As Riku moved through the forest once again, he heard a sound behind him. Turning to look over his shoulder to find the source, he noticed Mio had fallen over and seemed to be in pain. Riku quickly doubled back, kneeling next to her and placing his right arm on her lower back. "You ok?" He asked her, leaning downwards a little so he could see her face. She hadn't been hit that badly, so why was she in pain bad enough to impede her movement?

Yeah it's nothing really, just.. weird. Looking up at him she got slightly annoyed, at one small little factor. Hey, Chunin, I mean uh... Riku right? Ah not too important, well maybe it is but ANYWAY, I have a question to ask of you, I already know that you know nothing of this midnight shadow group, or whatever, but all the same what, do you have any idea what their objective might be. giving him a bit of a glare a bit due to the pain she was feeling at the moment, Mio continued through her pause, Keep in mind that I want this answered before we enter the village, since if they have some kind of goal in mind I want to know what to avoid at all costs, without getting involved in it until I am ready to take them on.

Riku sighed as he backed up slightly, realizing he didn't need to be so close now that he was sure she was ok. "Like I said, I know nothing. Though, judging by what's been going on, I'd have to guess their objective is to destroy the ninja world or ninja villages, though that's just my best guess. I could be totally wrong." He replied to her. He placed his left arm over her shoulders and his right sort of on the side of her abdomen to give her stability. "You need me to help you get up?" He asked in a sincere tone. Why was he acting like this with her? He didn't even know her yet he was acting like he cared for her deeply. At least, that's how it felt to Riku that he was acting.

No… no I am fine do not worry about me, but uh.. not too sure how to react to his little spree of suddenly being nice, Mio just did what her parents, had taught her. Which means she now began to think that he was trying to come on to her, and that did not sit too well. I mean after all if she joined the village she would be in debt to him, and with her slightly dirty mind there was thing that she thought of as soon, as that happened. Um uh… you can uh take this uh scroll thing, and just uh… go back to the Mist village, I uh… have other matters to attend to. smiling nervously she opened a portal behind her, and just back tracked through it, to avoid the potential crusade to get under her skirt.
