The only difference is that he has red eyes, red hair and a large fan strapped to his back. The strap is yellow. And his fan is white with three yin yang sings in place of circles. Also he has a crescent moon as a birth mark on his forehead.

Personality: He cries when sad. Hugs when feeling love. Throws a fit when mad. And smiles when happy. But, this is all fake; Gage has no real emotions. He is just a shell that left all of his emotions behind him. Other than that this person is a follower that follows the strong. He is nothing but a peaceful follower that has a very high IQ.

But when he is around people he will fake her emotions and act like a complete idiot. That and he never cusses at anyone or anything. And when he gets hurt he says “Ow.” With a straight face and a couple of twitches. That and he is always tired. He spends most of the day asleep. It is like he can never get enough sleep.

Evil Split: His evil split personality is completely evil. He hates all and loves none. That and she will kill anyone that offends him in anyway. But a long time ago, she gained control of D.Gage and locked him away from complete sight, only to come out to fight or when needed.

Good Split: He loves all and hates none. He will only cry if offended. Other than that he loves animals to death. He will never hurt a fly or any living critter. He loves just to love and only fights to defend himself. Even then he wouldn’t hurt anything all that bad. He is also really sweet and bubbly. And that is L.Gage for you.

Name: Fuuton: Kamaitachi - Cutting Whirlwind

Requirements: A weapon that can create a flow of air, like a fan
Description: This technique creates a powerful wind in a small area. This wind can either be direct or a whirlwind that catches one opponent, but in both cases, this technique has cutting properties, which is its main way of dealing damage. Like most techniques which are only usable with a weapon, it does not require any hand seals.

Description: The Riyukous is the Kekkei Genkai doujutsu of the Itichi clan, it manifests itself in three stages which are awakened through training and battle. It is believed that the power of the Riyukous eye comes in response to a need and so it is impossible for one to simply channel chakra into their eyes in the hope that they might receive the doujutsu, though not improbable that a clansman may receive it without entering battle. The first stage of the Riyukous, when just activated turns the Itichi eyes from their usual blood red into a pure white and has a single tomoe placed around the pupil in each eye with the ‘tail’ always facing outwards from the pupil. The second stage has two tomoe in each eye, located directly opposite from each other. The third and final stage of the Riyukous has three tomoe appear in each eye with one located above the pupil and the other two located to the bottom left and right.

To activate the Riyukous takes a small amount of chakra to the eyes, keeping the doujutsu active is no problem for any member of the clan as their bodies are made for the doujutsu and the chakra drain is minimal for them, if one were to implant a Riyukous eye into one not of the clan however they would find that the chakra drain is unbearable, they would not be able to make any real use of the eye before their chakra pool is completely empty. It is said that only the strongest of the Itichi can unlock the third and final stage of the Riyukous. At any stage the Riyukous eye possess the ability to reverse any genjutsu that the Itichi is caught in back onto the user, however the clansman is limited in this ability in that it will only work on genjutsu that he has the power to dispel.

Stages:

Stage One: The Riyukous eye becomes purely white, and leaves only the pupil, one tomoe appears in each eye, somewhere around the pupil, the tail is always pointing outwards. With this stage the Itichi can dispel B rank and below genjutsu instantly without a cost to their chakra. The user can now see with a greater clarity, they find themselves able to see in shrouded areas such as thick mist or darkness.

Background: Gage was born in the Itichi clan on his dad side, but his mother was a Suna puppet master. He grew up in the village of the sand. He only grew up with one personality, what is now L.Gage. He was one of the smartest and fastest learners of his clan. His clan was on his father side. But the other clan members didn’t like that and bullied him over that exact reason. One day they knocked him out cold.

He then woke up with everyone that knocked him out dead and everyone else K.O.ed. She then was thrown in jail for five years. There he learned of D.Gage, his evil split personality. At the jail he was picked on a lot. One day for fun he talked everyone into killing each other or their self just to stop hearing him speak.

He was then only one there. None was there but him. He was realest at the age of eight, and his body made a third split to keep the others in check. He then formed a neutral split personality and he main one that locked the others away. She then passed the academy with the highest grades.

Even though he had its blood she will soon find away to master his clan and give birth to the Suna Itichi clan and then get stronger with that name. He wants Itichi to be a famous clan. And now at age fifteen he is now a sand village genin. Now what is next for Gage?

Was that before or after Oto was destroyed? If it was before, then, no, there's no problem. But, if an RPC is going to made after it was, then they're classified as a Missing-Nin. That's what I was told.
