I don't Like things such as 20% of Chraka because what might be 20% of Chraka for one person could be 20% of Chraka for someone else. Also what happens if someone has a Chraka boost, would it still be 20% of their chraka even if their capacity of chraka has seemingly been doubled.

A Kage Bunshin takes EVERYTHING that the user knows and uses it for themselves. There is no "not using it". The "Weapon Shadow Clone" is going to be S-Rank Kinjutsu.

Let me guess this straight. The Upgraded form of a B rank jutsu, which be learned by anyone, has to be S ranked Kinjutsu even though the only difference is that it can be used on any weapon....
Am I the only one thinks this is an extremely stupid idea?

Let me put it to you like this... You have a sword that can channel the Raiton Element into it. You decide to use the "Weapon Shadow Clone" on it to make another of that sword. Follow so far? That other sword is going to be the same, exact thing. You can't just say "I'm taking this Raiton sword, and making an exact copy of it, but it's not going to have the Raiton Element going through it." That's not going to happen.

It's a copy of the sword, not special properties. I see no reason why that wouldn't work.
