Bloodline Name: Elemental Blessed
Clan Name: soshi (Earth), kouseitan'I (Air), youso (Fire), butai (Water)
Leader: Currently None *One leader per Element*
Village: Any Village of the Five great ninja villages

Clan Description: Soaked in the deepest parts of history of the five great countries there has been members of a secret clan that was able to use their minds to be able to control the elements. Not much is known but they say that it was the elementals that gave theses powers to man which allowed them to move the elements. Each elemental seemed to be found in one of the five great countries of the world showing them the power of what can be done with the mind. During the time of the villages coming around they began to hide deep in with surroundings of the countries not getting involved with what was going on. Once the villages seemed to be moving they looked around the area and found out that these people where moving the elements.

With each village finding that there where people like this they took them in and began to train them in the ways of chakra and the ways of a ninja. During the great ninja wars that has happened while the villages where coming into their power theses where the ninja that was able to kill the most of their enemies. With these members seemed to only get strong with the elements that they were already using while the others didn’t seem to show at all. The kages of each village began to look into these odd abilities only to find out there was a seal on each and every one of them being the kenji for the element. Once the seal was studied they found out that it was more of a birthmark that they all had from being touched by an elemental.

Once they knew what was giving them the abilities they tried to convince the elementals to bless all of their ninja with that kind of power but the elementals refused since they gave those people that power the elementals soon died. Now with those that were blessed by the elementals living amongst the villagers of the hidden villages the blessed ones have been looked upon as the outcast that shouldn’t be able to be a ninja. The Kages only knew of what they could do and only they could be able to use their power once they have reached a certain level of experience as a ninja.

Clan Traits/Characteristics: the clan traits and characteristics  are varied amongst its members since they take on things that represent the elemental power they where given.  they all seem to have a birthmark that looks like a seal on there right shoulders. The birthmark is also a Kanji of there element.

Clan Personality: varied
Bloodline Description: The bloodline is the ability to manipulate the elements depending on which element that is listed. Each one has a unique ability to use the elements much like the mizunaka clan can with sand. They can move/create fire, move the winds around them or generate the wind, Pull the water vapor from the air around them and anything that has water in it besides the human body, or take the earth and move it all with their mind. Members of this bloodline loses the effects of other elements by only being restricted to that one element with their second elements only going to the highest of B-rank and third going to A-rank . The elements are based on which village they are in since one elemental was found in one of the five main countries except for Kumo.

Bloodline Limits: Those who have been blessed get a 5% increase with their primary element and starts to show how much they are able to control as well. As they grow in rank it changes to where they are able to use a second and third element but has no control over it. This bloodline also allows one to specialize in elemental jutsu as well as form new ones with their element. Those who seem to use to much can die from the power surge since it goes up by 5% every rank. At E-rank it stays at a 5% increase at D-rank its 10% C-rank is 15% B-rank is 20% A-rank is 15% S-rank is 30% and SS-rank is 35%. once they over use the abilities they will have it consume them eventually killing them. Users of the elemental energies also are given a unique sense to those chakras around them meaning if they start to use a fire jutsu they pyrokinetics could sense it while forming the handseals and slow it down slightly with each rank to where they can move it completely at SS-rank.When slowing down the elemental jutsu at E-rank they slow it down by 2% D-rank is 4% C-rank slows down by 6% B-rank is 10% A-rank is 45% S-rank is 50%here is where they begin to redirect the element used agienst them SS-rank 100% they can completely move the elemental jutsu used agienst them.


Clan Jutsus:
Name: Elemental Kinetic
Requirements: Given at time of creation
Description:This is the bloodline limit of this clan it allows one to use one element and specialize strongest in out of the four basic/Main elements

Fire: the pyrokinetics have the ability to move the molecules around themselves and around in an area growing with rank.*E-rank can heat up to around 1ft around them. D-rank up to 2 ft C-rank 6 ft B-rank up to 12 ft and A/S/SS rank up to 36 ft around them* They are also able to heat the molecules up to get the fire they need.

Water: Hydrokinetics have the ability to pulls water from anything that has water in it except for humans. They can pull the water vapor from around them and be able to use the water like a weapon or to  heal the wounds of there friends/Allies* these are the Ijutsu users what the medical jutsu does has those effects but uses the water*. How many objects they can pull from also grows with rank.At E-rank they can pull the water from from object around them up to 1 ft D-rank is 2 ft C-rank is 6ft B-rank is 12 ft A-rank and higher is 36 ft around them. SS-rank is able to create tidalwaves within 36ft near them from the water they collect with there ability

Earth: Geokinetics have the ability to move the earth with their minds allowing them to create earthquakes at the higher ranks. Geokinetics are given the abilities to speak to the earth itself and track anything through vibrations though they lose their sight completely.E-rank can shake the ground*shockwave*up to 1 ft D-rank is 2 ft C-rank is 6 ft B-rank is 12 FTand can now do minor earthquakes A-rank and high 36 ft and can create Major earthquakes up up to S-rank while SS-rank hold the same distence as A&S rank but they form earthquakes to destroy a village.

