Do you mean that I'm more assertive than before...? That is true... but... I always was like this underneath my shy layer. I just found it exposed during my travels... Description: This is a jutsu based off of theories from the Shiatamme clan. This jutsu uses no hand seals, but requires chakra to maintain. This particular fist uses the Water Chakra residing in oneself, combined with Wind to make Ice to make an aura surround the user. While in effect, the user will gain a slight power increase. It also will freeze slightly upon impact with an object, depending on the amount of chakra used in the attack. Depending on the rank of the user, more chakra will be needed due to chakra leekage. At E-rank, the jutsu lasts about 1 posts before chakra will be depleted. D/C- two posts B/A- Three posts, S/SS- four posts.

Velidina nodded to the female puppet, and smiled. This was going to be an intense battle, she knew, so she needed to concentrate on the battle at hand. She knew she couldn't do what she wanted to in this amount of time, so she fired off one of her water balls at the puppet, hoping to catch her off guard long enough to get behind a hiding spot, and then saying to herself, "Concentrate... concentrate..." What she was doing might be considered impossible, but she remembered the teaching that her family gave her beforehand. She smiled and felt a white aura surround her body, the aura appearing to be a paper-thin, pulsing white line around the countours of her body. She smiled, and felt like she could move faster. If not interrupted already, she'd quickly turn and charge at the puppet, apparently gaining some speed from when she had gone behind her hiding spot. She'd attempt a punch, and then, if that was blocked, Dizzy would feel like something was a bit more brittle on what she'd be hit on, whether by blocking or getting hit, but not much. Of course, if Dizzy dodged, if she barely did so, and she had normal senses, she'd feel something akin to a chill on her skin nearest the fist. If her fist was blocked, she'd attempt to spin around with her hand in the puppets, and attempt a kick to the head, with the foot coming straight down. OOC: Technically she's a very special NPC... Or would she be a pet? >.> Lol. And is that the Sasuke manuever? I hope you don't mind, you didn't say anything about how you would continue if she dodged so I just assumed you're following through with the same attacks.
IC:The ball of water wasn't much of a distraction, as Dizzy blocks it with her black wing. As it comes around to block the projectile, it seems to form into a cloaked figure that brings it's arm around her. The hiding spot was probally further than Velidina had thought, but it didn't matter once in this instance. Rather than giving chase, Dizzy just waits for her to come back out. She does tighten her stance though, placing both hands on the handle of her blade. She nimbly moves to the side, though her eyes momentarily look at the fist that goes past her. This distraction is almost costly for the spirit in a shell, for she barely has time to step back to avoid Velidina's suprisingly swift attack. However, the young kuniochi's last attack hits home and causes her to stumble back a few steps. Dizzy looks down at her own stomach and the thin layer of frost that has formed there. A grin slowy creeps across her face. "Hyouton?" she says, beginning to giggle lightly. "Interesting, I am a being of the cold. Perhaps I can show you one of my chilling dances?" she asks, regaining her composure and stance. Feet moving elegantly, she takes a few steps towards Velidina. They are a bit misleading, as the suggest that she's going to strike a different direction than she actually does. "San no Mai, Shirafune," she says in a whispered voice, than stabs at Velidina with the tip of her weapon glowing. The jab came quite fast, quicker than the pace that she had approached her with. If the blade touched Velidina at all, it would freeze the spot it connected with. Also, Dizzy would withdraw the blade to make sure she didn't injure her. Either way, she would turn the blade to the reverse side and immediately swings down. As she does so, she attempts to trip Velinda with her tail. _________________ Bethany (Team Silver Unique NPC)

OoC: 2/7 I mean fight with something other than "cannon fodder" And yes, it was modeled off of Sasuke's attack on Kakashi. However, his was meant to get bells; this was meant to hit the opponent.

Velidina kept attacking the female, her speed increased due to the style of fist she was using. She missed the first one, then felt her second attack just barely whiz by the puppet. She knew she was getting close, and attacked one more time, this time meeting the mark. She didn't make any new motions, but listens to the puppet. She seemed suprised that she was able to use Hyouton, but then again, it wasn't real Hyouton... it was a combo of wind and water that didn't really mix together, but still created the ice effect. She tried to back up, but she wasn't fast enough, and the sword nicked her stomach, creating ice on the surface of her stomach. She took a sharp intake of breath, and quickly drew her weapon. She blocked the blade with her chain, but tripped from the tail, but then caught the blade again. She pushed the blade back up if possible, and rolled backwards, letting the blade fall onto the ground. She turned the roll into a rolling stand-up, and landed on her feet, her chain in her right hand, laying down. She started to spin the chain, keeping her face on the puppet. As so as Dizzy's blade is caught by Velidina's chain, she relaxes a bit. The blade is easily pushed up by the young kuniochi and doesn't fall to the ground when she rolls out the way. She didn't bother fighting to get out the chain, she had a basic sense of how they worked. For the time being she wanted to see what her opponent was up too before continuing her own assault. Apparently she chooses to go for a defensive position. Not wanting to rush in, she grips her sword with both hands and contemplates a moment. Hoping she won't get taken advantage off, she closes her eyes for a few seconds and 'inhales'. A faint wind stirs around her, Velidina can feel the chilling currents of it flowing from all around. This cold air flows into her weapon, and she stabs it into the ground to make four deep incisions. From this incision, a cold wind with powder snow blow forth. "Tsugi no Mai, Hakuren!" Pointing her sword forward, a large bank of snow shoots towards Velidina. Wasting no time, she runs behind the snow. As it reachs it's target, Dizzy sneaky uses the snow to hide her jumping. Flapping her wings a couple of times, she adjusts her position in the air. As soon as she sees Velidina, she comes down quickly and tries to slam the broadside of Sode No Shirayuki (herself?) into her head. _________________ Bethany (Team Silver Unique NPC)

