Tai looked at the line of boats that stood in front of him. He had talked the local fishermen and cargo people into using them. He had walked into the Kiri and came out leading the people. Mostly they were curious to why an ex-kage was trying to talk to them but, soem had already felt the feeling of sorow that had begun to flood the Kiri. Tai stood upon a small shack and yelled as loud as he could so that the entire village could hear him. "People of Kiri! The time has come when war is certain. The time to flee to safety is now! Please, there may not be much time. Get on the boats. Don't lose sight of your families! There is food and water waiting on the boat. I plan to take you away from here before the battle starts. Please do not panic. Hopefully a battle will not take place. This is merely a preaution." Tai looked around. He saw alot of confused faces but, in the end, they trusted their ex-kage and began to load the boats.

Tai looked out torwards the Kiri. "Ryo... Mashi... Ste..... its time to go...." He figured that they would see the mass exodus and come to investigate."

The coast was some where that Sté didn't want to go but it was all for the greater good. As he made his way to his destination, he could here Tai screaming at the top of his lungs. At first he was confused but then he understood that Tai was only trying to gather as much people as he could and lead them to salvation. As Sté made his way to the coast line, he saw the line of boats and the people boarding them. "Wait a minute, boats?" Sté had his information mixed up, he thought that it would only be a couple of Kiri shinobi embarking on a quest with Tai, why are people fleeing? This disturbed Sté some what, the situation was bigger then he had though, the only reason why people would need to flee is because war was on the horizon. War hadn't begun but, these people were leaving their homes as if they were already refugees. Sté put on a straight face, he didn't want anyone to think that he was under any distress, being at the coast line was hard enough for him. He heard Tai call out his name along with Ryo's and Mashi's. Sté nodded his head. "Right." He got on board and waited patiently while searching through his inventory pouch and making sure that he had everything, primarily, his medical supplies.

Tai watched Ste bord the boat. He amiled. "One down..... a bunch more to go. He watched as families loaded themselves and there valubles onto the ships. Quite a few of the ships weren't even loading people onto them. They were filled to the brim with either cargo that had been destined to another country or cargo that had came into the Kiri. Food stores ran more than abundant. The fleet of ships were more that prepared for what lied ahead. Tai knew what kinda of time the pilgrims of Kiri would have. He had made sure to take enough boats that they weren't cramped. He knew it wasn't the most pleasent moments but, he wanted to make the people of the Kirigakure as comfortable as he could. Tai also knew that loading was almost complete. He wasn't sure if he had enough time. He then looked through the crowd. He spotted a few people he talked to during the seizing of the ships. They were the some of the few ANBU that was left of the recent slaughter. Tai counted around ten. He knew that if the boats came under attack, they would be in good hands. These men were loyal to him and Tai knew it. The few hunter nins that he had hired also was among the crowd, guiding people. He definately knew they were loayl. He had what they wanted. Tai looked at the boats. He then looked back at the Kiri. "Come on Mashi....."

Having situated as many people as he could, Loki returned to Tai and stood by, holding a new chain and collar around his neck. He looked at Tai and then at the people coming towards them. He sighed to see so many people desperate to flee something that could have easily been avoided. He held Tai's hand, chain between them and then spoke. "What if this is the wrong decision? What is Tamotsu was right?" Loki thought back to Tamotsu's voice and how genuine it sounded, the gleam in his eyes as if he believed he could make a difference. "Maybe he does want a better future for Kiri but if we abandon her now, what future does it hold?" He said. "Or maybe Katsuo is trying hard enough to make Kiri better and the results are just taking time. Maybe a rebellion could help?"

As Loki spoke, a man dressed in Navy Blue with two Katanas appeared and looked at them. "War? With Inuzuka Tamotsu? The man who cheated death 3 times? He gave his life to defend Iwagakure when they were invaded. A country that isn't his home but made it as such." As the man looked Tai in the eyes he looked down to Loki and nodded. "Been a while, Loki."

"Mitsuki Reiko. Smither of swords, Limit Break user." Loki said as Reiko nodded.

