Appearance:
Perfect. Sairyou is the pentacle of beauty, as he holds both a grace and style held by no one else in the world. His silhouette is echoed in his harmonious walk, as it appears as he gently gliding through the air, rather than walking at all. Outwardly, his calm yet calculated face is mixed with something which is rarely seen by those of his breed. His mellow, calm, and relaxed looking face has helped him from being destroyed up to this point, as there is nothing about him which demands that he's an evil entity, as even his aura sends forth a positive message. This composure was located when the Uchiha clansmen was younger, as he used his boyish charm to keep him out of trouble when the heat was on. His crooked smile, and perfect teeth do much damage when trying to persuade someone to think his way. Yet after looking into his beautifully sculpted face, one will notice that it is all just a very well planned rouse, used to lure in the unsuspecting to meet their doom. To continue, his radiant attitude is spread forth in an unnaturally peaceful way, as he shows tranquil, coordinated, and fluid motions in everything he does, be it talking or fighting. In his vocabulary the word anger no longer exists, as he has deemed it a quality which brings forth the downfall of those who could have been great. So for the greatness which is Sairyou, it is not unheard of to walk around with an emotionless look plastered to ones face, as it mask the intention, instead sending out his charm as a decoy.

Be it the public eye, or the privacy of his own confines, Sairyou changes for no one, as his masterfully crafted being is good for any situation. The respect, which he demands in exchange for his own, is carried throughout the muscular, yet lean frame of the five foot eleven male. His average stature does nothing to radiate his being, though most can't ignore a male with such a wondrous gait and beauty, both which he possess. Though his aura seems warm from a distance, one will soon note that it gets a whole lot chillier when they get close to the shinobi known as Sairyou. When they're reeled in to the man, they will notice the icy allure of him for one can really see the care-free, yet immoral nature of Hebi's former leader. His far from saintly actions are revealed, as his dark black eyes, though filled with mystic, give away his true intent. Nevertheless, one wouldn't know this until they got close enough to his toned frame, to see his athletic grace, which is complimented by great posture. Never will one see him slouching or leaning, as Sairyou tries to carry himself with as much dignity and pride as he can possibly emanate. Plus, how many people would be reeled in from a guy with a hunch back? Thusly, he has to much love for his clan to disrespect them in such away, even if he doesn't have much to prove to them anymore. Though this doesn't always command the respect he wishes to receive, it does help, and when it doesn't, that's when the fist of fury are unleashed, carrying the full power of his one hundred and forty-five pounds.

Taking a step away from his height, weight, and build, we stray further down to his torso area. His chest, carved by the god's, sticks out a small bit showing that he's trained hard to receive such defined pectorals. With a small cress separating both sides of his chest, Sairyou shows his pale yet glorious chest that appears to have been chiseled to perfection. Further down, one will find his flat stomach, which houses a couple of small, healed, slash marks that were placed there from his many run-ins with shinobi through the years. The healed wounds form three wide notches within the depths of his third row of abs, all three of which are about an inch wide. The scars are a slightly darker color than the rest of his skin, a slight reminder from the elders to never try to cross them again. But going back to his abdomen, a rock hard domain, which keeps the company of three packs, with each pack consisting of two solid abs. Having trained so long, Sairyou has permanently etched them into his being, as they appear to be deeply embedded within his skin, bulging out like a stripper ready to emerge from a big cake. Around his small navel is a kanji, which has been skillfully crafted by one of his fellow clansman from Konohagakure. The burnt black kanji stands for nothing more than Loyalty, a word which categorizes most of his feelings for both Otogakure no Sato and his clan.

Moving from his torso, and around two his back, we find yet another simple of his hard work, and dedication. The middle and top section of his back are both extremely toned, having cuts cascading down. This further escalates his godly form, though his back seems to be a shade lighter than the rest of his skin. Emblazon on his back in a blood red color, is yet another crude drawing sculpted by his people. Though his dedication to others is limited to only a few, his clansmen are the only beings who he's every truly trusted. In honor of his trust, he’s actually has the kanji for the word, depicted on his back. For Sairyou, this was a difficult decision to make, as he isn't one to pledge allegiance to just anyone. This tattoo really isn't a tattoo, as it has been branded on, by an iron like item, allowing it to be seared into the skin, rather than drawn. The color of the kanji is actually a mix of his blood and the coloring, illustrating the true bond between himself and his partners. This piece of artwork has only been seen by a select few, for when Sairyou takes his clothing off, it generally means that someone won't be walking away alive. From here, one will see that both his arms and legs are quite long in length, though they appear to fit his fame perfectly. His arms, which stray about five inches above his knee, are also crafted in an elegant manner.

