Suteki wears a Qipao when in non combative situations. The dress is a orange dress with azure edges and black decorations on it like scars. It goes down to below her knee level and breaks on the sides allowing for free movement. While on missions she wears a Asian style top with short sleeves. The colors on it are a light jade with light blue outlines. She wears black silk pants with a few pockets in it. Her shoes are rather plan sandles.

Recently, a large tattoo of a dragon or serpent has appeared wrapping around her right arm, the head being on the top of her hand.

Personality: A shy girl, Suteki loves to be around squad members anytime she is in a village. When out on missions, she is very professional, calm and calculating. She works well with others, and accepts people for who and what they are once she gets to know them long enough. She shies away from unfamiliar people especially boys. Though, recently her personality has started to change. She is less shy, especially around her friends. She is also more fowards about her feelings, though only partially.

Special Abilities:

Name: Hunters Paradise
Requirements: Darkness Affinity / Animal Like abilities (includes Pets) / Hunting and or Tracking Background / Blind Character
Description: During the day everyone is equal, but at night, no man is safe. This ability is meant for those who operate mainly at night or work in vision impaired situations. At night, a normal person wouldn’t be able to see without a special piece of equipment. With this ability, night can appear as visible as day.

But this skill doesn’t end their. All the training in darkness to be able to see at night has given them another trait. This jutsu also has a purpose during daylight hours as well. If vision is impaired for some reason outside of an effect to the eyes; the elements, jutsu environment effects(hidden mist technique), or some other related form, the person using this skill can see the world around them as if it wasn’t affecting them by using their hearing. It is believed that the greatest ninja of the mist village capable in the Silent Killing Technique might have used this training method, but couldn’t master it as well as the people who can use this ability. The people with this ability are better at fighting in this situation then even the greatest Silent Killing Technique user.

If trained enough, this skill is believed to even be able to sense an individuals aura. There are some ninja who posses a variation of this skill. If someone says they can feel the hatred of someone nearby, or the malcontent of their aura, this would be a weak variation of this. It is believed that with enough training, one could actual feel and separate these aura, or even go further then just that.

Training Required: This skill is trained as a 2 point Kinjutsu X each stage. (Rank # X 2 = Kinjutsu point requirements) Permission must be granted by myself before any Rank Up training.

Special Notes: Rank 2 and 4 can be learned with special permission without learning Rank 3 version. Each rank combines with each other.

1st Rank: Ability to sense and see better in dark places. As long as a little light is available, vision isn’t affected by the darkness. Ability to sense danger through hearing is increased.

Basic Jutsu

Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None
Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Requirements: None
Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: None
Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.

Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Description: This jutsu causes the ninjas lightning elemental chakra to become unstable and discharge at random intervals. With proper training a ninja can learn to focus this discharge and use it as both a weapon and a shield.

Name: Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique

Requirements: None
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

Description: Chakra is generated to the hands and then shot forward in a stream of energy. Under normal conditions it has a diameter of 1ft and a range of 20 feet. How ever some have made them with a 2 Ft diameter and range of an 1/8 of a mile.( must be Jounin) The attack locks the muscles and causes first degree burns. Also causes damage to the surrounding area

Description: a hand is palced on the ground, then chakra is released and a bolt of lightning shoots to the sky from any point within 10 meters of the user. This stuns the target if it makes contact, and causes moderate damage.

Name: Lightning Clouds
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Lightning release
Description: The user forms handseals, and starts to gather chakra through their body. Once done the chakra expenses and floats into the air, forming together. Eventually the chakra can become dark clouds in the sky. It takes one post for this to work. This technique basically allows the user to conjure a black cloud to conduct electricity for the user to use a lightning based technique through the cloud instead directly from the user.

Description: This technique allows the user to Input an aura of chakra around/in the weapon or object to give it an aura of the element its self. This technique doesn't harm the weapon or object unless the user disturbs the consternating power to explode or implode.The technique allows the user to use the element as an effect during combat. Element Lightning input allows the user to shock or numb an enemies body part and give a boost to Lightning element based techniques. Each technique is limited by the amount of time the user keeps it active, he/she has the ability to turn it off or on when ever they like.

