Watching the newest Hokage's speech, Lissica couldn't help but yawn as the latest in what appeared to be a succession of the fools took power in a way that was neither subtle or effective. It was time that the civilians realised a couple of truth's, especially considering exactly what type of world was this, and how nothing was really concrete, except for the fire... once could always rely on the fire. Looking towards the nearest group of rioters, she got a gleeful smile on her face, as it appeared that a couple of people had seemingly volunteered to be examples for all of the others. Flicking her hands through hand signs, she created a couple of normal clones in order to act like a distract for her, after they were more likely to pay attention to a group of ninja then a single one walking alone.

“Attention common stooges and civilian rioters. Your Hokage has given you an order, and it is time for you to step into line and obey it like the good little sheeple that you truly are. Any attempt to disobey said order, will cause you to be fired upon with deadly force.” Placing extra stress on the word fired, she started to make the hand signs for her favorite jutsu, with a grin that could be considered somewhat cute, but mostly disturbing on her face. “This is your last chance.” Breathing in a large amount of air, she prepared to blast them away, with the clones around her mimicking her every move and making it look like there was a squad of ninja preparing to attack, instead of just the one.

Kyo Stood looking at his house.... well what was left of it anyway. He walked over to the rubble that was once his front door and kicked a few pieces of coal. Saddened he picked up a metal number that designated his house's uniqueness. He started at it for awhile and sighed all he had in his life was in this house and it was gone in a matter of minutes. All his memories of his father had been in this house and now he was left without it. HE put the number in his pack and sighed. At least he didnt lost his fathers blades to the flames he thought as he adjusted them on his back. All his paintings where gone ones he had spent hours making. Kyo didnt know where he would turn to now that he had no home. and the village had been thrown into chaos.
He hopped on a few beams to get a look of th rioting crowds and saw the Hokage hadn't abandoned them.

Kyo quickly ran over to where what seemed like a large group of ninjas amassed was actually clones of another. Kyo decided he would stand with his Hokage and attempt to make the village bounce back to its former glory. He took a stance getting ready just in case the crowd decided to attack. He didnt draw his blades because alot of the people where his neighbors and friends and he wouldn't hurt them like that. Instead he would use as much nonlethal force as he could to quell the surging sea of people. He watched intently for any sign of violence towards them so it could be stopped quickly and cleanly

Seeing that the rioters had failed to heed her warning, Lissica expelled the contents of her mouth, covering a good chunk of them in a bright green fireball that stuck to their skin and clothes, turning a good chunk of the riot into a sea of burning torches. Cackling to herself, she watched as the riot effectively dispersed, with screams and yells breaking out, causing the people to scatter and look for any source of water “That's right you fools, next time heed the words of the Hokage and the ninja that carry out his will, now why don't you run away back to where you came from.” It really was quite a feeling when the will of her Kage and her own personal pleasures aligned, and the common scum really should have known better, especially since there was now no council scum for them to hide behind.

Walking towards the Hokage's location, Lissica squealed with delight as she felt the heat of the flames around her, smiling as she watched their delicate patterns flicker and splutter over the bodies of those who weren't able to escape on time. Running her hands briefly through a particularity attractive torch, one that used to be the owner of a fruit stand, she pulled it back before coming to a stop before the hokage's location. Bowing down, she did her best to restrain the sheer glee which was threatening to escape from her voice at the carnage around her. “It appears the treasonous riot has been dispersed my lord Hokage. Any other orders?”

Kyo was horrified that the other ninja ha set the normal population on fire. outraged he approached the ninja.

"How could you burn normal people they where caught up in the moment im sure you cause have just scared them and not burned them. Do you really think that killed or injuring people will make them calm no lethal force is defiantly the best choice most of the people probably where only up set that so much has happened. there was no reason to attack them we could have used a less aggressive tactic such as my wind attacks to keep them at bay. Being a higher class ninja im disappointed you take delight in hurting the helpless." Kyo said to the ninjas back waiting for a response

A nervous twitch could be seen in Caleb's eye as the people where set on fire. Wind spiraled around his right hand and he was about to approach her, but there was no need. She herself walks over to him, where Kyo scolds her. "Those with water attacks, put them out. As far as orders, I order you to leave the village and never come back. I never order for the villagers to be killed." If Lissica's headband was visible, Caleb uses Jin Katachi to mark through the Leaf symbol. "If I see you in the village again, I'll kill you personally and buried you in an unmarked grave." He turns to his mother, which is also one of the ANBU captians, "If anyone else decides to kill the villages rather than suppress them. Kill them. All ANBU are to continue escorting rebels out of the village and helping the injured. I'm leaving now, I have things that need to be tended to."

Kyo listened on as the Hokage banished the ninja. He felt it was a very wise descision on the Hokages part. He looked back at the villagers that where now being put out a few had died and Kyo looked on sadly if only he was able to stop it from happening. He sighed and turned his back on the insane ninja and watched the Hokage leave. He figured there must be some extremely pressing matter in which cause the Hokage to leave. He looked around for a bit noticing that the rioters had died down mostly but knw they must have felt hate for their supposed "protectors" Right at that moment so he felt he should at least help where he could to show them that there where still ninja who wished to keep them as safe as possible. He walked over to a woman whose arm had been burned and was crying on the ground.

"Hello ma'am may i help you we need to get you to an medical nin as soon as possible im sure they will be able to heal your arm if we hurry please dont be scared we are here to help even if some of the others may have gotten swept up in the moment please dont be afraid." He said calmly and soothingly holding out his hand to the woman's unburned arm.
She looked up at Kyo and started into his eyes. She could tell he was sincere and truely wanted to help her.

"Yes thank you young man if you would please take me to them i would be very grateful." She said as she took his hand and he led her off to the medical squad.

Nikko's jaw dropped as he watched the one named Lissica set the people afire. He was on top of a nearby rooftop exhausted and weary. He witnessed Lissica be banished and the Hokage, Caleb, disappear, "Hokage must be some kind of punk. To witness a shinobi kill your own people, and leave with just a threat. I would've killed that girl on the spot for taking even one of my own," Nikko thought. "YOU COWARD!!" he shouted at the banished girl. The screams of the burning women, men, and children sent a chill down his spine and brought him back to reality.

He looked down on at them, the flames dancing a brilliant greed. You could tell Nikko was deeply saddened by his facial expression, a feeling of complete and total helplessness. He didn't even know his own affinity let alone any techniques. He did the only thing he was capable. He closed his eyes, preparing to put everything he had in this last technique, "I'm sorry. All I can do is relieve the pain," with a set of handseals he whispered, "Nehan Shouja no jutsu."

Feathers appeared in a 2 kilometer diameter throughout the village, shoveling the rest of his chakra and using it to exceed the range. He watched as the people before him drifted to sleep, and he heard the village turn to silence. He felt consciousness leave him. A single tear appeared in his left eye once again. With the little life he had in him, he looked up, and seen a dragon's face looking down in the form of a cloud, "You did well my prophet," echoed in his mind before his body gave way. Gravity took him down the slanted rooftop, and his eyes were shut before he landed on the cement floor. He rested with the people of the village. Peace at last. The single tear ran down his cheek. He layed there, completely knocked out and completely vulnerable. He knew what he did for the village that night was right.
