Dante smiled as Daisuke seemed to lean in against him. A cherished second went by that was suddenly ended when a voice broke the still silence. "Pitiful. The world crumbles and you sneak way for a treat. Pathetic." Dante heard a crack of a whip and a thin strand flashed by his face and hit Daisuke. Daisuke cursed out loud as he fell to the floor, a red mark along his face. Dante's lips curled into a snarl and his hands flashed to his swords, drawing out Spirit and Soul In one quick movement. He turned to find a woman looking down them, an evil smile on her face.

"Tell your Kage.... that this was the work of Kumogakure." she said before disappearing right before Dante's eyes. His hands tightened around the hilt of his swords as anger built up in him.

"Kumo.... gakure?" Dante turned and found Daisuke looking at him. Dante's eyes quickly changed from harsh and angry to concerned. He sheathed his swords and knelt down next to Daisuke. " Are you ok?" Dante looked back up at the trees where the woman had vanished. ' Who the hell was that?"

Daisuke spit on his hand and then ran the siliva over it and screamed in pain as the wound healed slowly. One could hear the burning cracking sound as the wound healed and Daisuke screaming in pain. He panted heavily and then looked at Dante. "Sorry. That's why I don't heal that way. It's painful." He said as he stood up and then looked at Dante. The moment was ruined. Somewhat. But Daisuke craved his current prey and then smiled. "Semantics aside, we'll deal with that later, right?" Daisuke's voice said back in his charming manner as he pressed his body once more on Dante's. "I can give you a new world. Say yes." He said as if Dante would immediately agree.

Dante watched Daisuke spit on his hand and run it along the wound on his face, there was a terrible burning and Daisuke began to scream in pain. Dante reached out to try and help him but he seemed already finished. "Sorry. That's why I don't heal that way. It's painful." Dante was sure, from the way he screamed, that Daisuke was telling the truth. that the main effect, other than healing wounds, such thing simply caused pain. he stood up as Daisuke did. Daisuke pressed his body against him, and Dante accepted it openly. "I can give you a new world. Say yes." Dante looked at Daisuke, not sure what to say. His body screamed for him to agree, but he wasn't sure. What did he mean by a "New Word"? How much of his old world was he going to have to leave behind? He looked at Konoha, seeing new plumes of smoke and flames now drifting from behind the walls. He bit his lip, unsure of what to do. the screaming citizens, the burning children and the man he had sent to death, all their faces showed up to Dante in quick flashes. The Kage, Vel, Konoru, his uncle, they all flashed by too, He didn't know how many of them were ok. Or if they were even still alive. then he felt the same pleasure as when Daisuke was biting him, sending waves of heat through his body, the feeling of his body against his skin. Everything seemed to overwhelming him at once, and Dante couldn't think straight. He looked at Daisuke, confusion, pleasure, love, sadness, grief and anger all showing on his face. " I don't know.."

"If you're afraid that I'm going to take you away from Konoha, relax. That's not my intention. I plan on staying here and helping...." He said casually. "... eventually. Konoha needs all the power she has right now. But without someone to sustain my life, I'm of no use. That's where you come in." Daisuke said as his hands began exploring Dante's body. "I need you to be that supply of life for me. And I will protect you in kind." His voice returned to that siren's song pitch as if to bring him to him. "I will give you anything you want and everything you desire." Soon after, Daisuke showed what he meant as he began to give Dante his words truth with actions.

Dante relaxed when Daisuke said that he had no intention of leaving the village. "... eventually. Konoha needs all the power she has right now. But without someone to sustain my life, I'm of no use. That's where you come in." Daisuke's hands began to move along Dante's body and Dante didn't stop him. He closed his eyes, pressing against Daisuke's body and kissing him softly. "I will give you anything you want and everything you desire." Dante smiled, giving into Daisuke's words and action. And returning them in kind. " Whatever you need, I am here. you don't have to ask." He let the mood of the moment take over as He fell back into a world blissful serenity and pleasure accepting it with open arms.

The severity of the situation didn't warrant them to be truly at peace but the moments that passed ended with Daisuke holding Dante in his arms, kissing him. "I'm a vampire. I've been like this for a few years now. It sickens me sometimes. It always makes me wonder if I'll never be anything more then a monster." He said as he looked at Dante's eyes and caressed his face softly. "The more time goes on, I will alway look like this. As if I'm denied a full life as the years continue. That's why I refused to let anyone in. The fear of watching them die as time goes on and I live for centuries." He said as a real tear formed in his eyes. There was death and destruction about but for now he could only see Dante as they laid on the grass under the stars.

"Forgive me." He said sweetly.

Dante ended up lying on the grass held in Daisuke's arms, kissing him softly as he tried to keep the moment from ending, hoping it to continue forever. " I had guessed as much, why else the biting? Dante said in response to Daisuke revealing himself as a vampire. But Dante did not care, he knew what it was like to be hated for what you were, so he hated not for his existence either, in reality it was the reverse. Dante thanked every god and divine being for Daisuke being who he was, for he would not have him any other way. " Even if time starts to make us grow a part as you fear, I will only then hold you tighter." As if to emphasize his words Dante pressed himself against Daisuke's chest. He looked at him and wiped the tear he shed from his face. ' Forgiveness is for those who did something wrong. You have never done anything of the sort."

It happens when a vampire bites his prey. One of the unmentioned side-effects. That's what I'm sorry for." He said softly as he looked at Dante and then sighed. The world was slowly ripping apart but near it's end he had found someone, even if not love now, he could attempt to rely on. This Uchiha boy. He leaned in and kissed him passionately as he held him. "Soon, you will need me... as much as I need you." He said softly.

Dante didn't really care about the poison that Daisuke had mentioned. To him it was just another reason why he was going to be with Daisuke. some silly poison causing him a carving was second to his feeling towards the person, not just the pleasure and peace he brought to him. ' If what you say is true Daisuke, then I wait for that time to come eagerly. For it will simply add to my growing affection for you. because you make me feel calm and peaceful in this cursed and ugly world. Dante kissed him back forcefully and passionately, intertwining his fingers into his hair. ' I already need you."

"How ironic that you say cursed. Because that is what this blood of mine leaves me. A cursed demon for all time." He said as Dante began explaining his uncaring ways for the poison in him. He smiled when he was kissed in such a way that he felt that he was needed. He returned the kiss twofold and then felt his fingers in his hair. He smiled and then looked Dante eye to eye. "And I need you too." He spoke softly as he held Dante to him. "It's sudden.... but.... come live with me. In the northern plains where my farm is. It's not far from Konoha so you can come back anytime."
