Description: This technique is more of an ability. The user has control over the surrounding wind. The greater the user’s power, the greater the control they have. C rank can detect things through air currents, as well as control surrounding wind. B rank can control the wind to intercept an attack or launch at a person or object. A Rank can greatly increase jumping distance and maneuver themselves midair or break their fall. Their control also increases allowing them to make sharp piercing or slashing attacks and more powerful interceptions respectively with each rank. S have complete mastery and can make the wind do almost anything (within reason).

Requirements: excellent speed and taijutsu combined with sabaku ken fu, stage 1 and higher
Description: A variation of the Konoha repuu. The user sweeps their legs across the ground, knocking the opponent off their feet. While they are in the air and falling towards the ground, the user kicks them in their side sending them flying through the air. Hopefully towards a hard object, setting them up for a more powerful attack. Combined with Sabaku ken Fu will cause the opponent to get scrapped by the sand everytime the user makes contact with them.
Background:
Born into the rare clan of the Mizunaka, young Takuma was baptized in the respect of one's village and friends. He was born a lone child, and remains one to this day. He grew up on the Southern Side of Suna, and has grown very solemn.
Joining the academy was a tough thing for Takuma to do. He really didn't see the time in it, as he wanted to be an acolyte of a preferred trade. However, having the bloodline that he does, his parents were able to get him to join. Immediately, Takuma took an interest into Taijutusu, and other fighting skills. He progressed quickly, but maintained an average score. He grauduated, and looks to improve his fighting technique and skills. You only get Kawarimi, Bunshin, and Henge, and you get one D-rank BL jutsu, and I think one C-Rank wind Jutsu (though double check on that last one).
Also, you need five lines of history. It can be a bit hard, I know, but once you start it, it can get to be a bit.
