Name: Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique

Description: A rather strong fire element ninjutsu which has very serious restrictions. After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will expel a strong stream of fire from their mouth, which moves at a very fast rate. While this fire is considerably stronger than of other techniques of the same level, this technique is not very useful since the fire can only be launched to run along something the user is holding in their mouth, like a wire.
Junichiro stood next to Kyo now, Kyo pondedred what he should do,
"No, no trouble. But I'm heading back to mist village, would you like to join me?"
Kyo remembered that he came out here to practice his abilities in private so that no one would watch him...
*I guess I'll just practice for a bit later....*
Kyo let out a sigh he was excited to learn how to do a jutsu that he once saw his father doing, back when Kyo was 5 his father had been practicing with his bow when he pulled Kyo aside to show him a trick,
"Now Kyojitsu, have you ever seen running fire?"
Kyojitsu looked at his father perplexed,
"What do you mean Dad? How can fire run?"
Kyojitsu's father pulled out an arrow and tied some wire to the end of it, he notched the arrow to his bow string and pulled it back,
"Let me show you..."
Kyojitsu eyes lit up, he loved watching his father do archery as he shown in the light he gave off a translucent glow, almost as if an angel was preparing to bring justice to the unjust. His fathers eyes focused in and he let the arrow fly with a whizzing noise, it flew away till Kyojitsu's eyes simply could follow no more the wire kept pulling and pulling until it eventually stopped. Kyojitsu looked at his father perplexed,
"Dad? That was an amazing shot!... But what did you mean by running fire?"
Kyojitsu's father looked down with a grin on his face, he picked up the wire, and began a quick process of hand signs,
"Observe Kyojitsu!"
Kyojitsu's father put the wire in front of him and inhaled deeply,
"Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu!"
Kyojitsu's father expeled a strong stream of fire from his mouth, it shot down the wire like lightning through metal. It ran down the wire at incredible speed, out of site there was a large explosion in the distance.
Kyojitsu looked in awe at his father,
"Dad that was amazing! How did you do that?!"
Kyojitsu's dad grinned,
"I'm amazing is why!"
He let out a hearty laugh.
"Now Kyojitsu! That was a pretty simple C rank jutsu! I want you to work hard and become a good ninja and show me that move one day alright?"
Kyojitsu nodded at his Dad moving to embrace him his father with open arms lifted him up and spun him around...
Kyojitsu smiled at these memories of his father he would for sure master this jutsu and show it to his father. An idea suddenly hit him!
"Oi. Junichiro, have you ever seen running fire?"
He pulled out an arrow and tied some wire to the end of it, and then notched the arrow and let it shoot off. It hit a tree with a thud. he tried to imitate his fathers hand signs. But it was hard from memory.

Junichiro tilted his head in curiosity at Kyo's question and how vague it was. For what he knew it was impossible to make fire "run" and to see such would be some kind of great feat. "Fire.... Running?" He sat down and looked to Kyo to see the explanation further. Watching the arrow fire off to a nearby tree. Junichiro had some time to kill before the search for Katsuga continued and he would humor the kid that had saved him from killing himself... but what was the point to keep on living?
he narrowed his vision on the wire and got an idea of how Kyo could make fire run, but it looked like he was having trouble with the hand signs making him wonder if this guy was really a jounin. Kyojitsu stood there concentrating as he began to feel the chakra build up in his body in the form of heat it grew in warmth almost giving a feeling of peace, he finished up the hand signs to the best of his abilities, simple enough he began to think about how exactly to call his chakra like this, he felt the chakra hit a stop in the flow,
*Hmmm... This is one of my current limitations. Is this my mind's way of protecting me? Or is it my inability to proceed without my father here to cheer me on?"
Kyojitsu could visualize a wall before him it seemed to have no openings on it he focused and considered his options, he looked to the left briefly and saw Junichiro he then went back to focusing with this boy present he would confront his first issue his fear of mustering power in front of others a fear that had long since plagued him... He didn't know why but he felt as though this boy could understand how he was feeling, when he had looked at Junichiro he felt some of his sadness slip away.

