Tai looked at Tamotsu and smiled. "I believe that killing... is justified only in certain conditions..." Tai smiled and shook his head. "It doesn't matter. What does the disposing of the current Kage have anything to do with me? I'm the Ex-Mizukage. The guy you want is probably still in his mansion or something. I'm... retired... from the Mizukageship. The whole thing sounds like something that isn't my problem....." Tai looked at Loki. Tai looked at Tamotsu. "Why destroy when you can build? I'm tired of being a killer Tamotsu...... but, are you?" Tai wasn't sure why he had said it but, it had come out nevertheless.

Tamotsu walked forward and then looked at Tai. He gave a coy smiled and patted the ninja on his head. "We are all men tied into the same fate. You are apart of this country just as I am. Rebuilding is easy when there's nothing in your way. You have to break obstacles in order to get things done. The current Mizukage cannot do it. That is why I have myself, demanded he leave his seat." Tamotsu walked forward and then stopped. "There's something I want you to learn. This scroll in my hand. "He dug into his pocket and pulled out a scroll. "Is known as Limit Break. Learn it well and maybe one day, me and you can see eye to eye. Till later, Tai." He said as he continued to walk.

"Wait." Loki spoke out of turn. "What do you want with my master?"

Tamotsu stopped and looked back with a smile that somehow made Loki feel peace. "I aim, to make him apart of the peace. If he wills it." Tamotsu then disappeared into the mist.

IC:Tai looked at the scroll with amusement. He smiled and read it. "Loki..... this should be a breeze." Tai lifted his scythe. He studied the scroll for a second. He then smiled. The scythe was glowing blue. It wasn't hard to do. He just knew how to do it. The scythe seemed to get heavier but, it was still holdable. He wasn't have any problems. He knew exactly what he was doing. The scroll made it easy for him to do it. It was as if he was meant to learn it. "Heh.... how about this Loki.... Limit break... I geuss its cool..." His weapon was glowing. He knew that it had its own chakra now.

As the rain fell, and the wind blew, mist was seemingly endless as it floated with the breeze. This was not a good day for Katsuo, nor Kirigakure, and Katsuo wished to fix both. He had been training his first and favorite student in the woods today, when he came. The man known as the hokage.

Katsuo had been found by his anbu, and told if he did not go to the docks in 20 minutes, Konoha would consider them to be at war. The Water Shadow of course rushed to the docks, to try to prevent war, but all that did was give him the hokage, telling him to step down from his position as kage. He even threatened him, it was sad. Tamotsu had once been his kage, and Katsuo had even looked up to him. Wanting to be as strong as a kage someday, Tamotsu was obviously an idol for Katsuo when he was younger.

When Tai had been away, Katsuo and his old leader had come to the village, and Katsuo took the title of mizukage. He trid to help the village, and built a wall to try to protect her, but since then, everything's gone downhill.

Now he was asking for the former mizukage's help, to stop and perhaps defeat his old kage.

He walked forward and looked at Tai, the former mizukage's scythe was out. Katsuo didn't care however. No, he was soaking wet, and didn't have his kage hat, nor robes on. His hair was dripping water by the second as he walked forward slowly. Hello Tai. Dreadful day we're having, isn't it? He would ask, his voice sounding like he was helpless.

Tai looked at the current Mizukage in surprise. It was the frist time talking to him but, he didn't seem half as barbaric as the stories had made him sound. Tai looked at him with his glowing weapon in hand. He wasn't sure what to make of the person. He hadn't really been thinking today was dreaful... he had found Loki so, that made it kind of a good day. He looked deeply at the Mizukage.... or atleast what was oe the Mizukage. Tamotsu had said he had disposed of the current Miukage. Tai smiled. "Well..... whats on your mind..... I have much to do so, speak your peace and let me be gone....."

Katsuo stared at the Tai, waiting for his response. When he finally got it, he sighed. I'm assuming Tamotsu has contacted you already. Anyways I'll get to the point, because I've got lots of planning to do. Anyways I'm lookng for people to help with a rebellion. I don't want someone like him to become mizukage. Both visits he's had to me, he's killed out people. Anyways, I thought I'd let you know and try to get your help. He said, turnng around and starting to walk back to the door. I'll warn you, there's a big war coming. And I will not start it, i'll end it. He said, his voice cold before disappearing out the door.

Tai sighed. More war...... More death... this time I will do something about it. Tai looked at Loki. "We are going to save the people of Kiri. If something isn't done soon... Tai thought of the death that could ensue. "Loki..... I must save these people...." Tai looked up into the sky. He could feel the air almost swirl in anger around him. "Loki... it's time to go. We must contact with my friends so that we can leave.... I will need as much help as I can get." Tai looked up. THe people of Kiri were about to become the pilgrims of Kiri. As he looked down the road, he saw that it was bumpy with twists and turns. Much like his own path set before him.

Loki looked as the both of them exchanged words and began to wonder the ulterior motives of everyone involved. Here stood the current Mizukage, who if memory served him right, tried to kill Tai in the past to obtain the position. If this was correct, then Katsuo did not earn the spot either, by Loki's standing. However, when he heard rebellion, he did not wish to press forward with it. He began to feel as if Tai would be dragged into never ending conflict. He sighed and kept his mouth shut. When his master told him it was time to leave he followed, saying nothing.

In the shadows, 2 ANBU ninjas stood there watching the conversation. They simply disappeared from sight.