His pale arms are fueled by large biceps, and a thick forearm, as one can view the veins which ripple through the length of his arm. His strength isn’t that great, but what's the harm in being cut? His biceps are toned to perfection, as it only takes a slight fold of his elbow for his ghostly muscles to be revealed. Though hes not overly huge, hes not the smallest guy in the world to ever be seen either, as his arms provide a reason to be weary. The fingers, which are attached to wide wrist, are long as well, capped off with pink fingertips. The palm of his hands, despite his extreme training, is quite soft, as he has a touch which can drive any woman insane. Though the palm side of his hand is left unscathed, the same cannot be said for the opposite site, which has fallen victim to many slash marks. The count thus far is one hundred and thirty-six makes on each hand; all received from failing to do what he was asked. A sort of punishment, though they were not inflicted by anyone else but himself as he has a low tolerance for failure, even from himself.

Though he doesn't enjoy failing himself, there is one thing in the world which he can stand even less, which is being dirty. A pet peeve of his, Sairyou is a very hygienic creature, as he doesn't like to be covered in any foreign material, unless it happens to be blood from his opponent. The only time he can be happy that he's dirty, is when he's engaging in a fight, which would mean that his opponent is actually providing him with a challenge, as opposed to getting run over. Though after he's finished messing with his victim's likelihood, and destroying their being, the Uchiha will go into deep hibernation, in which he will perform the long ritual of taking a shower. The shine that radiates from his skin is thanks to his good hygiene, as it tends to gleam in both the sunlight and the moonlight. Despite such things, Sairyou, like most people within his village, he is very pale and pristine, which makes him look even more beautiful. Unfortunately, if he ever grows weary of his godly color, it will be impossible to shed, as his body never seems to suck up the precise amount of vitamin D to help him maintain his complexion. Furthermore, Sairyou doesn't suffer from the effects of the sun, as he doesn't burn or tan any further; he simply stays as he is. Even his magnificent hair has yet to take any effect from the sun, as it has stayed the same marvelous onyx color since the day he came into being.

When one even begins to speak about the hair which is harbored on the head of the young God, they must first understand that all Uchiha have this particular trait. Most if not all of the time, Uchiha are born with either dark blue hair, or jet black hair. Sairyou birth did nothing to waver this trait, as he was born with the same color obsidian colored hair as his mother and father. In essence, the shinobi doesn't even try to do anything fancy with his hair like most of the Uchiha do, instead he allows it to be put out of his mind, as he does as little as he can with it. The dark hair, when on the loose comes to about the middle of his back in length, though this is hardly seen in any case. Instead, the shinobi uses the aid of a plain black rubber band to keep his hair bond. But before this, the god loads his hair up with gel, in order to keep it both slick and in place. His ponytail is the only exception to this rule, as he allows it to flow freely, as it doesn't have a chance of interfering with his vision. With no obstructions in his face, this is when Sairyou is at his best, which is usually at all times.

With his hair knocked out of his face, one can truly see the full glory of Sairyou’s defined facial features. When he was younger he had a childish shaped oval head, though with age, his features have become more defined, sharper if you will. His jaws have become manlier in nature, for since he began to train like a beast, his face has squared off, creating a solid square block look. From here, his jaw line glides towards his chin, and its wide cleft. The shape of his face shows of his maturity, even though it still retains some of his boyish good looks which will always remain. The centerpiece of his face, also known as the nose, sits afloat in the middle of his face, putting separation between both his two beautiful eyes. The bridge of his nose juts out a small bit, and pertains a very small nick within its depth halfway down. The small cut is well blended within his skin, allowing for it to be nearly unnoticeable. Sliding further down his nose, you'll find nothing to different, as it sits plainly, though it's paired with two perfectly sized nostrils. Under his nose, is a small mouth, which is usually squeezed together to form a hard line. A bad habit of his, is to bite his lip when he's nervous, exposing his unnaturally beautiful teeth. All of his teeth are a deep, pearly white color, which gleam when they hit any type of light. Not a centimeter out of place, all of his teeth are lined up perfectly, though his canines are a bit longer than those of the normal canines.

