Description: The shinobi "education ministry" decided to implement more demonstrations of different abilities and mock fights with superior ninja into a child shinobi's training. However, there are many more students than there are teachers, so all genin are encouraged to help out with teaching younger children for a small reward

IC: Mizuken walked through the misty village with his hood covering his head. He had just finished some intense training in the outskirts of the village and decided that he would take a quick break from anything. He thought that a nice hot bowl of ramen and a nice little nap would be just what he needed. However, these plans would come to a hault once a man wearing a Jounin vest appeared before him. Mizuken looked up at the man and saw his wide grin. He slowly shook his head and yelled out;
"No dammit... what do you want now?"
The man simply chuckled at Mizuken's remark and stated;
"Didn't you miss me Mizu-zu? Anyway I am just here to give you another mission and I'll be on my way."
Holding out his hand and showing another mission scroll, Mizuken stated that he had been training and doing missions nonstop for awhile. He was tired and drained and all he wanted was some nice hot food and a nice little rest. The Jounin simply chuckled once more at this remark as he simply said too bad and left Mizuken with the mission scroll. Mizuken couldn't help but open the scroll and hope for an easy mission so he wouldn't have to work so hard. After opening the scroll and reading it, Mizuken mouth widened into a "I-can't-believe-this-is-happening" look. He simply rolled it up and stuck it into his pocket as he began his walk towards the Kirigakure Academy seeing that his presence was needed there.
After about a 10-15 minute walk, Mizuken arrived at the Kirigakure Academy. Standing on the outside of the building, so memories began to rush back to him. The times of happiness of when his friends used to hang out with him until past dark and they would often keep each other company. How they would help each other get over their problems, but then his memories suddenly came to a hault when a man opened the door and told him to follow behind.
Mizuken simply nodded and continued bheind the man. He assumed the man was new there seeing that he had no expression towards seeing Mizuken. However, Mizuken simply overlooked this as he continued behind the man and they entered into the Training Dojo of the Academy. It was a wide open space where the students could spar each other and train their skills. This was where Mizuken came to find out that he was stronger than his peers in Taijutsu and decided to make it his Specialty. He looked around and saw a large group of Academy Students sitting before a man and a boy around Mizuken's age.
When Mizuken got closer, he saw that the man was his teacher from when he was a student at the Academy and the boy was a student from when Mizuken was there as well. The two stopped their spar once Mizuken approached and the man yelled out at Mizuken.
"So they sent my favorite pupil, Mizu did they. this will certainly be interesting."
Mizuken managed to let a smirk come across his face when he heard the man's voice. It had brought back the memories of when he and his friends used to train with the teacher to make their skills beyond their peers. After getting a quick reunion in, the man introduced Mizuken to the group of students and assign told Mizuken his assignment.
Mizuken was assigned to train the more skilled of the Academy Students which left him with a small group of 2 boys and a girl. The group of students were actually all related and according to the teacher, were going to be passed up to Genin level quicker than anyone before them. Mizuken found this hard to believe, but after seeing their skills, he quickly saw why. However, Mizuken simply saw this as more of a challenge to increase his own abilities. He had the group stand before him as he told them what they were going to do.
"Ok...we are going to start of with some basic..."
Before Mizuken could finish his sentence, one of the boys swung at him while the other went low. Mizuken couldn't believe it, they were trying to fight him, but he wasn't going to let this happen. He simply disappeared using Shunshin no Jutsu and appeared behind the group of kids. The girl turned around and began to speak.
"Ok Mister...we aren't gonna listen to you and we were told that you were sent here to fight us. So I decided you do that before my trigger happy brothers do just that.", the girl said in such an innocent tone.
Mizuken couldn't believe taht this little demons were actually going to try to fight him. However, if that was what they wanted then he was sure going to give it to them.
Mizuken decided to get rid of the 2 boys first seeing as they were the ones that made the first move. Before he even managed to run at them, they were already running at him. This actually somewhat irritated Mizuken, but then again he just wanted to show them that he was a Genin for a reason. As the two boys got closer, they pulled out a set of spiked chains and threw them to each other making a clothesline in a way. They continued to run at Mizuken, but Mizuken decided to do somthing simple.
Performing a quick set of handsigns, Mizuken made 2 clones of himself. He and the clones all scattered before the boys came anywhere near them. When they landed safely, Mizuken and his clones performed the same exact handsigns and he performed another technique;
"Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Haze Clone Technique)"
With this happening, clones of Mizuken and his two clones began to show up from all corners of the Dojo. However, this justsu was short lived when the young girl made her first move of the battle. She performed a simple handsign and said aloud;
"Kai..."
