Exactly why I said automatically; if he has an administrator's permission, then there's no problem with it. Though he does need to fix the jutsu; I highly doubt the average of his jutsu were S rank kinjutsu, so he will have to at least take out the S kin.

Oh, that. We thought that one Jutsu wasn't Kinjutsu, but later found out it was, heh. Yeah, Rin, have to take out S-Rank Kinjutsu.

I only have one kinjutsu whereas my characters combined kinjutsu is 3-4, and both Ari, myself, and Katsuga discussed that it was fair that if I had three kinjutsu amongst both characters I should get one for my new character and I have 3-4 between my two characters, but whatever. I'd also appreciate it that you follow the directions at the beginning of my post, please, or do you not know how to read?
