'The mist is clearing...? What happened?' The person who had decided to hold her hostage for the time being must have decided that Rei wasn't an enemy based on something, probably on the fact that Rei was a bit young. Rei was highly confused, there seemed to be too much going on for her to keep up with. 'Is this what a real fight is like? I think...I've never felt fear like this before. I just have to control my breathing like how I was taught. Three cleansing breaths...Okay. I'm ready.' This person was questioning her again, but at least Rei didn't have to have a senbon dangerously poised over her. She moved a little from this girl and pulled out a shinobi headband with the Kumogakure symbol on it. She wrapped it around her neck like a choker. Rei saw the girl move onto another building and quickly followed after her. The streets below looked like they were getting dangerous by the fact that the water was rising...and that...there seemed to be sharks swirling about. 'Where did those sharks come from? This must be a strong jutsu!' Rei was starting to get even more worried about how she could possibly have hoped to help out in this whole event.
'At least the fog has cleared up.' Rei thought to herself. The girl kept a hand on her Tsuka just in case, and was trying to figure out how she could help her village...maybe she could just provide a distraction for that guy fighting at best. He probably would appreciate only having to fight one of the women at a time. Watching as the lady did her thing, to Xenpai it didn't feel right to him as the shuriken flew like the birds in the sky, precise and fast. Opening the fan, Xenpai flung it straight forward, completely missing the lady and the shuriken on purpose. Instantly moving his hands, he preformed another justu. Kawarami No Jutsu! Ran through his head using the fan as his object to change with, though he could've probably used this to attack her and detroy her fan at the same time in the previous attack. For now, he just hoped his plan worked.
Hitting him in the side, and with the felt of metal on his shoulder, he disappeared into smoke, in Xenpai's place, stood the opened fan that had holes from the shuriken, and with her attack, she will probably end up cutting her fan even more. Following up with his plan, he repeated the handseals from a few moments ago. Shushin no Jutsu! He screamed in his head. Appearing not closer, but a bit farther, Xenpai pulled out two senbons, directing both at the lady, he simply flung it towards her neck, aimed perfectly to hit her spinal cord, and paralyze her from her neck down.
Drawing the other senbon he pulled from his other hand, Xenpai held it in his mouth as he did even more handseals. In seconds smoke appeared around him revealing clones, Bunshin no Jutsu! he thought once more, all had senbon. In unison, they all pulled the senbon from their mouth and made it fly like eagles towards her. All were supposed to miss, unless she moved into their paths. Watching the first one soar towards her since of his training with them, he hoped it hit, even if it didn't he would still have a back up.
"Don't call me slow unless you have the proof to come at me with your sanity on a plate, ready for me to dine on until the night sky reveals the sun, rising into the canvas of life." He said using his intelligence to try to get her to think of something else while he planned his resulting path. Everything had a path to what to do and to how to do it. If his current plan succeeded, all she could do is talk, shout, taste, hear, smell, and see, well besides feeling something with her face. "Your own fright, brings me delight!" Xenpai shouted as he pulled his own little surprise, looking like a senbon, the needle had a certain shine to it compared to the other senbon. _________________
Latifah Youko screamed as her fan was shredded. Latifah moved her shuriken towards her looking for his location. "I am still more then capable without my fan little man". She found him sending 9 shuriken towards his location but he vanished again, they continued to their original destination.
He appeared and the Shuirken started towards him again. She barely saw the weapons in time sending her shuriken to deflect. Latifah deflected one away, the other one was hit as well but continued towards her stabbing her in the side deep. She held her side, blood soaking her hands. It would take a few moments for it to really effect her. But her 9 shuriken were still on the way for him. He created clones of himself and tossed several senbon at her, she spread the shuriken enough to hit each enemy at least 1 per. Latifah gathered the 6 other shuriken again to deflect these senbon. Her aim was off but she hit three of them, 2 puffed into smoke the other one flew off. The last two hit her but puffed into smoke on contact.
The man was speaking but she was pretty badly injured not paying attention. She moved the 9 shirken to attack the one target that was talking now that the others were gone. She dropped to one knee, she was injured, but she wasn't going to give up. The other 6 shuriken circled around her for protection, she remembered the fan and did hand seals in case the man had a plan.
Meanwhile....
The building collapsed in front of Gwenith, the building created a large wave that swept the water. She still had one clone out thier but it was looking in the wrong spot. It wasn't going to find anything...
Gwenith heard a loud splash behind her a little, all of her sharks were sent to the area. The mist cloud was falling to the ground and blocked a portion of her vision. Something fell in the water, and she was sure it was the girl. "You took my eye bitch, and i was so pretty too. Your death will not be a slow one" The sharks splashed in the distance. It was only time now. She decided to send her clone to her friend, in case she needed help...
The clone was getting closer to the others battles. Suteki could hear the screaming of the woman, at least she knew where her enemy was. The other target must have been a fake. Suteki looked at the other girl, she pointed to her walky talky device and touched the receivers channel changer and then put up three fingers. She hoped her new friend understood. The splashing might have blocked out some sound but now was a bad time to take a chance.
She told the girl her plan. "I need you to be a distraction, just long enough for me to jump at the woman and fire my attack at her. I use lightning based attacks so you must get out of the once i say when i am attacking, it will take a moment for me to get the energy i think that will be needed, i will tell you when i am ready. Just remember...be out of the water." She waited for the response from her friend.
Suteki looked at where the voice was coming from. Small bolts appeared around Suteki's body, they started to head for her hand. She was only going to get one shot at this most likely, it would have to count. Her tattoo glowed darker, the body of it seemed to be alive once again. Her skin slowly changing, the flames of the beast consuming her body slowly, rolling over and dieing out to create a black armor on her. Suteki didn't notice, she was focused on her enemy. If she missed, she would most likely not get another chance.
The bolts slowly crawling on her changing body, she was now mostly encased in the armor, she could still hear the woman screaming in all her anger of what Suteki had done. She was slightly afraid, yet... it was exciting also. Her adrenaline was pumping.
Her armor was mostly complete now going down to her feet. Wings started to blaze from her back, going outwards straight. The lightning collected towards her arm with the sword, the energy in the area seemed to grow along with the weapon.
Suteki got a glimpse of her enemy, a small gust of wind opened a crack in the mist just thin enough from her view point....