Wind: Aerokinetics are given the ability to move the winds around them at will. They also can gain the power of flight once they are at higher levels. The ranks decided how much of the winds they can move ranging from gust of winds to deflect a thrown object all the way to Hurricanes to destroy a village. at E-rank they are able to create a small gust of wind up to 1 ft in any direction D-rank is 2ft C-rank is 6 ft B-rank is 12 ft and can create the winds in all four directions to set up for tornados*they cant create tornados wat this rank* A-rank and high is 36 ft with the abiity to create tornados  at A-rank S-rank holds the same distence but can create up to a class 3 Hurricane at SS-rank same as A for distence but can create up to Class 5 Hurricanes.


E-Rank: 100 Points
D-Rank: 150 Points
C-Rank: 200 Points
B-Rank: 250 Points
A-Rank: 500 Points
S-Rank: 1,000 Points
SS-Rank: 2,000 Points

Once theses points are completely used the memeber of the clan will die

Every time they use their kinetic abilities it will take 10 points at E-D ranks
C-B ranks will use 20 points per use and A Rank and higher will use 50 points. When creating things like Hurricanes and tidal waves massive amounts of fire to burn a village and or a massive earthquake to send a village to the ground the points will be taken at 600 points per post before death. Can only be done once they are at SS-rank to create things this powerful.

Name: Fire manipulation
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D-SS
Requirements:Must be touched by a Fire elemental
Description:This is the ability given to those from the Fire country allowing them start moving fire around them as well as use them as attacks. With higher ability in this form will eventually be able to burn an entire village to the ground only to have them die at the end. People blessed with the gift of pyrokinesis also get 5% more damage out of all katon jutsu.Each rank is trained like that of a jutsu like there ranks but its the difference of control they have with the element

Name: Water Manipulation
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D-SS
Requirements:Must be touched by a Water elemental
Description:This is the ability granted to those of that has been touched by the water elemental. This give the user the ability to move water and pull it from any object  that holds water except for humans. This allows for hydrokinetics to be able to sense water around them even if it is underground.Those with this type of element gain 5% more water damage from suiton jutsu and grats those that use it to heal 5% less chakra useage with Ijutsu. They can eventually flood villages by creating a huge tidal wave with the higher ranks of this form of elemental kinetics.Each rank is trained like that of a jutsu like there ranks but its the difference of control they have with the element

Name:Wind Manipulation  
Type:Ninjutsu
Rank:D-SS
Requirements: Must be touched by an Air Elemental
Description:This gives the ability to control the wind around them to send there enemy flying. Those with Aerokinetics will gain 5% more cutting power within their fuuton Jutsu. While using this the user will be able to send hurricanes to theup to a class 5 but will eventually die from over using.Each rank is trained like that of a jutsu like there ranks but its the difference of control they have with the element

Name: Earth Manipulation
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D-SS
Requirements:Must be touched by an Earth Elemental
Description:This is the ability given to those who have been touched by an earth elemental. Those with Geokinesis is able to control the earth around them according to their rank. Those who are touched by that of an Earth Elemental gain 5%  more damage done by their Doton Jutsu. With the higher ranks of the geokinesis they will be able to sink the ground underneath a village with the high risk of death soon after. Each rank is trained like that of a jutsu like there ranks but its the difference of control they have with the element
Number of Members Allowed: 4 for each element

Just for the sake of rank balance, the A and S rank are extremely close in the elemental jutsu movement. I suggest dropping the A rank or increasing the B and lower.

The problem with using just the Pyrotechnics is that it's referring to an AoE (Area of effect), while several of the other elemental abilities are not AoE, so it'll be easier just to put information for each element.

What's the point of having a point system if you increase the amount it is to use it by rank? Might as well just have one number. Are you sure you don't want to have it heal, even slowly or partially?

Ok syra i know your intentions are true but its time to explain. The change that i have to refer back to the pyrokinetics is well just that but i will do it for all forms. But its not Pyrotechnics and it is a base cover for every element since they all have an AoE feture to them inclouding water.

Second on you post is the point system is there to show how many points they have before they DIE its like a life counter. Since they where blessed by the elementals then they are dealing with the Highest form of anything meaning that they can die from it dispite rank. it is not there to heal them but to inflict the damage to the body to the point they lose control over the element that they have the strongest power over only to have that element kill them.

is how i have it since they wont be able to have the control over it till they are SS-rank i dont see what your talking about since at A-rank they can slow down the jutsu of there element*only primary*by 45% while at S-rank is when they can redirect it when ss-rank can control it completely.

... You missed entirely the points in my post, except half of the part on AoE and the question for the points.

Let me repeat myself:
