Name: The Long Lost Technique of Seven Swords

Requirements: Blade, Prepared Scrolls, Kuchiyose no Jutsu. Ninjutsu and Taijutsu Styles. Must be Taught or Read.
Description
Begining with a single slash, and the sheathing of a sword. The slash must draw blood in order for this technique to even begin. After performing the correct hand seals and releasing two scroll from their binding the scrolls spin around the victim and bind them in place momentarily. Then the scrolls disperse and temporarily summon the seven blades of Kirigakure. These effects last exactly seven seconds, during which the wielder moves from blade to blade slashing the enemy will cause each blade to disperse into a cloud of mist.
Limits and Ruling
These blades are only replica's and will disperse after one attack. Once the scrolls have surround the victim they bind, the only way to avoid this is escape before they join behind the victim forming the circle. While under the effects the victim can move their arms freely, but their legs become stuck in place. The range of this technique and separation of the blades if exactly 10 meters in diameter, the blades form around the victim in a circle. While it isn't impossible to perform jutsu while under these effects at the first rank, only a higher ranked character really has any chance to pull one off, even then it is extremely difficult and easily interrupted. The best defensive strategy is to make an attempt to block each incoming blades, however several of these blades are so powerful they will deal considerable damage even if blocked. The result of this technique is likely fatal to a weakened opponent and often used as a finishing move, however the user might decide to attack no vitals.
Cost and Ranking
This jutsu requires incredible strength, speed, and stamina most are unable to pull off an attack with all seven blades, thus there are two ranks. At B-Rank this jutsu allows the wielder to attack with four, at A-Rank the user may use all seven, additionally the victim's chakra is also temporarily binded and the blades are more powerful. This technique requires a massive amount of chakra, its a one shot per battle type of move, early usage may even render the wielder bed-ridden until their joints and muscles can properly recover. Alternatively with the A-Ranked version the user may use the eight rune on the secound part of the summoning scroll, they are divided four and three (number of blades per scroll) which temporarily summons one of the blades, it is still a replica but can withstand more damage. Compared to the original version of the blade, it could be destroyed overtime, once again disappearing into a cloud of mist.

Additional Notes
This is the long lost technique is the only jutsu exclusive the scroll, the others had long ago spread into circulation and are used in several villages, mainly Mist. The lost technique is available to any Ninja of the hidden mist ranked at least Jounin, exceptions are only granted by the current Mizukage. The technique was written more then a hundred years ago shortly after the forging of the blades, at the time the seven swordsmen were all loyal to Kirigakure and their blades were written unto a summoning scroll (not unlike the one ten-ten uses in the chunnin exam)

Name: Kuroikiri no Jutsu [Thick Mist Technique]

Description: This technique was derived from a need to improve kirigakure no jutsu. Its creates a veil of thick mist that spreads quickly then retains an area of about half-mile squared, although like a cloud it may spread in some areas more then others, this can't be controlled. During such time those inside find more then just their sense of sight negated. The chakra filled mist is thick enough even to limit even detection specialist ninja to close distances. It consumes considerably more chakra then its predecessor and covers a smaller area making it much easier to escape the mist. Ninja with enhanced vision, or scent, can only pierce the veil short distances (10 feet unless listed otherwise). Byukagun can surpass that distance many times over, however even a full developed Byukagun can see no-more then half way through (no kinjutsu training? one quater). Those with-out enhanced senses will barely be able to see a foot in front of them. The key difference between Kuroikiri and mist is that there is no water component, it only appears to be mist. In actuality its merely chakra condensed and then streched out. To perform this technique to user must attain considerable concentration as there are an excess of hand seals, and their chakra must be thinly stretched and spread out to quite an extent. The mist will begin to fade after a duration of seven rounds, however the duration may be restored using only half the chakra cost and hand seals as it would initially.

Name: Enka no Jutsu [Smoke and Mist Technique]

Requirements: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu [Mist Waltz Technique]
Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will exhale a large mist cloud. This mist is thick like smoke and hinders the vision of those caught inside, rarely is it used for this cause however. While this mist is not actually highly flammable or composed of fire itself, it will cause flammable substances such as oil or mist created by Kasumi Enbu to combust into a stronger flame that burns for longer then it normally would. It is notable that the flames created by this fire burn excessively quickly and create massive amounts of smoke. Used in combination with Kasumi Enbu this jutsu will deal considerably more damage then any elemental jutsu of the same rank, but as its a two part deal it will also take considerably longer to perform. To prevent skill modding, these two jutsu [Kasumi Enbu & Enka] can never be used in the same post.

I have a feeling The Long Lost Technique is going to take longer then the other two to get approved, I'm in the process of resubmitting my character and I'd like to add the other two jutsu as replacements for jutsu I can no longer use. If at all possible I'd appreciate it if the staff approved them before the Long Lost Technique (of course I'd like it approved ASAP [but I'm not rushing you or anything] I did put some considerably limitations in place I hope it balances out)

KInjutsu is not a type by itself. Please put it either as Nin(kin), Gen(kin), Tai (KIn), ect or something like Nin/gen(Kin), Nin/Tai(Kin) and such. _________________

Okay, while I like the first one it's a bit powerful. I would take out the whole bit about skill-modding saying that someone of equal rank wouldn't be able to block half of the attacks.
I love the second one. Nothing wrong with it in my opinion, despite it being extremely effective.

2. I also changed the duration of the second one to a round duration rather then a minute duration.
3. I thought that last line balances it, its not quite as powerful as an A-ranked jutsu and it take two rounds to perform, assuming both clouds of mist even hit. Still if you really believe it should be A-ranked I will change it. Mostly just looking over this quickly, and will do a more in depth analysis later, but for the second jutsu, does it affect both parties? Stupid question, I know, but I don't remember seeing it answered.
Also I'm pretty sure that the hidden mist jutsu already worked on the Sharingan normally _________________

Yes the secound Jutsu effects everyone including me the person using it, I thought that would be assumed. I'm pretty sure Kakashi could still see a short distance.
