Howso? Like I already said, you can already block physical attacks, this just enforces the block. You have to move between hits or your guard is blocked, and you can't do much else during it.

It doesn't say guards attacks, it specifies reduced damage, which is similar to being stabbed but feeling a quarter of the effects at the highest level.

Plus, it nullifies a ton of taijutsu.

If you get stabbed, it doesn't make you not get stabbed >.> There's no such thing as being a quarter stabbed.
Basically it's arm block strengthened with chakra. It it doesn't nullify anything, it reduces it. >>

Reduce means nullifying in most contexts.

And I didn't say that, but you only get a quarter of the damage. Hence, you nullified 70% percent of the damage.

You'd still have hole in you that would bleed and be open to infection. And Nullify means to stop completely.