When the girl yelled this, all the clones disappeared and left Mizuken all by himself. She then took a more casual stance and spoke once more.
"Mister....even though we are young, do not underestimate us and actually since I feel sorry for you I will tell you about ourselves. My brothers train to be Weapon and Taijutsu Specialist while I train Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. Honestly, If you do wish to beat us you need to fight us as if you really were in a fight."
As the girl began to run off at the mouth, her fellow Academy students began to sit around and watch how exciting this mock battle began to look. Mizuken on the other hand was getting tired of playing around and looked at the teacher who gave him the thumbs up. With this in mind, this mock battle would surely make the trio more humble.
This time it was clear to Mizuken what was necessary. He had already gotten the thumbs up from the teacher which meant play time was over. Actually in Mizuken's head, the Academy had gotten weaker. When he went it was still the Academy of the Bloody Mist, now it was simply the Academy of the Mist. In order for Mizuken to graduate he had to kill lots of people, in order for them to graduate meant that they simply had to do a few clones and "bam" they become Genin. Mizuken was determined to show these kids that even though they were good, they were great.
The 2 boys began to run at him, but Mizuken wasn't in the mood to dodge it. Instead, Mizuken channeled chakra through his fist and punched one of the boys in their chest while saying softly;
"Houshou"
This sent the one boy skidding back 30 feet and his brother began to attack Mizuken from behind, however, this wasn't going to happen. Mizuken turned around and kicked the boy up into the air with his knee.
"ShouShitsu"
This sent the boy into the air a good 20 feet, but Mizuken wasn't done with this one. Jumping into the air, Mizuken managed to get behind the boy and whispered into his ear;
"Hayabusa Otoshi"
Mizuken then arranged his body so that he had restrained the boy's movements completely. He felt the boy trying to break free, but it was simply too late and the boy was heading into the ground head first. However, remembering his mission, he wasn't supposed to kill them, just teach them a lesson. Pulling out of the technique before the boy slammed into the ground head first, Mizuken grabbed the boy by the back of his neck and threw him across the Dojo where he landed in a pile of dummies.
When Mizuken landed on the ground, the girl simply gave a blank stare at Mizuken. She couldn't believe that Mizuken could throw her brothers around with such ease. However, Mziuken wasn't through with the siblings and appeared behind the young girl and punched her in her back.
"HouShou"
This sent the girl skidding away for about 30 feet, but both ehr brothers managed to sprint to her and stop her from crashing through the Dojo wall. The trio of siblings laid near the wall and Mizuken stood with an emotionless expression on his face.
Mizuken approached the siblings that were huddled on the ground together and Mizuken looked down on them. The other students could be heard behind them wondering what had happened. The students didn't know how the best group of students were defeated so easily. Mizuken reached out his hands and helped up the girl. He then kneeled down and looked her into her innocent eyes and said;
"Look at me and tell me you learned something from our fight."
The girl wiped the tears from her eyes and nodded her head.
"I learned to be more humble and to respect my brothers more."
The most unlikely thing happened when the girl said this. Mizuken showed a smile. It was the first smile he had shown in a few months. He was actually happy that his actions had made a difference for a few kids and that they would be able to base their future actions off of him. Mizuken stood up as the girl's brothers stood up and they had a group hug. The kids thanked Mizuken and even asked him to help them with their training. Mizuken didn't accept it, but told them that they had the best teacher in the world and that they should listen to him. The kids nodded in agreement and ran off to train.
The teacher approached Mizuken and handed him a mission scroll that noted his completion of the mission. He then thanked Mizuken and now his most bossy of students were now as humble as the rest of the students. The teacher asked Mizuken to come back and Mizuken said if he could. Grasping the mission scroll, Mizuken began to leave the Kirigakure Academy and return back to the Mission HQ.

Description: The Village Council requires you to train academy students who have been failing their classes. Many are having difficulty in learning the basic 3 ninjutsu and training using them would be helpful to the young shinobi. No training points can be gained from teaching jutsu in this thread.

IC: A few weeks had passed and Mizuken hadn't did anything major since his last mission of working at the Academy. Well Mizuken decided it was time to return to training, but before he managed to step outside his door, the same Jounin from all his previous missions was standing there before him. The man had the same wide grin on his face as always and Mizuken held out his hand.
