The Otaki clan runs its heratige back many years, although well hidden from the ninja world many famous ninja have secretly belonged to this clan, while keeping it a hidden ability from the people they come into contact with. The clan itself is rather small, only passing onto one male ninja in every generation per set of parents, this is the nature of it's power. It is unknown why the bloodline will only pass down to males, possibly the chromasomes it appears in are unqiue to the male biology. Many members of the clan find themselves becomming ninja due to their innate abilities, although it is not impossible for a member to go through life without activating the powers of the clan.

The bloodline has always been rooted to the village of Takigakure, a lesser shinobi village in the land of waterfall, the entrance to the village is kept a close secret to help stay safe from invasion as the village produces very little shinobi.

The eyes themselves are seen depending on the control over water the clan member has achieved. appearing most wild and unruly at the first stage, and complete at the final one.

Description: "Ebb" is the name of the bloodline ability all members of the clan posses, but it requires unlocking (usually through a tramatic effect, the ability will manifest itself if the user is drowning almost immediatley and project the water away from the member). The ability itself is the opening of the clan "Eyes" which allow the user to control and manipulate water. This is the core ability of any clan members arsenal. (Required for all other techniques, other techniques also require the users hand movements to cordinate the water somewhat).

This eye technique can be turned off quickly, but cannot be activated once again in the same post.

Description: (This is not necissarily a technique, but rather something commonly done with the gentai active, as such its in the smae spoiler becuase it comes with the gentai) Whiel Gentai is active the user has complete control over all forms of regular water, therefore as they control it, it can shape into basically whatever they want as long as it remains attached to a body of water the form will be constantly fed new sources of water. Users will often be seen projecting the water in the form of their own body/parts. This is done because the control over the water is done through body movements and if its a direct projection then the water will work in the EXACT same fashion as the user. (This turns into a technique of its own, see Gentai: s Avatar)

Description: Projectile Scales is a core ability for a clan member, basically manipulating the water into a form of projectile (Commonly V shaped scales), and thrown from the manipulation in masses dependant on the chakra usage. These have the same effect as a shuriken in most situation (Like shuriken these are sharp all the way around, and are only effective in large masses, the chakra required for each shuriken is low)

Description: The user of Gentai can force the water underneath them (if such exists) to compress, allowing them to walk and use it as they would normal ground, this area is specified to what the user condenses.

Name: Gentai: Poseidons Gift

Description: Poseidons Gift is a very basic jutsu, but can be potent in the right conditions, It allows the user to spew large amounts of water out of their mouth similar to a Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave, except the users water is not used as an attack, rather for the purpose of creating water to work with.

Name: Gentai: Protective Sphere

Description: Protective Sphere can be used both offensively and defensivly, either encasing yourself in a protective "bubble" (The bubble is tough to taijutsu of an attacker the same rank and immune to those below, but easily broken by those of a higher rank, Ninjutsu will break the bubble in most cases, and genjutsu remains the same.) the Bubble can also be used to entrap an opponent, under the same conditions. This ability requires a flow of chakra to manifest and contain, although the user remains there freedom on movement.

Oxygen flows through the bubble, so the user/victim will be able to breath whilst inside. This bubble must remain round in shape and can be prevented from shrinking and constraining a target as easily as pushing against it.

Name: Gentai: Javelin of Poseidon

Description: Javelin is a technique attributed with being the most potent of gentai technqiues, using the water the user controls they will condense it, forming a javelin shape (this technique requires an amount of concentration), the water will continue condensing until its extremely supercondensed. The user then has two options, wield it in a charge (stabbing motion) or use it as a projectile, on eithers impact the javelin will remain condensed, stabbing the victim and as the user releases his control over the water it will burst at a rapid rate. (the force is enough to snaps bones). This ability cost 5% of the users maximum chakra to use, and requires two hands in the gentai stage.

Requirements: Gentai must be activated, (large body of water for A rank)
Description: This in most cases is similar to the water clone technqiue, and can be used to make clones dependant on the amount of water availible. (clones/avatars appear as water, but in the form of the user, meaning there is no way to mstake them for the original). The advancement of this ability (A-Rank, Must be learned once again.) Is the user learning to control the water into a skyscrapper sized clone, the clone is only the user from the waist up, but posses any weapons they wield (still water). The A-Rank Avatar can fight on par with most summon bosses, and does not disperse so long as water remains to refill it.

(The clones/avatar is a direct replica of the user, no additions may be added. Water on the avatar itself may be used as a weapon technqiue still, but it takes water away from the avatar making it weaker.)

Requirements: Gentai and all other Techniques unlocked, Traumatic Event
Description: The user can only active this ability while Gentai is in effect. While this is active the user will gain a boost to their chakra dependant on the moisutre touching their body (underwaters boost will be 50%, less acordingly). In this state the user will no longer require concentration to maintain water control on any level and techniques will become second nature, no longer requiring them to even consider the chakra their using. (Gentai remains active)

After five posts the user will return to their normal state, unable to activate Gentai for three posts, and they will lose a considerable amount of chakra, exhausting their body. The user unlocks the ability to use the clans most powerful of abilities at this stage.

Name: Ryuudo: Rain of the Gods

Requirements: Gentai/Ryuudo Active, One use per activation. Large body of water
Description: The most potent ability any clan member can ever use, causing the weather itself to change. Water surrounding the user and created by the user will evaporate at an incredible speed, summoning a mighty rain cloud in the sky. The cloud itself will cover a large distance (1 Mile), and immediatly begin to rain after creation, The rain itself sharpened to the highest extent possible. Rain will begin slow for one post, drizzling. After that its buckets baby, all of which fall at an amazingly fast rate, impossible to dodge between, the user will remain in place while the jutsu is active, surrounded by their protective bubble, unable to stop the rain even if they try.

The rain is powerful enough to crack and destroy solid rock, usually creating a lifeless crator in the area its used (unless an amazing ability or form of cover is used to prevent it from destroying such.) This ability comes at a terrible price, the user will immediatly leave Gentai and Ryuudon after the rain begins, unable to escape their own bubble (which forms involuntarily around them). Theyre chakra level lowers to dangerous points of 2% of maximum, and their body is completely exhausted. They will require rest for alteast two posts, and even afterword will be unable to use Gentai for the remaining thread. This ability is a last resort option.

Requirements: Gentai and Ryuudo Accomplished (Ryuudo must be used in the training of this ability, once Ryuudo is activated the user must begin training after its use. Meaning the user cannot use the bloodline in the training. The training of thsi ability is treated similar to Rank training and must meet the standards of a mod and the current clan leader.)
Description: Ishio Teisho, is a title rather than an ability, and it describes a clan member who has achieved a sort of enlightenment when it comes to the ebb and flow of water, they no longer see the world as a single substance and seprate water from the world all together. In this form a users vision changes, percieving reality at .8 of its actual pace, a sort of slow motion although not slow enough to track superfast movement. The most important parts of this ability is its continual existance, it cannot be turned off and drains no chakra on its own (although chkra must still be disperesed to maintain control over water in the previous fashion). The user cannot active Gentai or Ryuudo while in this form, nor is it required. All jutsu previously allowed in one of the forms can be used in this one, and others can still be trained except for "Rain of the Gods" which becomes impossible for the user to ever use again. (although it permantly stakes the jutsu slot, unable to be removed, along with Gentai and Ryuudo).

The user remains his/her ability to control water, and even improves it, being able to control the water used by others in jutsu at the expense of the same amount fo chakra they used being expelled unto it to control it. The user also loses the need for hand movement, the water is directly contolled by the users chakra. (In which still must surround the water in a thin layer).