Since the dragon isn't bound to one form or control, so is the sword. Since the darkness element doesn't exist, it takes the 5 that do and makes them it's own.
Rank D: It appears as a plan double sided blade. It is made solid when held, but if thrown it will dissolve into nothing, and remake its appearance the next day with the wielder. Rian had heard all the commotion from out side the village he was getting tired of all of these danm ninjas coming and blowing things up as they pleased . eager to test his new jutsus he was pumped for a fight it had been a good while since he last fought anyone and it would see that these two ladies where prime targets amongst the other ninjas they weren't really looking in his direction he figured he would do some stretches before fighting cause he didn't want to end up pulling something of course. He strectched his bac k and arms holding them for a few seconds each. Then he did a few leg strectches and felt content. He walked towards the women and got his chakra flowing. One seemed to be trying to preform so large jutsu and she seemed to be a lighting element user as well. This was perfect he would be able to test etol out against another lighting style. eager to begin his fight with this women he took a deep breath and shouted.
"Hey! Danm Women! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A REAL OOPONENT IM HERE NOW STOP MESSING WITH THESE PUPS AND LETS GIVE THEM A SHOW HUH!"
Rian did not wait for a reply or for her to turn around. he dashed at the women and was on her in a second he threw a punch at her back and charged his fist with electricity. He hoped he could land the blow so he could begine his deadly barrage of blows to her. Women or not she was an enemy and she was obviously quite strong so he would take an opportunity when he had one

