(Think that is name, looks like Seraph from Matrix suit)

Personality:

Kishin prefers to be in small groups of friends rather then a large unknown group. His squad is important to him, and comes first. This said, he is adventurous, energetic and courageous. He doesn’t like being in the lead, but if it calls for it, he will go guns a blazing. He is meticulous in combat, preferring to go all out, or not at all. Kishin prefers to know his enemies first, and catch them by surprise quickly rather then a long drawn out fight. Even if the moment is right to attack, he prefers to have his enemies move first. Knowing their intentions and abilities is more important then the actual kill.

Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Description: Chakra scalpel is one of the few offensive techniques used by medical ninja. It concentrates chakra to the palm in order to cut. However, it's initial use was purely surgical, as it allowed one to perform difficult operations with much greater precision and less risk by cutting with chakra. It can easily work through skin, without applying any external damage. Of course, in a fight, such refined chakra control is rarely an option, so it is used as a blade weapon would be

Name: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu - Fine Affliction Extraction
Type: Ijutsu

Description: A technique made to extract poisons from a human body. The medical ninja must have water to be able to use it. They will attach large bubbles of water to their hand by using chakra and then force the water into the patient's body through the pores. After that, they will proceed to gather the poison from the affected organs and blood canals into the water, at which point the water is extracted from the body in the same manner it was forced into it and removed. Unfortunately, this jutsu is not perfect, not removing all of the poison from the patient's body. The process involves a massive amount of pain for the patient, so it is only used in critical situations. Any medical shinobi can extract C and lower rank poisons this, but extracting A or S rank posions requires greater skill and more training

Description: This technique is the very basis of medical ninjutsu as it is. Concentrating chakra to their hands and putting them against the patient, the medical shinobi will heal them. Of course, the body does not just magically restore itself under the effect of their chakra, but they do use their chakra to sew up wounds, heal illness, improve blood flow, negate poison and boost tissue regeneration a lot - in other words, everything that deals with medicine. Naturally, this technique is more effective when used by a medic with more skill

Description: A basic technique of the Hyuuga clan, it creates small blades of chakra protruding from the user's fingers. While not amazingly powerful, it can cut in any direction like a sharp steel knife, and it can also be used to cut something that is reinforced by chakra and impossible to cut by normal means. However, since the needles are thin and short, it can only create minor wounds even on a fully landed strike.

Background:

Before Birth:
Even though Kishin is a Hyuuga, he doesn’t really know it. Nor do the Hyuuga clan members. His parents were both Branch members. Thus slaves to the head family, Both of them also happened to be under the charge of one. They got married and had 2 children. Both of them were placed as guards for the heads newly born child. His mother found out she was pregnant once again. She would give birth to Kishin in 4 months. They tried to hide it from the family by all means. But were unsuccessful. They didn’t want their kid to suffer the same fate as all other Hyuugen branch family children. Late one night they escaped from the compound and Kishin was born. He was placed under the care of a good family friend of theirs. Another fortunate birth gene was born to him. He had an rare eye color for a Hyuugen. Kishin mother’s mother’s mother was not of the Hyuugen clan, but a regular ninja with dark red eyes. It seemed he gained this gene. This would help conceal him from the family. They gave this family friend several artifacts, including copied scrolls of several Hyuugen abilities, and personal heirlooms along with a picture. They asked it to be given to him once he became a gifted ninja, which they were sure he would. They returned to the household knowing what was to come.

What is not known to him is both of his parents were killed. They were questioned what happened to the child. They said he died in a pregnancy related tragedy. The family didn’t believe them. They were tortured for their insolence. Though in the end they died, they knew their child would be safe.

Academy Years
Kishin was a top notch student at the academy. High grades all around, good leadership skills, fighting techniques, and ninjutsu. Though he didn’t excel in Genjutsu, just like most children, he was skilled in an even rarer ability. He was able to focus his chakra so perfectly, his endurance with ninjutsu was incredible. He could fight for ages, and never tire. They decided to see how well he was in Ijutsu. He passed with flying colors. His chakra control was astounding. Once he passed the academy exams, an offer was extended to him for sponsorship at the Ijutsu school. There he would learn medical techniques in a hospital setting.

Kishin had a little trouble at this school, mostly because of his inability to get along with the other students. Something was different between him and them. He was too energetic, working in a hospital might not work out for him. The school decided to focus him mostly on battlefield Ijutsu techniques. He trained with a special group that focused on defensive tiajutsu skills, and ijutsu. It was his final year at the school, to graduate he had to work with a high level squad for one year. During this year he had to master all the Ijutsus on the scroll, as well as come up with at least four that weren’t. This was a hell of a task, but he never backed down from a challenge, and set out to accomplish his task.

There was one that tried it, but reverted to the old Nin/tai of this clan... since he couldn't really make custom clan jutsu that he wanted (they were, suprisingly enough, ijutsu)
