Oh my this should be fun.

Name: Sennen-Ryu <Thousand Year Dragon>
Requirements: Taijutsu Major or Taijutsu Specialist, each level must be trained separately as a jutsu of your character's current rank (S-rank with twice the post amount for SS-rank characters) and in order. Additionally, this style requires a katana and to have genjutsu as a minor style.

Description: This Taijutsu style revolves around sword techniques from various mundane styles, combining battou styled assaults with standard streamline kenjutsu. However this style combines something unique when compared to other taijutsu styles; It combines the use of basic genjutsu to throw off opponents and disable one's ability to read the movements there in. This style's main starting stance is with the sword in the sheath with the legs spread and knees slightly bent.

Name: Bushi no Me <Eyes of the warrior>
Type: Genjutsu - visual
Rank: D
Requirements: Sennen-Ryu
Description: This is a basic genjutsu that requires eye contact with an enemy. Once eye contact has been made, the target will be placed under a sight based illusion and will view the user of this technique in the same position they had when eye contact was first intiated; this allows the user to move without the opponent realizing that they have. Bushi no Me lasts only a moment after it is used before it disperses on its own.

Type:Genjutsu/Taijutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Sennen-Ryu
Description: The user stands at a ready stance with their blade drawn. The target will suddenly see 100 different strikes all being performed by the user at the same time. Only one of the strikes will be a real attack, but which one?

Name: Ryuusei kanadzuchi <Meteor Hammer>
Type:Taijutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Sennen-Ryu
Description: This is a stronger version of simple Battoujutsu; the user slices so fast that they create a vacuum in the wake of their blade. It makes a loud crash sound due to the vacuum sucking up nearby things to fill up the void.

Name:Genkiri <Illusion Sword>
Type: [Kinjutsu]Genjutsu - visual
Rank: S rank
Requirements: Sennen-Ryu
Description: The user molds chakra around their katana. The moment that an enemy's eyes lock onto the weapon they will be trapped in an illusion. The target will see the user suddenly break through their defenses and slice off their legs. For as long as this jutsu is maintained the target will think that their legs have been cut off. The Target will not be able to feel their legs and will feel pain as if their legs had really been cut off.

Name:Senkou <Flash>
Type:Taijutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Sennen-Ryu
Description: After utilizing Bushi no Me, the user will move so fast that they suddenly appear near the enemy and perform a battou strike. The speed of this attack gives the opponent little reaction time to avoid or block this attack.

Name:Zanmoto <Demon Cutting Sword>
Type:Genjutsu - Visual
Rank: S
Requirements: Sennen-Ryu
Description: The Target will see a giant chain shatter the sky and burrow into the ground. The chain will then begin to retract and seemingly pull up an alter with a katana stand on it. They will then see the user drop their current weapon and pick up this new katana. Cherry blossoms will then begin to fall as the user pulls the blade from its sheath. They drop the sheath and at that instant the user appears in front of the target and stab them through their chest. This hostile Genjutsu will drain a target's stamina as it puts a lot of stress on the target's heart. If the target does not have the stamina to withstand the jutsu they will die of a heart attack.

wow these are good...i am tempted to use something from here.

Can i get a Distance though for Bushi no Me. Mostly want to know this cause of Senkou. Seems like person might not be able to see the Senkoa happen till it is to late. But Bushi no Me only lasts a moment. Wondering how fast you can move or how long Bushi no Me lasts or how close it needs to be for it to ingage.

Zanmoto seems like it can be lower then S Kin for some reason? But idk...

How would a Taijutsu Specialist use Genjutsu? That's my only problem, and that the boosts are taken from the Strong Fist.

Non-bloodline users get a minor style, and yes the boosts are based off of strong fist style ~ The best way to create something balanced is to use something that is already accepted isn't it?

I figured Zanmoto should be an S rank [Kinjutsu] because essentially it would be a one kill.

if they are weak enough. I pictured more A class. Now if you stabbed them repeatedly, or sent an attack down the sword, or element, or something along those lines to do more damage then a single stab then S class would make perfect sense. I mean, cutting off someones legs can be....harmful to a persons heart / stamina. But i am not a mod so, only making suggestions plus inquiring.

It is all dangerous. Just staying 1 stabbing to slicing off legs, legs scares me more. Now if the weapon was on fire or idk, and the pain increased, it could be worse. (slow torturous death, feeling of not being able to do anything and having it happen is more frightening.)