Velidina didn't know what to expect, but the snow wasn't something on the list. She spun the chain in front of her in order to block it from hitting her by pushing it off to the sides and over her, also making her hard to see, but noticable as to where she was. She felt the blade smash into the top of her head as soon as the snow was batted away, and she reeled back and forth, with the anime-like dizzy eyes on her head. Even as she teetered dangerously, her chakra flared up, and the seal on the back of her hand started to glow. It glowed a blood red at first, but after a few seconds, the red got darker and darker until it was completely black. The seal seemed to give off light for a few centemeters straight up. Immediately, she shook her head and backed up. Almost immediately after that, the white aura surrounded the female again. She frowned, looking at the mark, as if she didn't know what was going on, but she shrugged and looked back up. Her face appeared as if she had a new plan... But did she really?

The Seal at this rank is in a very unstable state, and therefore, using it has very hard reprecussions if something goes wrong, and usually gives very little boosts. Most users that have this rank don't use it, since the risks are greater than the rewards. The activation itself has a 25% chance of working. If it is successful, the user will gain a 0.1% boost in their chakra pool and 3% boost in chakra control. These boosts last for 2 posts. However, if this activation goes wrong, then the user will be almost completely drained of chakra (90% of the chakra needed to stay functioning), and lose 25% of their chakra control for 5 posts after the activation.

IC: She lands a few feet away, looking to see the result of her assault. As Velidina teeters back and forth, Dizzy gets a bit nervous and possibly embarrased. "Looks like I overdid it. I don't know my own strength..." she says, returning her weapon to plain looking form and holding it in a neutral position. She was about to help Velidina sit down somewhere, but that's when her chakra flares up. Dizzy just watches her for a moment, unsure of what's going on. "You ok? Are you sure you can still fight?" shes asks as the young kuniochi looks down at the mark on her hand. Seeing the look on her face, she recieved her answer of sorts. Dizzy sighs, "I'm really sorry," a slight grin crosses her face, "But if you're willing to carry on, I'll accomadate you!" Rubbing her hand on the blade of the weapon, she pushs snow off which seemingly came from nowhere. as she does, the sword returns to it's pure white color and the ribbon extends from the back. Unsure what Velidina's new plan is, she decide it's best to stay defensive for now. Besides, her weapon may have given her an advantage, she didn't want to hurt her new friend. Velidna looked to Dizzy. "I-i don't know... what's going on..." However, she backs up a ways from Dizzy, and smiled. "I may not know what this is... but I know what it's from. And what it's from... is this mark." she says, holding up her right hand to show the glowing mark. She ducked down, and moved towards the female in front of her, bringing her hands together. "Bunshin no jutsu!" she said quietly,and two more of her appeared to either side. She stops quickly, and shoots out a Water ball at the puppet, to make her block and lose focus on which was her, hopefully. If that was done right, she'd shuffle with her bunshins, and start running again. The one on the left would try to attack around the back, the one in the middle would try to jump and attack, bringing the chain down on the puppet's head, and the one on the right would try to get close enough to get a punch in on her stomach like last time. Even though the aura was the same... it seemed more solidified this time... as if it were stronger, somehow...

Bunshin No Jutsu

Requirements: Shiatamme Clan
Description: This jutsu requires only one handseal, the one to the element the user wants. For the best results, the user will generally choose one of their elements. What this is is a very small chakra ball filled with elemental power, and can be fired off in rapid succesion, or be charged up for a semi-strong bigger ball. This is not a Rasengan technique, but more of a release of chakra. The chakra in the ball is wild, so it has a chance of dissipating and wasting the chakra used. It also bleeds chakra when it is held for a charge. To use this in rapid succesion, one would need a good chakra pool, in order to keep using the chakra balls. At B-rank, the ball is a little more stable, but it still has some chakra bleed.