Moving back up, we find the greatest attention grabber that is held on Sairyou’s wondrous face. Separated by his nose, floats two dark colored eyes which are in perfect harmony with the contour of his face. However, the current eyes that fit within his sockets, were not his birthright, and therefore do not belong to him. Nevertheless they fit his face with perfect accuracy, supporting the heavy pale color of his skin. His irises are a black, magnificent to look at, making them a deadly lure for the opposite sex. The cold eyes harness the power to throw chills down the spines of the cowards who dare oppose him or anyone he cares for. Though this is the normal color of his eyes, it's quite unusual to see them when they're in this color. The reason for that being that the ninja known as Sairyou is one of the blessed members of his clan, earning something which isn't a birthright to his clansmen. This gift would be the Doujutsu known as the Sharingan Eye, a doujutsu which has completed it's evolution throughout the years. In this state, his irises become a dark crimson color, while his pupil is surrounded by three black tomoe. Though this gives him a rather majestic look, it also calls for others to fear him, since it can easily be seen that he's from the cursed Uchiha clan.

Genjutsu
When it comes to having any kind of strength, one must discuss many aspects of the ninja arts, as the shinobi commonly known as Sairyou has become skilled in quite a bit of them. Unlike most shinobi in the world, the Uchiha is one who appreciates the art of Genjutsu, or the ability to trick the mind of another person. Being the near genius that he is, this godly figure would often times like to mentally destroy his opponent rather than attacking them physically. Being a shinobi from the cursed clan makes this quite simple, as he has been aided by the Sharingan in this nature of battle. Being that he’s actually achieved the final tier of the Sharingan (besides Mangekyou), Sairyou has found himself able to initialize this jutsu without the slightest hand motion. All that he requires is a small bit of eye contact, which will send the opponent spiraling into a horrible place one way or another. Having perfected this method, the believability of his Genjutsu have become greater than most could ever hope for. This in turn makes his Genjutsu seem as if they were one rank higher, with the exception of an S-ranked Genjutsu. Though the believability of the jutsu has increased, it still only requires a simple kai to dismiss it at its normal level. But when it comes to Genjutsu defense, Sairyou is basically immune to it as a whole. This would be impossible if he didn't have the Sharingan, but due to the fact that he does, mind tricks no longer affect him in any way.

Ninjutsu
His second line of defense if his Genjutsu fails would be his skill in Ninjutsu. Though he isn’t the greatest practitioners of the art, he is quite adequate, able to perform high leveled jutsu with ease. This, like his Genjutsu, is also aided by his Sharingan, as he's capable of watching someone perform a Ninjutsu, then copy it with the greatest of ease. Though this isn't exactly important to being a good Ninjutsu user, it does help understand the process of the art. Having said that, his real strength in the art actually comes from his rather large chakra pool, which is normal within most Uchiha. This allows him to fire off several large Ninjutsu without feeling a heavy side-effect from the attacks. Though his pool is large, it does have an end, which means he would only be capable to using about six A-rank jutsu before he began to feel tired. But to help him avoid these consequences, Sairyou has become skilled in Chakra control, allowing him to manipulate his chakra to an exact degree. This keeps him from burning off excess chakra, while using enough so that the jutsu has its maximum effect. Another plus to his Ninjutsu skill, is his ability to form kata at an alarmingly high pace. This pace is mostly invisible to others, even those with the aid of a Doujutsu like the Sharingan. These invisible handseals allow him to keep his opponents in the dark about what he's doing.

Taijutsu
His third tier would be his Taijutsu skill; which is actually quite lacking. The thing that makes him capable of even trying to battle a skilled Taijutsu user is his ability to dodge and evade. Though he doesn't have any sort of Taijutsu combat skill, Sairyou is quite fast, which allows him to evade a lot of attacks, rather than catching them with his jaw. To aid him in this feature is his handy Sharingan Eye. The ability his Doujutsu offers for him in this area of battle is to slow things down as well as showing him the moved in which the opponent will use. Though it isn't actually shown, the Sharingan can view the muscle tension, angle of a body part, and slows things. This allows the user to see every possible move of the opponent, and counter it before or while it's being done. Aiding his incredible speed, this allows him to avoid most Taijutsu attacks with a sever amount of ease. But even with that, the fluidity within Sairyou's dodging, allows him to make holes for himself, making it easy to counter.

