Name: Kage [Shadow] Katana [Long-Blade]
Description: The Katana Kage harnesses the power of Kage Jutsu. Kage jutsu are any jutsu with Kage in their name or Shadow in the translation. Hand-Seals for Kage named jutsu may done with one hand, However Performing Kage Bushin No Jutsu with one hand creates a maximum of two clones. The blade increases the casting speed of Kage Jutsu by 25%. Kage Bushin costs 10% more chakra while wielding Kage it gains a 25% bonus to speed. Kage Taijutsu is 35% faster while channeling the blade with chakra. Chakra spent channeling the blade is equivalent to Ninjutsu equivalent of Taijutsu rank. Inscriptions with-in the guard and sheath are scroll like in nature, are not unlike the scroll Naruto stole in the first episode teaching him Kage Bushin No Jutsu. These inscriptions bear shadow and increased chakra flow enchantments they fill with the wielder's chakra while casting Kage Jutsu the chakra and then channeled through the blade. The chakra is released at the tip casting the prepared jutsu.

Name: Kiri [Mist] Wakazashi [Short-Blade]
Description: The Wakazashi Kiri harnesses the power of Kiri Jutsu. Kiri jutsu are any jutsu with Kiri in their name or Mist in the translation. Channeling chakra through the blade allows for Tsun to decrease the cost of Kiri Jutsu by 5%. The blade increases classifies three major mist elements concealment, offensive, effect. Concealment Mist has an extended Duration & Thickness of 10% Offensive Mist have increased Power or Potency 15% Effect Mist has Increased Mass 20% Kiri Bushin may be created in Mass quanity using less chakra. Inscriptions with-in the guard and sheath are scroll like in nature, they bear Mist Enhancement These inscriptions fill with the wielder's chakra while casting Kiri Jutsu the chakra and then channeled through the blade. The chakra is released at the tip casting the prepared jutsu, mist spew from the blade like a jet.

Note --- In other words these blades blades allow for Jutsu with Kiri or Kage in there name to be used with one hand while wielding the respective blade. The wielder can use this jutsu at a slightly reduced cost. They key advantage to wielding these blades is defending between jutsu.

Besides the Lack of detail about the swords (ie why they are so special and all that), I would like to point out that Kage and Kiri aren't actually separate types of chraka or anything like that. Not to mention the fact that one handed cheaper (in chraka cost) Shadow Clones are extremely unlikely to get approved, which is basically the point of the Shadow Sword.

Though I tend to be more harsh then some other people, so perhaps wait until another mod comments before changing anything.

I'd like you to detail these better, If I'm not mistaken the weapon template still says the description should be at least 3 lines long.
I'm not quite getting the increases for the first one either, it increases your power/speed or the jutsu's?

Added some detail restrictions on Kage Bushin strength removed. Noted that Kage bushin cast with one hand summons half as many bushin as it normally can. Many more changes... take a look now.
