Syra (RPG Moderator) --> Head of RPG (Administrator)
Yasuo Amano (RPG Moderator) --> Head of Trainee Management (Moderator/In charge of Trainees)

cool they all deserved it in my opinion, since Yasuo, and Syra have been very helpful with apps, along with kat's.

Don't know Vel but she seems level headed, with apps.... even though I hear she is crazy >.>

But yeah I am ranting, good job, now time to flood the app area >D