God Complex
Like almost every well respected Uchiha that has come before him, the one known as Sairyou is the embodiment of what he considers a god. Though physically he doesn't believe this to be true in the slightest, most of his acts seem to make him look as if he believes himself better than the next person. This new persona of himself has risen more and more since he has become stronger, as he considers himself a force to anyone within the shinobi world. But aside from his obvious love for himself and his clansmen, this man has a bit of a problem, which has come from looking down on those who would normally be considered his peers. Since he has chosen to isolate himself, and look down upon everyone else, he has become lacking in the department of caring for anything. With no ties to speak of, the Uchiha is the God of falsification, as he still puts on a front like he cares what anyone has to say about him. There are a few exceptions on his list when it comes to the department of equals. Within his own organization, the Uchiha has come to respect Setsuna, while in Otogakure no Sato he respects the one known as Reileyn. These are about the only two exceptions to him, as they are the only ones who will be spared if they do something that is beside of Sairyou. Having the God Complex automatically means that this ninja thinks himself to be better than everyone, both emotionally and mentally.

Earnest Leader
Being the leader of Hebi, as well as the Godaime Otokage, the shinobi known as Genesis has actually evolved himself in order to suit the needs of the people in which he now stands for. To those faithful six within Hebi, Sairyou is as cocky as he usually is, giving orders whenever he deems it necessary. Though he attempts to dominate like an absolute dictator, this isn't so, as he's completely open to any opinions that anyone within his group has if it has to do with the betterment of the group. Furthermore, he will not formulate exact plans for the group; only give them a destination in which they should all wish to go the directions they use to get there is solely up to them. Being a Uchiha, Sairyou allows wills things to go as they should, which is why he thinks before he talks. Having said that, when it comes to the people who reside in Otogakure no Sato, this shinobi has no patience for them, for unlike the elites who reside within Hebi, these people are beneath him. If it weren't for the Yondaime Otokage, the people would be left to rot, aside from those within the military of Oto. When it comes to the village, aside from political disputes with other nations, this is the other area in which Sairyou controls.

Genius
Their isn't to much that one could call the shinobi known as Sairyou besides a natural genius. This could actually be seen within his battle prowess, as he implores his high intelligence within every move he makes. Having the skill set that he does, the Uchiha recognizes his every weakness, which in turn allows him to protect them with divine intelligence. But even outside of a fighting situation, the shinobi tends to implore his high powered mind in every situation. When it comes to preparing a plan for Hebi and Otogakure no Sato, Sairyou takes the upmost care to take in every aspect that he possibly can before he does something hastily. This is the reason why he's the military leader of his country, because his strategic plans against invasion as well as invasion are quite well planned. Having said that, Sairyou is also an emotional genius, as he has found himself being able to manipulate people at will. The things he say generally sound appealing, while in reality they are more than likely getting a raw deal. His love of physiology aids him in this quest, as it allows him to pick someone a part with ease.

Compassion?
A trait that Sairyou never thought he would feel again, yet since his beginning, he has been blessed with a new mindset. Though most of his traits still remain the same, Sairyou is capable of love, kindness, and even the occasional smile. Though he hasn't completely warmed up to everyone, the man now considers himself to be a better person, and the quest for knowledge and understanding fuels this one trait. Having said this, the man is in deep distress about the destruction of Oto, wondering what he could have done to stop it from happening. But instead of wanting revenge on those who carried it out, the Uchiha wishes to correct the wrong, as no good comes from revenge or loath of another person. Though it took him near death to figure this out, he has finally understood the message that Renima was attempting to send him before shunning himself. That even if you don't succeed all the time, partial success is better than nothing. Since he no longer has the military nor rank in the destroyed Oto, Sairyou can now find something more practical to fill the void, something that doesn't continue to cause unnecessary evil.

Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique]

Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is a very powerful technique that most gennin are not capable of performing due to the high amount of chakra concentration it uses. The user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower.

Description: A rather simple illusion, it will make the target believe that they were pierced by several large stakes, which nailed them to the ground. While it is quite painful, it does not bind the target completely, meaning they may still be capable of movement, though they can't change their location until the genjutsu is released or dispelled.