"I was returning home after Tamotsu returned to Konoha to try to restore balance there. But it seems unrest is everywhere. I'm not strong but information and know-how I have." Reiko mentioned.

Tai smiled at Loki as he listened to the questions. "Perhaps they are both right.... or both wrong. Either way...... you don't step into a conflict like this without making sure you can protect the people who are in the way. Katsou and Tamotsu both have thier ideals and I have mine. Which is why I am loading up the entire Kiri into a fleet of trucks while they prepare to duke it out. Do you undertand Loki...." As Tai said this another man came upon the scene. Tai listened to him and smiled. "Wel... sorry if I seem a bit rude but, you need to either get on the boat or tell me your 'know how' and get out of here. I can't assure your safety and with whats going on, I have to load up everyone as soon as possible." Tai looked back at Loki. "Loki, go get on the boat and wait for me there. I will be sure to be there soon."

"Tai, I'm not leaving your side." Loki said as he held Tai's waist.

Reiko went to speak and then his heart skipped a beat. In his eyes he could see someone who looked like a picture of his real mother. Blond hair, eyes as brown as bark, tall and stout. As the man approached, Reiko turned around and looked at the ANBU captain before him. He was a sight so different that Reiko felt out of place.

"Tai." Seiko said as he looked at the former Kage. "Escaping the pain of the past?" He said as the wind blew softly. "Or just thinking about your power as well?"

Reiko looked at the both of them and sighed. "I know who destroyed Otogakure."

As Loki and Seiko both looked at him.

Tai looked at them. It was become too crowded for his liking and the topic was turning.... not in a place that Tai wanted it to be. "Loki.... Please, get on the boat..... I need you there. Please just do as I ask before I get.... upset." Tai then looked at Seiko and Reiko. "The only thing i'm thinking about is how much longer its going to take for these boats to be loaded. I'd rather be gone and out to sea before the first punch is even thrown......well.... what are you doing here Seiko?" Tai completely ignored the otogakure comment. He would care about that later. "Reiko.... you getting on the boat are you leaving?"

Loki felt his chest tighten when he heard Tai speak to him. He let go of his master and then looked away. "As you wish, Master." He said almost defeated and walked a bit forward. As he did, he lifelessly looked at Reiko and spoke. "The master asked if you were coming." He said as he walked onto the boat, almost derived of his earlier energy.

Reiko looked at Tai who denied him attention and sucked his teeth but then he was stopped by Seiko who put his blade before him.

"Go with him, Reiko. If time permits, we'll meet again and we shall be family once more." He said as Reiko looked at him as if he couldn't believe what he heard. "I know about you. Everything. So listen to me and join him." Seiko lifted his blade and put it on his back.

With nothing more to say, Reiko joined the others on the boat.

"Sad to say, Tai. I looked up to your potential." Seiko said as he took a whiff of the former Kage and then nodded. "You've used Limit Break, haven't you?" He said softly.

Tai looked at Loki with a sad look in his eyes. He didn't want to send him away at a time like this but, he knew that he would rather have Loki on the boat rather than out here, a potential target. He wasn't sure if the civilians would be targeted but, Tai knew that he didn't want to take any chances. Tai looked at Seiko for a second. "Sometimes.... you do what you have to do..... and this... this is what I have to do. I'll have to apologise to Reiko once I get aboard." Tai then nodded his head to Seiko. "Yeah... I learned Limit Break....." Tai thought about Loki. I told Loki not to call me master..... thats the third time today.... I'll have to punish him..... Tai smiled at the punishment cause he knew that Loki would never see it coming....

"Limit Break is my Family's legacy. If you're gonna use it, let me at least teach you it's functions. As you know, Limit Break pushes a weapon to it's boundaries and makes it almost impossible to hold without knowing your weapon. Further more, it makes the blade sharper and has a unique chakra signature. The Chakra on the weapon doesn't dispel until you use what is called a Limit Attack. These are jutsus that use that chakra in a new form, without requiring more chakra to be added." Seiko said as he looked at Tai. "Currently, there are known Sword, Hand to Hand and Spear/Lance Limits. But my father always told me that there are more undiscovered limits and limit extensions. If I ever find out, I'll let you know."
