You know what, I'm just going to take out the Elemental thing, don't really need it. Edited the Jutsu Copy, made it cost more energy and gives less power.

BTW, keep in mind, all these powers can only be used with the bloodline activated. That means no jutsu or chakra whatsoever can be used at the same time.

After reading the copy jutsu I saw a slight flaw. it says that its not like learning the jutsu but, it also can store jutsus. I don't quite agree with that. I do however have a idea that you might see fitting. The jutsu can copy the last jutsu that had been used at 65% power and 175% chakra used. It does not store jutsus.

That defeats the purpose of this. Let me explain it like this, for those who don't understand the Ozanaru bloodline.

Once the bloodline is activated, you are unable to:

1. Use chakra.
2. Use any jutsu.
3. Use SA that require chakra.

All you can use is the bloodline limit.

I am willing to lower the amount of jutsu stored; in fact, I probably should. Going to drop it down to 3.

So... this is just a way to use jutsu without training for them at a lower amount of power and higher chakra use....

ANY POWERS LEARNED FROM THIS CAN ONLY BE USED WHEN THE BLOODLINE IS RELEASED. WHEN THE BLOODLINE IS RELEASED THEY CAN'T USE NORMAL JUTSU. HENCE, IT IS AN OR SITUATION.

It is what it says. It copies the effects of jutsu. It's the idea of why they are copy demons; they copy other people's abilities.

BTW, they wouldn't actually know the jutsu, so things like teaching it is impossible.

EDIT: And, for things that don't have visible effects or if they themselves don't see it, they wouldn't be able to copy it.

o.o I think I can possibly answer for him. To my knowledge any bloodline limits side of the type of jutsus he has created, can not be use outside of the bloodline, only inside of the bloodline.

Yes, I understood that though XD, anywho, the way he makes it sound is that the copied jutsu (Not the copy jutsu itself) can be used both in and out of bloodline release.