"Gimme my mission Jounin-guy"
The Jounin handed Mizuken the mission scroll and disappeared. Before he completely disappeared, his voice could be heard saying;
"The name's Jiro..."
A smirk came across Mizuken's face as he gripped the mission scroll tightly. It was about time he had come to learn this guy's name. He had uncovered the first of many questions he had about "Jiro" and how he knew his older brother. Mizuken would have to let this thought go to the back of his mind as he read his new mission. His smirk widened as he read the description.
"Guess they missed me..."
As Mizuken said this, he rolled up the scroll and began his walk to the Academy.
Mizuken arrived at the Kirigakure Academy as soon as he could and waited for the same teacher from before to let him inside. When he entered, not much had changed in the past few weeks since he last came to help. To him, it seemed as if everything was ok, but then again, Mizuken didn't know everything. He followed behind the young teacher until they reached a classroom. The teacher motioned for Mizuken to stand and watch from outside as he went in to teach the class. After a few minutes of watching, Mizuken grew tired, but he soon saw movement from within the classroom.
The students formed a line in the begining of the room. Then suddenly the first student performed some basic handsigns and "poof" a clone appeared at his side. Mizuken wasn't too impressed, but he did continue to watch. As time began to pass, Mizuken couldn't see what was the problem until it was time for one boy to perform the simple Bushin Jutsu. The boy performed the handsigns and then "poof", but when the smoke faded, nothing was there. It was now a little bit more clear to Mizuken what the point of his arrival was.
After about 15 minutes or so, the young teacher came outside the classroom holding a folder with details on the young boy who couldn't perform the simple Academy justsus and briefed Mizuken on what he was to do. A simple smirk came across his face again as he saw what he was supposed to do. He was supposed to help this young student become good, when his last mission was to help make their students more humble and what not. The man nodded his head in agreement with Mizuken's observation, but stated that this boy needed more than help and thought that Mizuken was the best for the job. Mizuken took the folder and told the teacher to send the boy to the Training Dojo. The man nodded his head and return inside as Mizuken began to walk down the hallway towards the Dojo.
Mizuken sat in the Training Dojo for a good 10 minutes reading over the young boy's file. He couldn't believe what he was reading. The boy was turning 10, but had been in the Academy since he was 4. Normally this wouldn't have been a problem seeing as he was still young, but the boy had failed the Genin Exams over 10 times. As Mizuekn continued to read, he read that the boy failed in almost all of his Shinobi skills except for Taijutsu and even then he was just barely average in skill. Mizuken was extremely unhappy with what he was reading, but his reading would shortly end when the young boy entered into the Dojo.
"H-H-Hello... anyone here?"
It was clear to Mizuken that the boy was somewhat frightened, but he didn't care and he was simply going to try his best to mold this kid into a better shinobi in the little time he had. With this gameplan, Mizuken rose from his seat on the wooden bleachers and stood before the yougn Academy Student.
"Sup.... I was sent here to teach you the basics of being a Ninja. Unfortunately after reading your record, it seems it would be longer than what I expected."
The boy looked down as Mizuken said this, as it was clear that no one had faith in the boy's fighting skills, but then again, if they did then Mizuken would still be at home. Mizuken looked down at the boy and said;
"Would you like to warm up or just start training?"
The boy looked up at Mizuken and said that he would enjoy to warm up. After hearing this, Mizuken pushed the boy and told him to run. To make the boy feel better, Mizuken decided to run with him. It was then, the training began.
Mizuken and the boy were jogging around the Dojo for a good 30 minutes before Mizuken decided to start the real training. When he felt ready, he and the boy stood face to face and Mizuken asked the boy to perform a simple Bushin no Jutsu. He remembered what happened when he saw the boy do it the first time, but he was determined to help the boy make more efficent use of hsi chakra and make a cloen succesfully. The boy shyly nodded his head as he did the handsigns. After completing the handsigns, a cloud of smoke appeared beside the boy, but then nothign appeared.
Mizuken shook his head as he saw this. He knew enough of the Bushin no Jutsu to know that the boy was doing it wrong. First of all, the boy strained to control his chakra to use the jutsu. Secondly, the boy was performing the wrong handsigns. Creating a clone of his own to explain how the clone was supposed to correctly be made, the boy looked in amazement. The boy quickly began to change his handsigns to the right one, but he was still straining with his chakra.
