As the kiss finished, and Ken said his 'almost-compliment' Tsuabki had gotten up and said he was glad. However, the way he said it worried Ken, he seemed upset, mad almost. Then he started walking away to a restaurant after saying he was hungry. Ken quickly jumped onto his feet, running to catch up to Tsubaki. Okay, I'll pay. Whatever you want, I'll buy. He said, trying to make Tsubaki feel better, if he was feeling bad in the first place. He followed Tsuabki, if he did go to the restaurant, or not. He wanted to make sure Tsubaki was okay, but didn't feel like it would be right to ask and he didn't know what was wrong, or if he was even upset for sure.

Tsubaki was joined just a few seconds later by Ken who spoke, offering to pay for the dinner. But Tsubaki felt like it was an imposition and began to ponder the idea of having someone else pay for his meal. He then sighed. "I don't think that would be fair. I'll pay for my own meal." He half smiled as he was still in deep thought wondering why he felt so wrong around the other. As they walked, they made it to a small restaurant and sat down in a nearby table. He smiled as the waiter looked at him and made a wink. Tsubaki blushed and then looked away. He grabbed a menu and then looked through it. "I'd like a number 5." Tsubaki said as the waiter nodded and playfully took the menu away. Once more, Tsubaki blushed.

As Ken walked, Tsubaki said he would pay for his own meal, though Ken had offered. It felt weird, but decided that Tsubaki could take care of himself if he wanted to, so he just dropped it. He followed him into a restaurant where they both took their seats. As they sat a waiter approached them and winked at Tsubaki, Ken merely shrugged it off, not wanting to make a scene or be rude. However when Tsubaki made his order, the man playfully took the menu and Tsubaki blushed. Ken glared at the waiter, telling him to make his next moves very carefully. Ken decided he wouldn't need the menu, instead he would try something new. I'll have whatever he is. He said, smiling as he looked at Tsubaki. He was still rather worried, but still decided to try not to show it, at least not yet.

Tsubaki looked at Ken who was staring daggers at the waiter, making Tsubaki's blush disappear and he cleared his throat. He then twiddled with his fingers and crossed his legs in anticipation. "Ken... I just wanted-" Before he could finish, the young waiter returned and placed an order of bread sticks before them and then looked at Tsubaki.

"They're fresh and warm." He said with the undertone of saying "... Just like your eyes."

Tsubaki felt slightly uncomfortable about the hidden comment but he smiled and blushed. "Thank you."

The waiter left promptly and Tsubaki began to partake of the bread sticks, exclaiming how incredible they are.

As he stared, Tsubaki started to explain something, but was interrupted as the waiter returned with the food. He decided he would do his best to be polite to the man, as Tsubaki did seem to not want any trouble or anything. So Ken merely looked at the waiter, his face expressionless, his eye dead. Thankyou. He forced the words out, though they felt like nothing but cold winds to Ken. As he took a bread stick from his meal, he slowly ate it, surprised at the great taste of them. They were wonderful, even i Ken didn't take a liking to the man, he still had brought great food. He would tip, though it would be as a compliment to the chef, rather than the waiter. I'm sorry Tsubaki. I'm just- He said, but he was at a loss for words of what to say. I'm sorry. He repeated, lowering his head in shame. After a moment though he would look back into Tsubaki's eyes.

Tsubaki looked at Ken and then raised a brow sadly. "Is something wrong?" He said feeling bad for the current situation. But in the interest of all fairness, Ken had not said anything to Tsubaki about what he felt and thus could not feel entirely bad. He sighed as he was going to speak again and then the waiter returned. He placed the plates down on the table and then smiled. "I prepared these dishes. Enjoy." He said as he walked of. But as he did, he noticed that he spilled a bit of sauce on Tsubaki's lap.

"I'm sorry, sir. I seemed to have stained your pants." He quickly got on his knees and rubbed the smudge of sauce on Tsubaki's right leg. This immediately made Tsubaki blush hard. "There. Some Club Soda will clean it off." He looked into Tsubaki's eyes as if he were going to so something.

As Ken watched, Tsubaki looked like he was about to say something, but of course the waiter returned. As he let the plate on the table, the waiter was about to leave, but 'accidentally spilled sauce' on Tsubaki's pants. As he got on his knees to clean it off, Ken lookd over to the waiter, who was looking at Tsubaki in a weird way. Enough was enough, and Ken couldn't take anymore. He stood up suddenly, and walked over to the waiter. There he grabbed the waiter's back and pulled him up to eye level. How about you give me the soda to clean it up, and then leave. And I don't mean leave and come back in thirty seconds, I mean leave and stay away until we leave, got it? He said as he dropped the man, the waiter should have landed on his feet. He felt he might have overdone it, sure it might have been the man's restaurant, but still. This man, was making Ken very angry, and this wasn't what he wanted to have to be around Tsubaki.

He walked back over to the table and took his seat. He looked into Tsubaki's eyes and then at the waiter. He was embarrassed and blushed, but decided to do something that might work, or might make it worse. He moved his plate to the side, and looked at the small amount of clear space in front of him. He then suddenly rushed his head forward, banging his head against the table and then staying there. Tsubaki, I'm sorry. Please forgive me, and please tell the waitr my apologies as well, if he's still here. I'm just upset, you seemed angry at me all of a sudden, and I felt I had done something. Then this man appeared and.. He said, spilling the beans all over. He was lucky that it was late, not many people could be here right? As he did he sighed, his forehead had started bleeding, a medium sized cut in the top right corner. The hiot to the tabnle, was stronger than he would have guessed. He blushed as he realized what he had just done, but surprisingly felt a little better at the same time.

OOC: Spilling the beans as in talking, not actually spilling beans.

Tsubaki watched as the man moved in closer a bit but then was pulled away by Ken who began to get angry and address the man in a tone which made Tsubaki sad. This certainly wasn't his intention by any means. When he released the man and sat down, Tsubaki's immediate concern was on Ken, despite the waiter's rambling about Ken being crazy. He watched as he banged his head on the table and then saw red liquid appearing. HE quickly took out his medical kit while Ken explained. But Tsubaki would hear none of it. He began to clean the wound and then placed a bandage over it and looked into Ken's eyes. "He came and then?" He decided he needed to hear the end of the story.

As Ken lay there, Tsubaki pulled out a first aid kit. As the waiter started calling Ken insane, he payed no attention to it. As Tsubaki healed the wound, he looked into Ken's eyes, Ken looking back into Tsubaki's. And he wanted to take you from me. I couldn't let that happen. I tried to hold it in, but I couldn't. He said, telling the honest to god truth. He continued looking into Tsubaki's eyes, he felt stronger whenever he did, but still remembered the annoying waiter. He decided to black him out of his ind, and instead continued focusing on Tsubaki. The one that had saved him, and strengthened him several times now.

Tsubaki's heart felt like it was gonna explode when Ken spoke. He simply said "... take you away from me...." This alone made Tsubaki want to tear but he restrained the emotional out pour focusing more on healing Ken. When he was done, he put away the kit and then the waiter continued spouting off words that insulted Ken. Now Tsubaki had reached his limit. "Hey! Shut up!" He roared as the waiter stood silent as he turned back to Ken and then sat in his chair. "Ken. I...." He paused not sure what to say to his comment. But then his heart spoke for him. "I would never leave your side." He said before he realized it.
