Carries his sword on his back, his right hand up to his forearm his wrapped in bandages along with his left knee. He has two kunai pouches, once on his right thigh and another strapped to his left bicep.

Hair: Grayish/Black, it comes down too his shoulders with a few stray strands that fall over his face.

Due to a birth defect his eyes are devoid of any type of pigment, because of this his eye are a pale white at all times.
Body: Because of his training he is well built, he is not overly muscular but he is well defined.

Personality: He constantly displays an emotionless personality, his personality seems very dry to most but those who know him best know that he also has a humerus side. He only shows surprise when opponents proved more powerful or skilled than he had expected, and even then he doesn't lose his composure. He does not possess any arrogance, and fully justifies any statements he makes about his power, even complimenting his opponents at times on their abilities.
In addition to being an extremely skilled ninja, Hizeme has equally impressive intelligence, and was shown to be very wise. He is exceedingly sharp and observant to any situation at hand and he is rarely surprised or caught off guard. He also displays great intuition, as he is almost never deceived and even then almost instantly realized the truth.
Because of the trauma of his youth he has a real problem being around people and believes everyone to be untrustworthy. though he was never really social to start with now he comes off as a snob when he just doesn't care about communicating with those around him. He can still see his parents bodies in his dreams and because of this he hasn't had a good nights sleep in years.

Name: Sharingan
Requirements: 3-point kinjutsu training for each stage
Description: Sharingan is the bloodline limit doujutsu of the Uchiha clan. It possesses several powerful abilities, though it is developed through three stages. When just awakened, it is in Stage 1, with only one tomoe located above the pupil; in Stage 2, another tomoe appears, and they are now located to the left and right of the pupil; all three tomoe appear in Stage 3, and they are located in a triangle shape around the pupil: one directly above and the other two to the bottom left and right. The Sharingan is activated by sending some chakra into the eyes. It does not cost much, but only a true Uchiha can have it activated for prolonged periods of time without risking their health.
Stage 1: The initial stage of the awakened Sharingan, it only gives the clan members some basic abilities. Among these is the ability to see movement somewhat faster than what they would normally be able to and to detect chakra. This allows them to react better and gives them higher accuracy than most. Thanks to the chakra detection ability, many camouflage techniques are rendered ineffective. This stage also allows them to see clearer than normal.
Stage 2: The second stage of the Sharingan allows those who possess it to see everything with even better clarity, including objects that would normally fall out of sight because of their speed. This allows them to dodge and attack as if their taijutsu skills were one step higher. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank B or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique.
Stage 3: The third and final stage of the Sharingan opens even more possibilities for the clan members. Their vision of moving objects improves further. Their ability to see chakra and movement allows them to memorize the techniques used by their enemies and copy them, one of the abilities the clan is highly famous for. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank A or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique.

