Well that works for me, i can always type up a bloodline, or start one myself.
This is an RP, so plenty of time to allow things to evolve.

True, but if you're going to have a bloodline for this character specifically you should put dormant and change your fighting styles accordingly.

Actually...i think i can have plenty of fun with the puppets thing. I get to make my own puppets which can be pretty interesting. Plus the special abilities option can open a few closed doors i might want. Think i am happy for now, would be wrong to have 3-4 characters all with bloodlines.

I updated the history that i provided in the change post, but added a little more.
Added the jutsu increases stated on the change post.
Added new jutsu stated on change post
Changed want to learn stated on change post
Removed info of ranks on bloodline move I don't know as stated on change post.
Bolded all jutsu information (name, rank, etc)
Enlarged a few words
Centered a few of the words
organized jutsu by rank
Added lightning and basic jutsu categories
Just added 2 lbs to weight
Added to personality a little, due to new changes
just added shortcut to bloodline
Added newly acquired Special Ability
