Taikis face flushed his pale skin leaving it burning red. He had never thoguht about it much but then again it had never occured to him maybe he was more attracted to ment than women or was it the opposite , he had never been close with ether so maybe it was possibe he could like both. But what he had just done was strange and confusing to him though it seemed to feel right. He continued to look away from Gedo emmarassed about what he had done.0 "I dont know what came over me gedo my body just acted im sorry for that im very confused i think i may need to take a rest for now and we may talk tommorow about this but for now i think it would be best if i take time to think on what this could mean before we jumped to anything." Taiki said looking at Gedo smiling he knew he wasnt in the right state of mind at the moment so he needed time to sleep and think . He got into his sleeping bag and tucked himself up zipping it up so it surrounded his body in its soft warmth.
" i would suggest you get some rest as well Gedo we have alot to discuss while we walk tommorow." Taiki said closing his eyes.

Before Gedo could get in a word edge wise, he was told to rest. There was nothing he could do really about it because Taiki was already attempting sleep. He sighed and then pulled out his sleeping bag and began making it. When he was satisfied, he snuggled himself in and then made a wall of ice surround them as to no be disturbed by others. The Ice was much warmed then one thought or felt. He closed his eyes but when he did, the flash of the kiss took him and his blushed again. He turned away from the ninja he was traveling with and held himself. Taiki was there with him but he felt miles away.

That night as Taiki slept he had a vision of a village that had recently been under attack by rogue ninja but there was survivors. they wanted to leave but everytime they tried they appeared back in the middle of the village and would keep walking. This confused Taiki so he went to help them but every step he took the village seemed just out of reach to him he could walk forever and he would get no where closer to helping the people of the village. He wanted to know what troubled them but it was impossible to reach them. He wanted to knwo who they where but their faces where blurred and it was as if he as blind but could still see that they where people. He wanted to call out but his voice was muffled by some oppressive force. and he wanted to hear them . but he was deaf but knew they spoke. The dream if you can call it that seemed to dissallow him any access to the people though try as he might he wasnt strong enough to get to them to help. He kept walking though determined to get to them. As he continued walking a figure appeared and spoke to him. It was in the shape of a man though with the head of a deer. Its antlers seemed to flow like water but crack as if they where made of glass when they got to far from his head. But as the shards fell to the ground the formed into lillies and melted into the dust. Taiki watched the beast motion over to a table amonge it where many object inwhich seemed like ordinary tools . a shovel a rope a hammer chopsticks and a blade. Taiki looked at these things then back to the beast who began to speak.

"Unknown-" IT began to say but as it continued its voice was lost to him because of his deafness. Taiki turned in his sleep and mummbled a bit as he attempted to talk to it

Gedo began to fall asleep as the night wore on. The large crystal ice wall covered them so they would not be attacked so easily by unwanted guests. However, it seemed one guest made his was into the wall but in the form of a dream. He then moved with his sleeping bag over to Taiki and then opened his and Taiki's sleeping bag a bit. He rested his head on the ninja's chest, providing a small amount of warmth compared to the sleeping bag but he wanted the ninja to know he wasn't alone. He laid there with him, hoping his dreams would stop and he would find comfort in him.

Taiki felt himself being pulled from the creature back and all the progress he made so far was seen flying away from him. He reached out a hand to try to get closer but it was to late..

Taiki bolted upright hand extended yelling

"Noooooooooooooooooooo!!!" He cried out reaching off into the darkness as he panted heavily. The dream was so vivid and meaningful but he hadnt yet figured out what he had to do. as he tried to hold onto what little he had learned he noticed gedo was now sleeping beside him. Taiki looked over his shoulder at gedo who was now awake . And wiped the sweat from his face. it would seem as if he had sweated from. the stressful dream/ vision during the course of it and his hair stuck to his head.
He looked at gedo and spoke
"Sorry Gedo i didnt mean to wake you up just a bad dream i suppose." He said looking at gedo.

Gedo looked at him with worry and then his eyes softened. He didn't know how to respond. Just the first thing that came to mind was to comfort him. And in that moment, he did just that. Without speaking a word to him, he simply held him and fed him his body worth. His lanky arms were stronger then they seemed as he held Taiki to him and then he spoke. "No more bad dreams. I'm by your side now." He said as he held Taiki tighter to him. He didn't realize how close his body was to the other but he didn't want him to suffer pain and torment alone. He would suffer it with him, no matter what the cost, death or not.

Taiki was embraced by gedo who held him saying that he wasnt alone. But unfortunatly Taiki knew that these dreams would continue to happen there was something he needed to do and that creature or being was trying to set him on the right path. but for now he was with Gedo and most things seemed to- not matter at the moment. He smiled and let go of the embrace.

"thank youu gedo im glad youy are with me im sure your company will in the end be able to help me get over what eer is troubling me at the moment." Taiki said to gedo smili8ng and hugged him again. He continued to think of the dream and its meani0ng as he let go of gedo once more. he felt he could sleep at peace this time iif he tired again..

"Ok lets try this one last time befor the sun gets uyp lets get some rreal sleep this time. what do you say hu9h Gedo?"
Taiki asked him smiling laying back down on his mat andd closing his eyes

"dreams are a weird thing anything seems to happen in them and even if you kn ow it is a dream there nothing you can do a bout it... Taiki said as he began to drift off into anther peacful sleep.

Gedo watched as Taiki broke the embrace the first and then hugged him back. IT was an oddly warm feeling but something about it made him feel distant. When he was embraced one final time before being asked to go to bed, he wanted to say something but his mind could not find words. Just a simple silence came over and he looked away. He felt cold again, this time colder then before. He closed his eyes and faced away from the ninja. He wanted him to be at peace but somehow managed to make himself feel bad. Gedo feel asleep instantly, ashamed of himself.

When the morning came, the Ice Ninja was already packed and had the wall gone. He was sitting with his back to Taiki waiting for him to awaken.

Taiki had slept the entire rest of the night without anymore distrubances. When he awoke he saww that Gedo had already packed up his belongings andseemed to be waiting for him to wake up from his sleep. Taiki yawned and sat up the fog had depaarted from the previous night and the sun shone throur the high cluds in the sky. He looked at the fire and saw it was going out . he shrugged then spoke

"Good morning Gedo. I would like to thank you again for comforting me last night and i also would like to say sorry for what happened with your father.."

Gedo watched as the ninja woke up and began doing his traveling ritual. Or rather, it seemed so well practiced and done, that the ninja could have sworn he had done it about 100 times before. When he was done, Gedo stood up but he was spoken to and he looked at Taiki for a moment before he spoke. "It was nothing. You're the world to me... I mean... I..." Gedo blushed as he said something he didn't meant to say consciously. But it was true, without a home or any family, Taiki was his new world. "I mean.... you're welcome." He tried to correct himself but knew that what he said would ring for a long time. He sighed and then walked forward along the path they were walking on the night before.
