While Ken was staring in his eyes, Tsubaki started to say something, but was again interrupted by the waiter casting more and more insults at Ken. Ken was just ignoring it, but Tsubaki had had enough. Tsubaki looked at the waiter and yelled at him, telling him to shut up. Then he sat back down and looked back to Ken, before explaining that he'd never leave his side. To be hnest, this made Ken feel a lot better, and he was able to release a smile, though it wasn't the best smile, it still was a smile. Thankyou Tsubaki. He said, reaching his hand across the table to hold Tsubaki's. And I would never leave your side either. He said quietly.

Tsubaki smiled and then held Ken back. His heart wasn't beating fast, it was running away as if wanting to come out his chest. He began to tear a bit, no longer being able to restrain the tears. He then broke the hold and sat down in his chair and began to eat his now cool meal. He didn't look at Ken the whole time while he ate. He just ate his Chicken and rice slowly as he thought back to his brother and Yasuo. The thought of Seiko's return even bothered him and he could not longer restrain the anger and sadness in him. He simply punched the table and left the restaurant, a cold stream of tears falling behind him.

As Ken watched, Tsub aki held his hands as well, but then suddenly let go and began eating his food. As he watched Tsubaki eat, he saw his eyes begin to tear. Are you okay Tsubaki? He asked, but then turned to his food afterward and began eating slowly. As Tsubaki gat up, Ken had only been halfway through his meal, but he knew he'd need to follow. So he put a decent tip on the table and left, following Tsubaki. As he walked he began getting worried, Tsubaki had punched the table and started releasing a stream of tears once they got out. Ken ran to catch up to his friend and put his hand on Tsubaki's shoulder. It's okay. Everything is gonna be all right. I'll always be right here by your side, here to protect you, or just offer support. He said, he was desperately trying to comfort his friend in need.

Tsubaki cried hard as he looked at Ken, his hand on one of his shoulders. Tsubaki's body shook as he stood there looking at the night sky and then felt overwhelmed as he fell to the floor, dizzy but awake. "It's not fair." He said as his tears hit the floor. "I was so happy. I was so alive. I could do anything." His voice began cracking up softly. He curled into a small ball and then held his knees. He stood there, tears coming out more and more. "I loved him but then he came back into his life. He took away what should have been mine. And all I could do is be a replacement. All I could do was just let it happen." He said as he cried softly on the floor, his face stained with mud from the tears.

As Ken watched Tsubaki, he suddenly saw Tsubaki start crying his heart out. As he listened he started wondering stuff like who it was Tsubaki was talking about, and if it was possible to help him. To me it sounds like you did the right thing and let him go to his true love. It's hard to do that I understand, and sometimes we hate ourselves for doing it, but every thing will be okay. He said as he kneeled down to be face to face with Tsubaki. Please trust me. He said as he looked at Tsubaki. He wish he could comfort him, but didn't know how. He would do his best anyways, it hurt him to see Tsubaki like this.

Tsubaki looked at Ken, his eyes glowing with sadness. As he did, the waiter from the restaurant came outside and looked. He saw Tsubaki on the floor and instantly thought that Ken had hurt him.

"Get away from him!" He said as he pushed Ken aside and then picked up Tsubaki slowly. "Are you okay? Did he hurt you? I could get the police for you. The head chef is also a Ninjitsu user." He said as he wiped Tsubaki's tears away.

The Iwa ninja said nothing as he looked away, both hurt and confused. Maybe his life was so bad that the thought of living elsewhere would be better. But he didn't have much to think on since he was depressed.

"No, I'm fine. He didn't hurt me." He responded finally.

As Ken was looking at Tsubaki suddenly the waiter appeared and pushed him out of he way. Ken fell backwards from the waiters push, and was confused, what had he done? He was thinking about grabbing the man from jhis shirt and throwing him back in the shop, but decided Tsubaki was more important. He kneeled next to the man, again looking at Tsubaki. He made a quick look to his right, glaring at the waiter, but then looked back to Tsubaki, his eyes showed concern. Are you sure you don't need anything Tsubaki? Help, food, a drink? Anything? He asked. He hated saying this, thinking it made him feel like money and items were the most important things, but he meant it. Anything Tsubaki needed he would help with that in which he could.

Tsubaki looked as Ken pushed the man out of the way again and then focused on him. It made him smile on the inside but he still felt empty. He simply held Ken and then spoke the truth. "I just want you." He said as he kept holding the new Chuunin to him as if not wanting to let go. His eyes stopped tearing and his body stopped shaking. He felt at peace with Ken. As if the world meant nothing to him without Ken beside him. He wanted to make Ken stronger. He wanted to make Ken believe. He wanted Ken to be there for him and him for Ken. But in the end, he simply just wanted Ken. "Just you." He whispered as he rested his head on the ninja's shoulder.

When Tsubaki said he just wanted him, Ken's heart leaped. He suddenly felt good. As Tsubaki said 'Just You' once more, he felt like he could lift the world up and hold it on his shoulders. Just for Tsubaki. As Tsubaki rested his head on his shoulder he smiled. And I just want you Tsubaki... I just want you... He whispered as he rested his head on Tsubaki's head, which was resting on his Ken's shoulder. He knew he had found his soul mate now, and it felt great. As he rest his head on Tsubaki's. He looked at Tsubaki and then kissed his forehead, before resting his head on Tsubaki's once again.

Tsubaki smiled as he finally felt at peace with the world. He was with Ken and nothing could turn his world gray again. He felt Ken's lips kiss his forehead and then he giggled. But the giggle ended shortly as an ANBU operative appeared before them and then glared.

"Inuzuka Tsubaki. Norimune Ken." He said sternly.

Tsubaki broke the hold and looked at the man as he looked dead into his eyes with complete seriousness. "Yes?"

"Inuzuka Tamotsu has left Iwagakure. I was told to inform you by the head captain of the ANBU Corps. Both of you are required to come to Iwagakure as immediately as possible. We will not arrive in time to get to Iwagakure before the coronation of the new Kage but we will arrive for the rebuilding." He said as Tsubaki nodded.
