Skye could hear Tamotsu's voice, thought on barely due to the rhythmic thumping that filled his head. At the moment, the thumping was quiet, near on silent. You heart?, Skye thought to himself as he looked around the darkness, it was black. He turned again, slower this time. However this time was different, he noticed that the thumping got louder and quieter, depending on where he looked. After a few more turns, he found the loudest spot. Hesitating for a moment, This is insane, he began o walk towards the pounding beat. It got louder, and louder as he approached. It grew until the point where he thought his ear-drums would burst when suddenly, he saw it. A heart, simply floating in the darkness. Usually he would have hesitated, but the pain from the drum was too much to fool around. Skye thrust out his palm, reaching for the heart when there was another flash of light. The heart was gone, along with the darkness. Skye was now standing in a plain room; the walls were covered in doors. "Tamotsu, where am I?"

Tamotsu's kissed continued while the demon chakra continued to heal him. His consciousness appeared inside Skye's mind and then waves a hand around the whole room. "This is room is the room of spurred emotions. In about a few seconds you will have a tough choice to make. The emotion that calls forth is the emotion that calls you back from death now...." Tamotsu snapped his fingers are 14 ninjas appeared and held swords to him. Several chains shot from the floor and held Tamotsu in place and the ninja looked defeated. ".... choose."

Skye was confused, as he saw Tamotsu materialize infront of him. The shinobi looked over him, wondering what was going to happen now. Skye sensed he was near the end of this journey. As the Ninja's appeared, Skye moved to react. His hand darted from the sword upon his back, but he couldn't move. Skye was frozen in place. The chains shot up, trapping Tamotsu as she blades from the 14 Ninja's swirled around the disarmed shinobi. At that moment something happened within Skye. Whether it was due to the fact they were attempting to harm a helpless opponent, or whether it was because he was powerless to help him; he would never know. But regardless, something snapped. A white rage filled Skye's mind, blood lust over took his; he was angry.

Suddenly, one of the doors flew open and the image began to fade. The entire room, the ninja's, even Tamotsu began to fade away from sight until eventually; they were all gone. For a moment, nothing happened. Then Skye's eyes shot open. I'm alive? It wasn't until now that he realized Tamotsu. He was kissing him. For a moment, only a split second, Skye did not break away from the kiss. Truth be told, part of him wished he could have simply sat there, enjoying it. But alas, after a few seconds; Skye pulled away.

Regaining his composure, his eyes darted down to his chest. There was no wound. It could have all simply been an illusion; but no, Skye knew it had been real. He could feel it, the power of the demon raging inside his body. "Thank-you", he said simply as he looked at Tamotsu.

OOC: Demonic Influence obtained.

Tamotsu said nothing as he stood on his knee. His mouth began to bleed and then coughed out the blood. "Sorry." He said as he continued coughing and then his chest was bleeding softly. "When I do this, the wound passes on to me. But my demonic chakra heals it. Any wound inflicted while in Demonic Mode will heal slowly when it's deactivated." He said as he fell on top of Skye weakly. He panted softly. He held Skye trying to regain his own strength. "Damn.... it's too much on my chakra system." He said nearly passing out.

Skye leapt forward slightly, catching Tamotsu as he fell. The system in which the Demonic Chakra worked was interesting, he would have to test it himself some time; but now was not the time. Glancing down at Tamotsu, Skye realized that he hadn't 'almost passed out', the shinobi had simply passed out. With a soft smile, Skye rocked his head gently, checking that he was infact unconscious. Satisfied, Skye lent froward, pressing his lips gently against the other mans forehead for just a moment. Breaking them away, Skye sent about setting up a safe environment for the man to rest.

Time Skip, 8 hours

The next morning arose, well, atleast Skye assumed it was morning. There was no sun in the sky, but the Land of Shadows had it's own way of telling it's patrons what time of day it was. The fruit glowed different colors depending on the time. Almost 8 hours had passed. There was a small fire blazing, near which Tamotsu laid. Skye had placed a blanket over the man, after wrapping bandages over his wound. From then on, Skye had simply sat guard and was starting to grow weary due to it.

Tamotsu stirred in his sleep and then woke up slowly. He looked at Skye and then out the window and sighed. "Normally I heal faster." He said as if to joke but sounded more serious then anything else. He sat up and took off the bandages he saw and then saw that the wound on his chest was gone. He sighed and then joked in his serious voice. "Enjoyed healing me?" He didn't laugh but didn't rush getting up. He sighed and then looked back out the window. "I'm sorry that I dragged you into my world now. I feel responsible for making you be on the same path as me. And for that I must ask you stay by my side." Tamotsu said knowing the dark effects of the Demonic Chakra.

He was startled slightly at the sound of Tamotsu's voice, he hadn't been expecting him awake this early. The young shinobi turned his head to face Tamotsu, a smile creeping into view at the suggestion that enjoyed healing him. "I did actually, now that you mention it. Though I can't really say I'm much of a doctor". He went to continue, but Tamotsu continued to speak. The thought of travelling with him lifted Skye's spirits. Not only because it would elevate some of the chronic loneliness whihc he suffered, but the idea of spending more time with this man also caused his smile to widen. "You have nothing to apologize, Tamotsu. Truth be told, I didn't really have anywhere to go. I may aswell go where you go". Rising to his feet, Skye reached into the air, stretching out his back before stifling a yawn. "So where exactly are we heading?"

Tamotsu saw him yawn and then sighed. He put his hand on his chest and then fed him some of his own chakra to make his body feel more awake and alert. "Kumogakure. A lot of darkness is centered there. Even a great rumor that a man who came from there was the one who destroyed Otoga-" Tamotsu looked a the ninja and noticed he was smiling a lot. He raised a brow and then began poking his chest with a prominent finger. "Oi, what's with the smile? You've been smiling a lot as of late. It's kinda odd but relaxing. But sill odd. Fess up." He said still poking.

Skye glanced as the man put his hand on his chest, feeling the instant rush of chakra moving through his body. It was like sculling 10 cups of coffee, without the consequences. He listened to Tamotsu speak of Kumogakure, and of the man whom had supposedly destroyed Otgakure, or atleast; that's what Skye assumed Tamotsu was about to say. He couldn't be sure. A soft laugh escaped him at Tamotsu's question; "I have been?" He asked, knowing full well that he had been alot happier than usual. "Perhaps I'm just a happy person. Besides, you're an interesting person to be around", he concluded. Taking a step back, breaking his chest from Tamotsu's chest, he nodded; "Thanks", clearly referring to the chakra. He picked up his blade, which had been stuck into the floor; twirling it around him for a moment before sliding it into his shoulder sheath. "So, what's your deal? You said that there is great darkness in Kumo; what do you plan to do with it?" The reasoning to this question was simple. In reality, Skye didn't know much about Tamotsu. He had no idea why he wanted to seek out this darkness; nor did he know whether he planned to banish it or harness it.

"This darkness killed my demon." Tamotsu said as he closed his eyes and then could hear a voice call in his head. ~Yami: Shuitosen~ HE shook the cold feeling off and then looked at Skye for a minute and noticed the same smile was on his face and it began to bother him intensely. He scratched the back of his head and then sighed. "That and I'm seeking out answers for a crime committed against my home. IF both events are interconnected then I at least know the truth. Which is... can you stop smiling and waving about your sword!?" Tamotsu said as it was driving him insane.
