Fear engulfed his heart as the ground felt like it was shaking from what ever was going on outside. Turning on his heel, he moved towards the door and than exited facing the cold winds of the night that nipped at his neck and he ran through the forest as quick as he could to where it all happened...

When Tomu returned, the sun had arose and he came back with his feet dragging as he slowly took his place on the couch where they had made love to each other.

Tsubaki watched as the ninja left the house in search of answers. For some reason he felt an incredible amount of guilt. He pain fully got himself up and then somehow managed to get himself all the way to the bedroom. He sighed as he was once more lonely but not out of circumstance. He laid in the massive king sized bed and then closed his eyes. As he slept, he could think about his new lover over and over again.

When the morning came and Tomu returned, Tsubaki heard the door open and he slowly got out of bed and made his way to his lover. He silently laid on him, cuddling close and holding him. He had missed him.

Tomu's body was freezing the night had been hard on his his body and it showed. His legs were covered in dirt, his eyes red from over use, and his chest throbbed with pain. His shallow breathing interfered with what he said as he addressed his lover softly... "I ran as hard as I could and tracked your brother down... I watched as he and a man I did not recognize fought brutally. The ground shook violently as they clashed and light strobe through battlefield as they fought hard. Your brother..."

Tomu coughed his lungs filtering out the dirt that was had made its way into Tomu's mouth..

"Your brother is alive..." He whispered resting his head against Baki's shoulder in comfort.

Tsubaki listened and then smiled softly. He was happy that Tamotsu lived but something else bothered him. Who was he fighting and why. It didn't add up. They simply fought in the mountains and then disappeared. Tsubaki sighed as he nodded and kissed Tomu. "Rest. I know where to go next." He said as he fell asleep on his lover.

~2 Days Later~

Tsubaki had heard news, that Tamotsu was in Iwagakure and fought Yasuo, from a local farmer. He had also heard that he was also heading towards Kumogakure with an unknown ninja. This was the information he was looking for. He had already packed before after Tomu returned and had decided he would make the trip to see his brother.

"I'm ready." He spoke.

There was something in Baki's voice that disturbed Tomu, however, he did not press him on it. Instead, he finished putting on his clothes and headed to the bath room. After a two minutes passed, there was a flush and than noise from the sink filled the tiny room. He washed his hands, brushed his teeth, and exited kissing Baki on the cheek and finished packing up his clothing.

"I think I'm ready for my close up!" He joked with a smile. He packed up his things and placed on his back pack.

"I'll be with you every step of the way." Tomu grinned and opened the door for him. "I suppose we better get moving than."
