Let me repeat myself:
1. Just for the sake of rank balance, the A and S rank are extremely close in the elemental jutsu movement. I suggest dropping the A rank or increasing the B and lower.

ok then it wasnt clear the first time
1. There is no movement untill S-rank A-rank only slows it down think of it like and illusion. So i will not do that one since up till A-rank they only slow it down.
2.that part is done
3. like i have said before the point system is the over use like anything with time and practice it becomes stronger so you dont understand that they are working with the pure chakra of the element meaning if there was like a campfire they can control it if they where a pyrokinetic. so it can not be a deffinet number but must grow with rank. Once those points reach zero they die and if you continued to read which it seems like you didnt then you would know that those 1-2k points at the last two ranks is taken faster since they would have the power to destroy what ever they wish with loseing 600 points per post they they keep it going now syra idk if you are understandng that but i have now explained it for the third time its not changeing and i will not have it with two massive downsides.

*Sigh* You're still not getting it, so I'll be as specific as possible.
1. Water has healing. You have absolutely no specification how much.
2. In reference to the points. You increase the total number of points for the ranks, however, you also increase the amount it costs to use a power so essentially the percent values are exactly the same. It's easier to use one value. Now that I see it again though, if you mean the rank of the power, then put that.