Description: A mark appears during the obtainment of the D-Rank. It can be anywhere on the body, and usually represents the element of the marked. It shows that the person with it "deserve to rule dragons. Of course elemental marks allow the ability to obtain jutsu earlier in training (Meaning -2 Posts to learn the jutsus of your dragon element)

Name: Dragoon Transform
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: The user bonds with the spirit of the dragon of their element and in a strange sequence, they get large armor and wings. A gem where their sternum is. The gem is decorative. There are 5 levels of a dragoon. For each level, one must be able to learn a Kinjutsu of the Rank, and Kinjutsu train it for points equal to the level. Does not count for Level 1. All Dragoon form jutsus are to be separately trained, and may only be ranks up to the level of the user's form. So if a person trains the jutsu and they are at level 5 it can be S-Ranked and trained as such

D-Rank (One Jutsu): Strength +15% Weapon Skill +20% Can maintain form for 2 user posts.
C-Rank (Two Jutsu): Strength +30% Weapon Skill +40% Can maintain form for 4 user Posts

Name: Mi Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
Sword Name: Kage Hebi (Shadow Serpent)
Type: Ninjutsu, Weapon
Rank: D-S
Requirements: Dragon Lords Bloodline Shadow Dragon Control
Description: This is a personification of the Darkness Dragon. The Shadow Dragon is supposedly the Lord of Serpents. Its body has multiple forms, so its unbound and can take the shape of what it sees fit. Thus the sword is created with its own body. Supposedly the body of the dragon is what makes up this sword. Since the dragon isn't bound to one form or control, so is the sword. Since the darkness element doesn't exist, it takes the 5 that do and makes them it's own.

Rank D: It appears as a plan double sided blade. It is made solid when held, but if thrown it will dissolve into nothing, and remake its appearance the next day with the wielder. Grants the +20% weapon skill into jutsu, thus giving it some qualities of Darkness. Absorbs small amount of chakra constantly from user.(Makes jutsu slight tinged of black.)
Rank C: It has the increased sharpness to it and adds +40% weapon skill and gives jutsu a more tinged darkness. Absorbs less chakra from user, as it now sees the barer more fitting.

Requirments: Dragon Lords Bloodline Shadow Dragon Control, Darkness or Shadows
Description: The Darkness Dragon is capable of manipulating its size, shape and the shadows around it. When in the transformed state, the form of the user can be manipulated in a few ways from wings to body shape. Form must be practiced before full control or abilities are given. Also acquire an ability to create shadow based monsters or puppets. This requires practice in Ninjutsu, Tiajutsu, Genjutsu, and Puppet Mastery. Limits based on character fighting styles and rank +1 unless stated.

Rank D: Minor changes in appearance. Wings are normal size for flight.

Rank C: Wings can be changed into tentacles or hands. Shadows are able to be pulled to the body from the area to enlarge shadows. Can cause opponent to see false enemies through genjutsu. Minor trauma can be caused with genjutsu. Could also cause enemies to think they are wrapped in darkness.

Note:
Transformation is required.
The greater the quality of manipulation, the greater the need for darkness/shadows. (Think water)

Background:

Before…
Outside of people she is familiar with she can be consider fairly shy towards, especially boys. She is from a family with three sisters and one brother, with her being the youngest. She loved to set out with her brother on his trips, setting traps. One day a group of ninja passed by the small village. They would come every once and a while, collecting goods and recruiting for the academy. One of the ninja became friends with her brother and would come by often. Soon he became like one of the family. He was friendly and loved being outdoors, and would talk about his adventures all the time and all the places he got to see. The stories were so interesting. This is what got her interested in becoming a ninja.

School…
She wasn’t top of her academy, being one of the few children their not being part of a ninja family. She struggled cause of this but only a few children were any good. She wasn’t great at Taijutsu, or Genjutsu. But she was great at strategy. Her Ninjutsu skills weren’t great, but she was capable of using them and the experiences of hunting and traps from her family in order to be considered a above average ninja. By the time she graduated she was close to being at par of some of the elite clan based ninja at the academy, and worked well with them to push their skills well past all other student teams.

