"Special" means it has no type, at least for learning it. It's more commonly use for Bloodline Jutsu and Summons. I'll have to look over your clan to tell you whether or not the chakra is considered 'special'. From what I've seen, it's not. And I've cut Royal Guard down significantly since Syra had said something, it use to be 25, 50, 70.

Still, 20-30-50 is a bit much to me, but it might be fine for the ranks you need to be and training you need to do.

So how many posts are needed to learn the "Special" type jutsu?

Not really, considering the original style was immunity to that particular hit. Training is same as normal. Won't matter if Syra has me change it anyways.

Gah, sorry, I was asking something that didn't need to be asked. For a second, I thought that things were learned based on which style it was. My mistake. >.<

But then something else hit me: Are there restrictions to learning them based on what style you are? AKA, Nin-specialists can learn higher ninjutsu than a nin secondary.

It only applies to jutsu created for specific weapons. Also keep in mind, Royal Guard protects only from physical attack, which you can block regularly anyways. So that large percentage probally isn't as big as it seems.

Ok This might be me being stupid here.... but what exactly is Silver Chraka, where does it come from, and why exactly can only Team Silver use it (Besides the obvious 'its for my Org' thing.)

So Far all you have is that its some kind of weird chraka, but you have no information on what exactly it can do and why its so special.

Only people from the organization can use it because it was developed by Dharma which is the leader. And last time I checked, specialty chakra wasn't so easy to copy, no? What it does is improve physical attribute mildly and the effectiveness of special weapons. I could have sworn it says that right there in the description. And as far as what it is, a refined type of chakra.

Also after thinking about it, I'm resetting Royal Guard to it's original percentages. Cause Syra didn't say anything about it, and it's only against physical attack which can be blocked relatively easily anyways. Took away the ability to keep tension from topic to topic.
