Katsuga-kun, did you forget that this is an RP, please remember that things that are not in the cannon, can be made and used, it has happened many times already, as long as they can explain how it works or how it might be possible.

As for the Consciousness/Soul thing in a crystal, I can see how it might work, some of it might be do able by copying the Chakra/mind of an already living being. Still, until it is overall seen, and done, we cannot say yes or no, until it is clearly explained, and the jutsu that go with this are finished.

Hmm if I'm not mistakened, the Reibi was formed from emotions. And Kage Bunshin creates spirits, even if it's just a copy of your own.
