Hmm... a limit of how many times you can use a copied jutsu before you auto forget(and be unable to re-copy it) would allow it to be more acceptable.

That's not an option, but I can put in that after the energy usage it takes twice as long as normal for recharging. Three times, whatever works.

Yea, it just seems too much like sharingan and assimalate SA. You need to do something to make it different or something.

uh Copy fighting styles like strong fist style,

Copy SA's but with half strength,

Copy elements, but with half strength,

Copy experience, such as combat, idk....

Everything seems covered with the others, just threw some crappy ideas out, that might be able to help, if not then want to forget another one, and just have it be approved the way it, and move it back if you come up with more?

Now, I agree with you on all but SA's and elements.

Both shouldn't be allowed, that would just be way too big a boost even at half strength.

Other than that it's a pretty good idea Pik.
