6' is actually 1.8288 metres. Please don't make a comment about doing the math unless your figures are correct.

And that doesn't detract from my point that the ninja wouldn't be able to finish the damn handsigns before use.

One foot is equal to 30.48cm.... I just multiplied that by 6 in order to find 6 feet. What I'm wondering is where the hell did you get your measurement from... as 6 feet is usually used as roughly 2 meters not 1.5

Edit: Oops, never noticed that I placed the decimal place in the wrong spot.. or was it that I forgot to add the C to make it CM

I was only guesstimating. Either way, at 1.8 meters, times six, that's quite a ways away if you really think about it. A skilled Shinobi can get quite a few handsigns off during that time.