The hand signs complete Junichiro expected to see a line of fire follow the wire but after a short pause it seemed the fire was not coming,
He must not know how to do it, I wonder if I'm making him nervous...
When Kyo looked to him he avoided eye contact by bowing his head he could imagine that to have someone watching him fail could be pretty intimidating, but there was no way for Junichiro to help as he was water element and kyo was obviously fire. Contemplated what to say about to say about the jutsu. Unable to find supportive words Junichiro decided to switch the subject of the conversation.
"So your a jounin? Do you know where the Mizukage is now?"
He wanted to get inaugurated into the village soon so he could have somewhere to sleep and figure out what he was to do next. Kyo looked in Junichiro's direction breaking his concentration he let his chakra flow incorrectly and ended up having a backfire, he shot with pain falling to his knees...
Am I still this weak? Damn... I won't prove to be useful if he can't even preform jutsu's correctly...
Kyo stood up and coughed a bit and looked in Junichiro's direction and sighed,
"Eh, I'm sure he is somewhere in town... follow me."
Kyo tried to play if off like nothing happened but what and embarrassing way to meet someone. Kyo began walking to the village maybe he would sign up for mission or something... He felt perked up at the idea. Yeah! And after doing a few missions he would go fishing then go train for a bit. He looked back to Junichiro,
"So, Junichiro what are your hobbies?"
He tried making conversation to keep himself busy. _________________

Junichiro went to walk with him, he seemed to walk a bit faster than he did and his head confidently staring down the world in front of him again it seemed that Junichiro was dealing with his exact opposite as he walked slower and his head was bowed at the ground wanting to end it all. After a moments silence Kyo seemed to perk up and asked Junichiro what his hobbies were. At first Junichiro saw this as a trick question but then realized he only saw it as a trick question as throughout the chaos that has been his life Junichiro had never really found a hobby or purpose maybe this was a benefactor to his pain. but what was he to see to Kyo? That he had no hobbies? He knew he could play guitar a little bit but he only knew a couple of slow songs but he hadn't played in so long he decided he would have to start up again.
"Hobbies...I guess I play the guitar a little bit...other than that...
Junichiro's voice trailed off, he knew he needed to take a vacation some time, to get away from all the stress, but at the same time he didn't want to waste precious time he could spend searching for his mother. "Ah, I love music. Have you been playing for a long time?"
Kyo Was generally interested now, suddenly it hit him,
"Oh Junichiro, what is your rank? Or are you still an academy student?"
Kyo had been wondering for awhile now what Junichiro was like, he was covered in a shroud of mystery,
I mean how often does someone just walk through the forest and see a boy holding a kunai to his heart?
Kyo slowed his pace so to let Junichiro keep up. _________________

Suddenly the conversation was almost like an investigation on Junichiro's person, though in reality Kyo was just trying to get to know Junichiro as he had almost committed suicide. He wondered what he should say, Kyo, being a jounin would probably arrest Junichiro for being a missing-nin inside of a village. This would allow Kyo to be rewarded and Junichiro put to death, it seemed like a stupid rule to enforce but at the same time it made sense. He remembered back to when he met Tori of whom he had lied to and wasn't able to get away with, how he had nearly lost his life to that Uchiha's hands. Then he remebered the times he had told the truth, to Shui and to the MizuKage and how he had been rewarded and commended for doing so, the question now was what he should tell kyo...then suddenly he realized he couldn't get away with lying even if he wanted to...all shinobi have a headband to represent their village...Junichiro didn't have one which meant he would have to take the role of a normal citizen in the village this also wouldn't work as he wasn't dressed in normal attire leaving him with no option but truth. He ceased walking with his head bowed a faint wind blew across the area from the west.
"I...I don't have a rank..."
He was vague with his statement hoping kyo could put 2 and 2 together