Background: (Early years: 5 years old)
Born in konoha in the great Fire Country to a small family, Shigetsu was his name then. He was an only child and had his mother to keep him company during the day while his father who was a respected member of the Military Police was taking care of his duties. Shigetsu had always looked up to his father and wanted to grow up to be just like him and hopefully fight along side his father one day. With that as his goal he would sneak out of the house quit often when his mother wasn't looking and go off to the woods near their house carrying one of his fathers kunai that he stored in a case with his other equipment and practice throwing it for hours in preparation for his entrance to the Academy.
One day when his father was called away suddenly for an emergency assignment and he was getting ready to set off Shigetsu begged his dad to take him along on his assignment but his dad only patted him on the head and told him to stay there and watch after the house. Angry that his father didn't believe in him he made the choice to do something that he had been specifically told not to, went into the room where his father kept his equipment and instead of going for the box of kunai he went towards the other side of the room where his father kept Ubusa, a sword that had been passed down through their family from generation to generation. His father had showed it to him before and explained that one day it would be his when he was ready for it and since then he couldn't stop thinking about wielding it. Taking the sword from it's stand he couldn't help but smile as he headed for the seclusion of the forest to try it out. When he was satisfied that he was far enough into the woods he unsheathed it and held it out in front of him watching it's blade gleam in the light that poked through the trees. He played for hours cutting up small branches and leaping around until he was tired and he was sure his mother was wondering where he wondered off too so he sheathed the sword and headed back to his house. When he was almost to the edge of the woods behind his house he was shocked to the core when he heard a huge crash and noticed the sky filled with smoke. So scared he could hardly breathe he rushed to the edge of the woods only to see his house engulfed in flames, but that wasn't all, a couple other houses where also destroyed or currently burning as well but when he looked around to see who could have done such a horrible thing but he couldn't see anybody. Running up to his house he yelled for his mother but couldn't build the courage to go inside, panicking he ran around to the other side of the house to see if he could find anybody but he didn't see them. As he passed by one of the windows leading to his parents room he tried to look inside and pierced the air itself with a scream as he noticed the two charred bodies that lay huddled together in the flames, they had died in each others arms. Looking through the smoke and flame Shigetsu wished for a moment that he was with them even now huddled together in the hell that was once his house. When he couldn't take anymore he turned away and ran back towards the woods tripping along the way with his eyes shrouded in the tears that flowed down his face. (occurrence happened during the Oto vs Konoha battle)
For days Shigetsu hid in the woods, he couldn't force himself to back to that house with the view of his parents fresh in his head. He couldn't sleep and puked up anything he tried to eat until he became very weak, he shed tears to the point of dehydration and swore to himself he wouldn't let himself become attached to another person as long as he lived. When he came to a point where he couldn't survive any longer he made himself get up and start walking, he wasn't heading in any particular direction, in his eyes it was a death march. I was on his forth day when he made his way out of the woods and stumbled across a dirt road leading away from the village, half hoping somebody would save him and the other half of him wanting to die there he collapsed on the side of the road both from exhaustion and hunger and fell unconscious. That was when an older couple who were traveling merchants passed down the road and spotted him unconscious still clinging to his fathers sword. When they tried to pick him up he awoke suddenly and drew the sword scaring the couple, he started screaming and waving the sword at them trying to keep them at bay when the rush caught up with him and he fell unconscious once more. This time the couple picked him up with no problems and took him with them on their way back home. Stopping at a hospital in the Rain Country which lays in between the Wind and Fire countries on their way back home to get the boy checked out, while they were in the hospital they told the doctor he was their son and gave him the name Fuukyou. When the boy was released they decided since the boy no longer had a home or anyone to look after him that he would come stay with them, with that choice made they all headed back to the couples home which waited in the sands of the Wind Country.
(Later years)
It took allot of time for him to regain most of his sanity and control. The couple was really patient with him and took care of him and he soon came to think of this village as his home where his new family lived, but he could never push the images of his parents out of his head. The only time he felt at ease was when he was training and because of this he poured himself into improving his skills, though he was not from Suna he pleaded with the council to let him take part in the Academy, he knew if he was ever going to grow stronger it would be there and after much pleading the council finally decided to allow him to attend although he was two years older then the other children that went. So at the age of nine he entered the Academy in Suna. His tireless training soon paid off as he quickly rose to the top of his class and excelled in all his studies. But he didn't feel any accomplishment in any of it, he knew this was child's play and he wanted to be stronger. He was also starting to forget about his home, his neighbors face or their name. His old friend down the street and other information about their little part of the village was fading from his mind, know all he thought about was finding out who caused those terrible accidents back in Konoha and who was responsible for the death of his parents.
It was when he was studying for his exams and was doing research on some of the shinobi from the Five great nations that was on public record. That's when he came across information about his people, the Uchiha. He read the article several times and would have melded with it if he could, but he wasn't satisfied with just that. He dug up everything he could on the Uchiha and their legendary strength but he couldn't find allot by just looking through the information available, but he knew that his real strength would lie within his blood line that was so unfamiliar in this baron land. When he finally graduated he thought about leaving to try to find his kind but decided that this was the best place for him and he had a duty to protect the people who had rescued him so long ago.

And the length doesn't matter just the detail, I thought I explained how he lost his family and ended up in Suna quit well. But if you want more detail to his early years then I could try to work some more in. _________________

Well there's no reason to describe his clothes since there is a picture or his face for the same reason because it would be redundant and I don't want to add a ton of accessories to him besides the ones I wrote about.
I guess I could add some more to his later years, I've spent a total of six hours writing that history lol
Edit: Ok I added twelve more lines to his later years and brought him up to present day.
