Well it's suppose to be more weapon dependant than jutsu dependant. Any suggestions?

Hmm, well it would still be good with weapons without that, it's just my opinion that the weapon rule shouldn't be broken.
Anyway, I suppose you could say something about natural proficiency with all weapons.

Changed it to weapons that are stronger than normal. And btw, I think Reavers break weapon rank rules.

If you have a problem with the Cursed Clans, voice it. Or don't and accept my SA how it was. It's only fair, isn't it?

As far as stronger than normal, that's up to mod descretion.

Still doesn't make much sense, is 'stronger than normal' just a way of saying 'higher rank' because there's nothing else it can mean. And I already said that I'm not going to approve something like that.