Description:The user creates positive and negative charges in his fist and collides them, creating lightning, it has a stun effect, Which disrupts the opponents chakra for a few posts (2 for c rank. 4 for A rank) Causing the user to have to use 2 times more chakra to use a jutsu. the effectiveness depends on the user's skill which can produce either a current that stuns the opponent for a long duration of time or a current that lasts only for very short time. This also depends on who the opponent is because if they are powerful enough, dispersing the effect with their own Chakra would be quite easy.
Gwenith had her sharks attack the item Suteki had thrown, one of the sharks dragged one of the kunia back. A wire still attached, her sharks bit threw it, even a piece of the kunia itself seemed to be missing. Gwenith tossed it back into the water. "I will find you, you hear me. I am going to rip your eye out with my bare hands bitch, an eye for an eye."
Suteki was ready, the cloud again got in her range of site, blocking her momentary view of Gwenith. 'At least i know where she is, now to finish the job', Suteki said into her device for the lady to start her distraction. Suteki didn't care what she did, as long as she got out of the water in time. She looked over at the lady, she seemed to be stairing at Suteki oddly, she motioned her hand for her to go. Still no response, she took a step towards her and pushed her. The woman went off. Suteki just waited for a sign that the water ninja saw the girl then would attack.
A small gust came, opening another hole in the mist. It swirled around, revealing a small portion of her enemy again. The water ninja looked towards a direction left. "I see you", Suteki saw 4 of her sharks fly off towards that direction. Suteki's wings flapped and she jumped towards the ninja. Her sword aimed for the ninja's head again. Her weings placed stairght back, Suteki's sword ablaze with bolts of lightning. The water ninja looked towards Suteki.
Gwenith noticed the target she was looking at was a diffrent ninja, something was up, the ninja wasn't attacking, but seemed to be trying to keep attention, she looked around and saw a girl flying towards her again but somethign was odd. Gwenith was surprised by the site, the woman was in a black scaly uniform and had wings of a demon. It took her attention away for a moment, but she reacted fast. "Damn you", she took a step to her right, she dodged the girls sword again. A stray bolt fired off from the sword as Suteki swung the sword. On the tip of the blade the bolt arched, and ripped into Gwenith's eye, it exploded on contact....
Suteki missed with her swing, but with fortune on her side damage was still done. Suteki splashed in the water, one of her wings grazed the water ninja's shoulder and caused her to spin a little as she landed. She had to get away, she had to move, Suteki was partially underwater, it was deeper then she thought. She couldn't escape, their was no way, she was three feet in the water, her shoulders just above...
Gwenith roared at the pain, and something had hit her a second time. She was now blind and confused. "Damn you demon, i will kill you" She moved her hand towards a splashing sound, the shark bit down but it was on the wrong target, instead Gwenith herself was bitten on the calf, she screamed in pain and all the sharks disappeared. "AAAAhhhh i will kill you whore." She did hand seals from memory, "Suiton: Suigadan - Water Fang Projectile"...
Suteki could only really watch, she had a hard time moving and couldn't really do much. She had tried to move away but it was to hard, she turned towards the water ninja, screaming upsenities. Suteki was afraid, she had lost all concentration and her body had reverted back to normal after a few seconds from when she hit the water. She turned just in time to see the shark rip in to the woman's leg. Suteki was confused.
As Suteki watched, the woman continued screaming and started to do hand seals, she was standing on top of the water, in a much better position then herself. Suteki could only watch. Several streams of water fired out into the surounding area, ripping into buildings. The water waved around, suteki had to swim just to keep her head above the water now, but then she heard a splash. More waves but now Suteki was above the water and could see the water ninja's body was in the water. The woman still screaming, but she was confused obvously, and have a more difficult time then herself. Suteki decided in all the comotion to swim away to a building nearby and get out of the water...
Gwenith screamed as her attack ripped into the buildings, but she lost concentration and fell into the water, she felt like she was drowning, unable to see anyting. She was more then tall enough to stand out of the wtaer but with her loss of site, she was unsure of what was happening, it was an unusual feeling. Gwenith splashed about and then stood up, continuing to splash about. She was screwed now.....