Genin…
During one of her ventures around the village of Kumogakure, Suteki found a nice shop with 5 myserious scrolls, these scrolls detail the use of puppetry, and possible contain other unique wonders. She also ran into a cute boy named Danmos, but he had some weird issues with his family, something she might have to ask him about down the road. She got home sick at one time and went to visit her parents. It turned into a odd trip. She originally went their to visit her family, and to complete a mission, but her mission was canceled, she was placed on a squad with three other people. The leader, Torio, she thought was a complete jackass, making her think he had tried to kill her, she will get back at him, oh yes she will. She also met this other stranger, though contact was short he ran off. Later she finds out his name is Sleevin, another member of the squad. Then the last member, it turned out to be Danmos, perhaps things are destined.

She returned to the village of Kumogakure to meet up with these other members, but during her first night back. The village was attacked. Research is still being done on who attacked, but the damage was still done. Suteki had lost most of her belongings, her apartment burnt to the ground. Several villagers lost their life, including the five elders of the village. She met the new Kage at this time but had no idea who it was. And this all happened on the same day, no telling what the rest of the week would be like.

After the attack thanks to the squad she was in Team Omega, the village was rebuilt quickly. But, thanks to their efforts, Suteki and Torio were both hospitalized. Suteki was stuck in the hospital for an entire month pretty much. The missions were bringing a group of workers, lots of supplies, and money in order to repair the village. They were on their way back when a group of Bandits attacked. Team Omega managed to defeat them in the end. Suteki managed to scare half of them away, and the rest were killed by the team. But during the attack, Suteki was separated from the team. Torio had saved her from a hand full of bandits that attacked her. They almost rapped and killed her, but just before, Torio saved her. But not without cost, both of them suffered smoke inhalation from a fire Suteki started, and bad injuries from the bandits. But it seemed to all be worth it in the end, they all survived, and the village was rebuilt quickly.

Everything seemed to be back to normal for the most part. Suteki received an odd tattoo on her hand in the shape of a serpent or dragon. She also somehow received a unique sword. Suteki had no idea how this came about, but it helped her greatly in the following days.

The village seemed to be back in working order. But it was short lived, just 3 weeks after the initial attack, the village was attacked yet again. This time though, the village managed to stop the intruders. Suteki herself managed to kill two ninja with the help of several others. But it was her that delivered the final blow. But three of her teammates were baddly injured, and one was kidnapped. Originally she thought Danmos, and Slevin were both killed, while Torio was just badly injured. Slevin was taken away by an unknown ninja, while Torio took Danmos to get treatment for thier injuries. After the battle Suteki went to search for them.

But this wasn't the end of her efforts. She ran into two more invaders. She took one of them on single handedly, while two other ninja fought the second. She manged to get an initial surprise attack, ripping the eye out of the ninja. But for her final blow, she blew up the other eye blinding the ninja, and driving her insane. These three ninja were all Chuunin or Jounin class ninja, A ranked ninja. She managed to capture the third ninja. Now they had someone to question for all these attacks. But after the battle, Suteki was again hospitalized and also taken for questioning for 3 days by the ANBU. For three days she didn't know if her friends were alive or not. It took another week before she was able to find her friends.

Clans need to be approved prior to use. The poster needs 3 people who will join and 100 posts to have a clan idea considered.

Need to put something in "Bloodline", or put "N/A". On that note, if you choose not to have a Bloodline, you can either:

1. Specialize in one Style.
2. Specialize in one Style, and Minor in another.
3. Either Major in one Style, and/or Minor in one or two other Styles.

If you choose a Bloodline, you can only:

1. Specialize in one Style.
2. Specialize in one Style, and Minor in another.

K put as specialized and put n/a for bloodline

Questions:
1. Can i add to fighting styles as my character progresses (like elements) ?
2. Can i add a bloodline later if its a bloodline/clan that allows such things?

Guessing trap making and summoning is not a fighting style.

If both above are yes then great. If any above are no then Sad

but since i don't have 100+ posts can't really solve that problem.