Name: Hebi Shunshin no Jutsu

Description: This jutsu is much like the other versions of the Shunshin, except a bit different in two different aspects. Like Leaf Shunshin or Sand Shunshin, the user will be 'transferred' where they need to be, but instead of skipping through a vast amount of land, the user will only be able to move short distances, with the max length being 10 yards. What makes this Shunshin variation special is because the user doesn't actually 'disappear' into anything, but instead they use a quick bursting motion, which propels them in any linear direction. The speed at which the user moves is the equivalent of using a Shunshin jutsu that makes one disappear in a flurry. The other major difference is the sound it makes when the jutsu is initiated. A small echo of a rattlesnakes rattle soon follows the jutsu while or after use.

Name: Futae Kakkou Datsuryoku [Double Form Strength Sap]

Description: After activating this jutsu, the user will usually launch a series of swift taijutsu attacks at the target. The target will think the user is growing stronger with each hit, when in actuality it is they who are seemingly growing weaker. This is also a double form jutsu, so even using Genjutsu Kai once will not stop it, and it is not visual so an eye Bloodline cannot see through it.. The strength reduction is gradual, usually ten percent every minute for five minutes, but it is enough to make a difference. What this jutsu actually does is trick the mind into limiting the muscles of the body even more than it already does, and in this manner the strength reduction becomes real. This jutsu will last half an hour or until successfully dispelled twice.

Name: Katon: Dai Endan - Great Fire Missile

Description: A very simple move, it expels a large stream of fire from the user's mouth. The difference between this move and most other Fire Element techniques is that this one can be used continuously for a never-ending stream of fire. Of course, it will only be "never-ending" as long as the user has enough chakra to fuel it. It may lose in versatility or raw power to other fire ninjutsu of the same rank, but keeping it up for a short while costs less than using another technique twice.

Description: A high-level genjutsu that gives the user a lot of control over what their target will be seeing. Practically, it gives them full control over the reality of the illusion. In reality, the target will not be moving from the spot, whatever they are experiencing being entirely illusionary and having no reflection in reality. However, this illusion can still be dispelled the same way as most others.

Kuro Karasu Kawarimi (Black Crow Replacement)

Description: A technique of Kaeor's father which takes advantage of both the Kawarimi technique as well as Shunshin. In reaction to an attack, the users body will begin to turn black as the body begins to break up at the point of impact and begin to turn into a large flock of crows. Flying off into the air, the various crows will begin to go overhead, acting as a way to confuse the enemy while the user re-emerges somewhere else within the area as crows begin to fill in his body once more.

Name: Sharingan Hypnosis
Requirements: Sharingan Stage 3; 4-point kinjutsu training
Description: Despite being known as hypnosis, this ability is far from that and is actually rather simple, although its power is great. It allows one to use any genjutsu without making any hand seals, simply by making eye contact. This also allows them to use genjutsu normally activated by sound, touch, smell or even taste, meaning any of the five senses, via making eye contact, although in that case they will be rendered as visual. It also lets them use genjutsu like Mirror Heaven and Earth Change simply by making eye contact.

Name: Sharingan Copy Technique
Requirements: Sharingan Stage 2; 3-point kinjutsu training
Description: This technique is based on the Uchiha's ability to see chakra and fast movement with great clarity. It lets them memorize the specific movement executed by someone, the hand seals they used and the flow of chakra inside their body, which in turn allows them to copy any technique they have seen even once.
Every Uchiha has 5 extra jutsu slots that can only be filled with copied techniques. They can convert some of their normal slots into copy slots, but not vice versa. The copied techniques can only be used when the Sharingan is activated.
Sharingan Stage 2 only allows for copying of taijutsu and genjutsu, while Sharingan Stage 3 allows one to copy any technique. However, some limitations still apply. First, the Uchiha must be able to use the jutsu they want to copy, meaning they must meet the skill, rank and element requirements for it. Second, no more than one jutsu can be copied per post. Third, this ability can't be used in the same thread it was learned. Fourth, only Mangekyo Sharingan can copy kinjutsu.

