where is this? I didn't see this in Canon Jutsus?

ok perhaps I am being paranoid, and such, and a noob here, but doesn't the bloodline jutsu require the eye first to use? And I do not see on your profile.

everything else is golden though, just might want to remove the thing after the name saying (I will change the name later) cause it looks like clutter on a nice proifle, and we can't have that now can we?

I can use that one move though right. As it doesn't require the eye to use?

*cough* Now i see what pikmin meant...No have Jyuuken. Can't have that either Sad

Bloodlines get to start with a Jutsu right? What rank? Would rather have Chakra burst then one 1 I have now.
