I'm going to SERIOUSLY, ABSOLUTELY F***ING KILL YOU BOTH!!! When you're underwater, you STILL have freedom of movement, it's just highly limited! While you're underwater, you CAN perform Handsigns still, they'll just be slower than normal!! >_<