Name: Magen: Kyouten Chiten - Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change

Description: A very strong genjutsu technique that can only be performed by a true master of the art, it completely reverses a genjutsu that the user fell victim to onto the enemy who used it. While incredibly powerful, this technique's downside is that the user may not have the opportunity to form the necessary hand seals after they're caught in an illusion.

Background:
The direct descendant of Madara Uchiha, Sairyou was born with the thoughts from his parents, that he would be praised among the clan. This was not so, as most saw the boy as just another minor annoyance that would make the clan look bad. He would never get to prove that otherwise, for at the age of 3, the boys entire clan was wiped out, only thought to have left Sasuke Uchiha alive. This was not so, as Itachi had made a fatal mistake, not knowing of the boys condition. After plunging his blade into the Sairyou's 'heart', Itachi watched as the he bleed freely. But before he saw the outcome of the boys death, he left to continue his massacre of the clan. Unlike most people, Sairyou's heart was not on the left, but instead on the right, so his cousin had actually missed his vital organs. Falling into a deep comma, of bottomless death, the young boy was pulled out from it hours later, as ANBU black-ops had come to check out the village, and to find any survivors. There was only two, but one no longer knew of his heritage, and that was Sairyou. After recovering in the hospital, Sairyou was put into a home, who he thought was the home of his parents. Though this wasn't bad, the boy grew up, not knowing his true heritage, or that he had any living relatives.

At the age of ten, Sairyou entered the academy, unlike his cousin Sasuke, he was no prodigy, and he had to spend long hours practicing. One thing that he did have was the drive to become something great, something that would destroy everyone if he wanted to. This inspired him to train as hard as possible, making him a hardened battle monger of his class. Learning the basic jutsu with ease, Sariyou passed the academy easily, and soon acquired his Leaf Village headband. After gaining his Geninship, Sairyou attempted to get in the graces of the Hokage, Renima. Pitting the boy against Disani, Sairyou lost with ease, as they Hokage chucked the boy to the side, and decided to take Disani under his wing instead. This inraged Sairyou, forcing him to leave the village and flee to the Land of Rice and Fields for answers. Hearing of 'The Red Mistress', Sairyou looked for answers by killing to guards, therefor summoning the lady from within the walls. After teaching him of his heritage with a swift whipping, Kamira watched at the boys eyes evolved, showing that he was of the Uchiha bloodline. After subjecting the boy to the Demonic Eye Trick, she drug him into Otogakure, making him a soldier for the Sound. Along with this came the gift of Chunnin, as well as the armor of his ancestor.

From this point on, the adventures of Sairyou had been quite minute, as his skills progressed due to the training of his mentor Itichi, Kamira. Though she saved him, something about her tyranic nature forced them to grow distant, though he still completed task for the Red Mistress. The one task over the eight year span that he had failed to complete, was the task to destroy the Otokage, Reileyn Itichi, the Sister-in-law of Kamira. Though he didn't understand why he couldn't go through with this, he did understand that he was finished with Kamira and her rule. From this, the man made an alliance with the once enemy, Reileyn, in order to destroy Kamira, though he still acted as a double agent for Kamira. Through the confusion, the Uchiha made a steep exit from Otogakure no Sato, taking a year hiatus in order to collect himself, and figure out what he was going to do. The evolution of Sairyou was beginning, as he went through the darkness, allowing him to become that man he now is. When he emerged once more, he had came for the sole purpose of defeating his mentor. In an act of...selfishness, Sairyou went to take on Kamira in her own hiding spot. Though he had started out victorious due to his Sharingan Eye, he was soon quarreled by the Otokage who stole his victory from him. With that being done, the Uchiha fled the village with now darker motives, which would make him great. After leaving the village, the shinobi went to the Outland's where he successfully recruited five members for the new organization known as Hebi. Grouping them together, Sairyou sought to find the final member, which brought him back to Otogakure no Sato once more. It wasn't actually to find a member, but to gain military and political control from the Yondaime Otokage, Reileyn. After a short battle, the former Otokage released herself from the main slot of Otokage, with Sairyou replacing her. Soon after this, Sairyou visited Tai in order to discuss plans for Hebi, or at least that was the plan. Instead he met the opposition known as Ukyo, who attempted to kill him. Instead, the Vampire was caught in a hypnotic jutsu, allowing him to escape, and re-evaluate his plans. During his Hiatus, the man has evolved, taking on someone more compassionate or at least that's how it seems.
