Need to put either "N/A" or "None" under "Bloodline", "Special Ability", and "Bloodline Jutsus". Also, because you don't have a Bloodline, you're allowed one of the following for your Style:
1. Specialization in one
2. Specialization in one, Minor in another
3. Major in one, and Minor in one or two
I know you have a Major/Minor, but you're allowed another Minor, if you choose.

Though you don't have to, it's good to put Jutsus down in "Jutsus Want to Learn" to it'll make it a little easier to get a Sensei later on. But, that's just me.

Need an "Element", but only get one. Since you're in Konoha, and wanting to learn Katon Jutsus, put down "Katon" as your "Element". Also, in doing so, you get on free C-Rank Katon Jutsu! ^_^
