Requirements: Must be learned by Yakuzen, or be given permission to do a 2 point training.
Description: The user must be using anything beneath C-3, before the clay explodes. The birds will change it's colour to the environment, changing into a blur. It can be easily spotted, but in a barrage, it can confuse and anger an enemy. Most likely kill it. Although the user of it can't aim the birds anymore to a fast moving target, so the user must be sure the target can't escape easily. _________________

THis was denied last time because it was considered wrong to add custom jutsus to canon bloodline. I will have to talk to other staff before I can efficiantly say yes or no. _________________

Seriously you people are weird. Just because it's made doesn't mean you have to add it to the Canon Bloodline area. Thus still keeping it canon. If you'll are that anal about keeping bloodlines canon, shouldn't only canon BL characters be played? Because making custom characters is technically 'adding to bloodline'.
