Name: It's Alive!
Requirements: Taken At Character Creation, Counts As Having a Bloodline, My Permission or Pikminavenger's, Mod Permission
Description: You weren't born, you were created lab of some sort. Your conscious is in a crystal housed in a body created from puppet parts. The term for some what with this ability is a Ghost in Artificial Shell, or G.I.A.S. Do to being artificial life, you have several benefits, as well as drawbacks. You possess remarkable seeing, hearing and strength, but you have no sense of touch or smell. Picking up techniques is easier for you, so you learn everything 25% faster. You can also have built in weapons as well as learn puppet jutsu if you have the appropriate equibment. However, you cannot use elemental release techniques, and take 50% additional damage from water and lighting based techniques as well as ones that attack the spirit or soul directly. You ignore element requirements of weapons. You cannot use techniques that require specific internal organs, but you are also immune to abilities that attack the chakra network as well as pain. You cannot be healed by ijutsu and must be repaired by a puppeteer or someone else that has good reason for knowing how to fix you. If you are a puppeteer, you can repair yourself. Each night you have to be connected to a special charger that replinishes your chakra which means you cannot leave your place of living for multiple days. This also means if you run out of chakra completely, you will lose consciousness. Implants will not work on you as well. This does not take a special ability slot, working more like a bloodline.

Dharma mistakenly created an soul while trying to make a crystallized version of her puppet programming scrolls. It took her some time to realize what had happened, but when she did the soul was placed into a specially prepared puppet body.

Description: The G.I.A.S gains the ability to produce chakra like a regular living creature. They no longer have to charge up nightly.

Name: Insulation
Requirements: It's Alive, Worked on by Dharma, 4 Point Training
Description: You're water-proof and insulated against electricity. You aren't immune to jutsu that fit under those types, but you lose your weakness against them. You also no longer take extra damage from soul based techniques.

Name: Perimeter Scan
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: It's Alive!
Description: You can sense chakra as well what element types people have within one mile of yourself per rank. This can help you tell the location of people and you can sense their chakra levels. However, you must be able to look directly at them to pick up their elemental natures.

Name: Hunter/Seeker
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B/A
Requirements: It's Alive!, Perimeter Scan
Description: Whenever you use a projectile attack on something you can see, you can use this ability to make it seek it's target. This doesn't work on attacks that fire beam like projectiles. Relearning it and an A rank (complete training required) let you use this one multiple projectiles at once. These can seek after different targets if you want them too.

Name: Shock Absorbtion
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: It's Alive!, Insulation
Description: Whenever you're hit by a electrical attack, you reduce the damage and convert part of into chakra. Damage is reduced by 10% per rank, and you receive half of this as chakra.

Name: Ray Splash / Ray Storm
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B/A
Requirements: It's Alive!, Chakra Cannon
Description: After a special modification to the front or back of the G.I.A.S body, they can launch beams from their back. The number of beams varies, but covers an area of 30 feet. These beams arc from the back and hit an area in front of the user, but they may be used to strike behind as well. The area of the attack can also be narrowed, dealing more damage in that area. After relearning this as an A rank (complete training required), this fires multiple groups of beams.

I see no problem in this, except for the puppet part.....
I'd understand if it was like Vincent in ff7, where he went through it to get stronger, but you can't infuse a human consciouss into a crystal and put that into a puppet. Even here, its impossible.

Do the Vincent Valentine thing, saying it has to be explained how it happened in their background.