Watching as another person entered the scene, Xenpai he sighed as the person went after his fight. I hate'd to do this but I will have to... He thought preforming his handseals. Shushin No Jutsu! In an instant he appeared next to the group of people, but instead of attack along with Rian, Xenpai grabbed his upper arm to avoid the jutsu. His eye weren't able to be seen but for an enemy to save the person who attacked him, Xenpai had to be crazy. "No... I won't allow anyone... To die here, neither my hands nor someone else. Death only leads to more killing and violence. If you want to kill this lady, whoever you are, you will have to kill me to get to her, I don't care if you appose me, I will fight here, but at the same time defend her. I also don't give shit if she attacks me from behind, if that is what she wants, fine." Xenpai said as he picked up his head to look at Rian.
His lips moved but no sound came out, 'Trying to capture, immobilize and get information, after that I don't care what you do, as long as you don't do it in front of me...' He looked at Rian waiting for a nod, though since of the shuriken, Xenpai simply used his other hand to hit the women's head to knock her out. If successful he would explain more to Rian on why he did what he did. His fist could easily match her fist in a taijutsu combat match, but honestly he could still beat her with only taijutsu.
"My name is Xenpai," He said, " It's polite to give your opponent your name when you are going to win." He said at the woman, "Now for you," Xenpai continued, "Please don't make me get Gamabunta out here..." He said sighing as he let go of Rian now and did more handseals, Shushin No Jutsu! He thought as he appeared to where he was avoiding the shuriken that almost hit him.
Moving about, the clones took to the flanks to the girl. Not doing much since they are clones, they both came at the woman on the ground and sent devastating punches, even after what Xenpai did. Blowing up into smoke, a cloud surrounded the woman as Rian would probably expect her to escape or sneak attack with that chance. _________________
Latifah, barely saw the other ninja in time. His attacks were exact, but she managed to move back enough to dodge a few of the blows, thanks to him talking before the attack. Then the other ninja jumped in stopping him. Gwenith got closer, but waited, waiting for the correct time.
Now was Latifah's chance, she replaced herself with the fan like she planned. Fortune was on her side. All their talking and having the other ninja stop his attacks was her moment. Gwenith noticed her changing places after the fan was struck it dissolved back into its fan form. Latifah had the shuriken fly at both of the ninja to seperate them. One moved out of the way and away from the other ninja, her plan worked. Now she justed needed to attack.
Gwenith quickly moved to Latifah's side. She laugehed, "That girl is as good as dead, seems though you are having your own problems." Latifah cringed at the clone, "rediculous." Latifah already was doing the hand seals for her next attack. "Thing we should move back"
She had a ball of destruction fly from her mouth and rip into the roof and explode, she was trying to take the whole building down and create a greater seperation. Both Gwenith and Latifah jumped back away from the building onto another behind them. Their were only 5 buildings left in the area, two next to the one being destroyed, and three behind it, this is where jumping to. While moving the clone did several hand seals, as they landed Gwenith turned herself into a fan and Latifah grabbed onto it. "Fantastic", a smile appeared on her face.

Name: Fuuton: Atsugai - Pressure Damage

Description: To perform this jutsu, the user will release a concentrated wind sphere from their mouth. This projectile travels at a high speed and deals excessive damage. Though it does not follow with Wind element's usual cutting nature, it is powerful enough to bust through rock and keep going. Alternatively, it can be caused to burst at impact, which will create a powerful pressure wave within fifty feet all around it.

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

Suteki made it to a building nearby and was able to hold onto a piece of it to stay afloat. She just watched as Gwenith splashed about screaming. The water slowly began to recede. making it easier to stand. Gwenith must have been getting tired she slowed her movements down quite a bit.
After about a 4 minuets all the water was gone. Gwenith was panting from all the chakra she used to attack and sustain all that water. Her injuries were severe and incurable. She would never see again most likely. Gwenith dropped to her knees and just started crying uncontrollably. "Bitch....I can't see...Why, Why.....I don't deserve this. If I ever.....find....
Gwenith continued this for quite a while. Suteki just kept her distance. She was wiped, from the attack earlier and then from this. 'It was an interesting night to say the least. This last month was a pain in the ass. And I can only remember about a weeks worth of days...'
After about a 15 minuets of listening to the women scream, she eventually stopped and just stayed quite, screaming occasionally for help. An ANBU squad came to the opened area. They started to walk towards Gwenith. Suteki rushed out, 2 of the ANBU vanished and appeared next to Suteki and restrained her. She told them that the woman over their was one of the invaders. One of the ANBU released her and told the others. They rushed upon the woman and she started screaming again. They wanted to take both of the girls to interrogation, and to see the Kage. Suteki complied, after a few steps though she fainted and that was the last thing she remembered from the night....
